I paid $48.99 for the above, through PayPal. When I'd heard nothing after two weeks, not even an order number, I contacted PayPal who told me they had sent my complaint to Salvador Remilyn de Guzman (presumably the supplier.). Then last week, PayPal told me "I had a message from SRG - please respond, but it was nothing more than the details of my complaint, which they would have sent to SRG. Then, today, arrives a package with TWO, cheap, ordInary pruning shears, which I could have bought in B and Q for £5 each. We're these meant to replace My $49. Power cutters?.?
No evidence on the package of its source, except that it's a Royal Mail label! Why the reference to dollars? I presume PayPal have the company details - I couldn't find the advert again!? I'm getting back to them. Not happy!👎

Hello and the same thing just happened to me! Ordered in May off an ad that popped up on facebook, heard nothing, emailed what was on my paypal as the contact complaining, and yesterday received cheep regular ones. I emailed the same email demanding a refund or I will flood social media that they are a fraud. If I don't get a refund, I will be going through paypal in hopes to get a refund through them. Good luck on your end as well!

Hi exactly the same thing happened to me. Ordered 2 pairs of electric cutters and got a cheap pair of regular ones that I could have bought from Poundland. PayPal.have been useless and I have lost my money because they closed the case and won't re open it.

Yes same thing happened to me including being charged twice! I've tried everything to get a reply from them. I don't know if PayPal can be of help - has anyone received recompence through PayPal?

Beware this seller is doing bait and switch, I ordered the battery pruning shear, got the cheap dollar store brand shears, he wanted to only give back 50%. paypal not much help in dispute this charge, from now on I will use charge card. I called my credit card company they refunded me the full charge of item.
Don't buy from this merchant he is a scammer.

I too ordered a pair of battery powered pruners. So far I've received nothing. The order was sent and paid for in May, it's now half way in July. I've heard nothing. I'll now go through PayPal, of they won't help I'll go through the credit card to get my money back.

He sent me a mini tripod, prbably cost about $2.
Trying to claim money back with Paypal..

The guy is a thieving scammer...
Anyone know where he lives?

I order a Reborn doll for my great granddaughter. It was the size of a teaspoon and had flaxed skin, nohair, holes in its head and the legs that looked like they were chiseled from wood. Terrible quality! Just pure junk. This man should be exposed and put out of business.

I got the same thing. I'm trying to get my money back. And there is no way to contact the seller. This will be a lesson for me not to order off the internet. Seems he is ripping people off for more than these dolls according to the complaints on this feed. good luck.

I to ordered a reborn baby, never got a tracking code or nothing, Saturday a small package came in mail, it was a small very small bald headed baby doll that I could have bought a doll at Dollar Tree for only $ 1 that would have looked better than the one I received, the doll was suppose to have blinked n took a bottle, the one I received was eyes closed n mouth closed also, this is a scam n there's a lot of people just like you n I that has been scammed by these pro p le, I'm going thru PayPal yo hopefully get a refund...

I ordered the same product. I went through Paypal for the purchase. I contacted them and this is the outcome: First the company only wanted to give me 21.00 back. I denied it, so paypal investigated more then this week I got a message from Paypal and they said that the company will refund the entire amount if I return the stupid doll. Paypal will reimburse me the refund shipping amount. So I'm returning the scam product back to Malaysia. I had to fill out a Usps customs declaration form and we'll see how much it'll cost to send the [censored] back tomorrow.

Add my complaint to the mix...I ordered the electric branch pruning shears plus charger for $28.98 and received a cheap pair of pruning shears yesterday that I could purchase at any bargain store.

I have started my paperwork to get a total refund and expose whoever he is as a scam artist. I will notify PayPal and also my bank. Plus he needs to be banned from Facebook also so this does not happen to anyone else. I did send his an e mail to rudfdrjoi827@outlook.com

I also ordered the reborn baby doll for $38:98 (£32:77) which was taken out of my account on 4th July. The doll is a rubbishy plastic doll, 8", no hair, clothes etc. Nothing like as promised. It is a total scam.

So I started a complaint with paypal and then emailed the company the email I wrote to paypal:

To whom it may concern,
This is the email I just sent to paypal re: your scam. SHAME ON YOU for deceiving people, I hope
they shuit you down!

On May 26, 2020, I ordered the Electric Branch Scissors from an ad that popped up on
facebook; which I can not find the ad anymore. On July 6th, I received this CHEEP regular
pruning clippers from China (see package picture below). I emailed on July 7th the same
email address that was on my paypal as their contact (rudfdrjoi827@outlook.com) and
complained to them and demanding a refund; I have not received one. I started researching the
company on the internet and found a few complaints (https://www.facebook.com/lynda.davies.1466/posts/32396565527616)
and (Salvador Remilyn de Guzman — Missing battery-powered branch - cutters). This
company is a scam and I requesting a refund. I'm hoping paypal can flag this company and not
accept payments as well as someone to investigate this company and shut them down. Please
email me jjmsullivan72@gmail.com if you need anything further from me.

The complaint through paypal went right to the seller (Salvador Remilyn de Guzman) and this is
what they replied:
"Hello customer, We are so sorry that this item has not met your expectations. We suggest
refund 6 USD to you, would you like to keep this item? Is that OK for you? Please let us know
your opinions, if it's ok, we will handle the refund immediately. Waiting for your prompt reply. Best
regards"

I replied:
ABSOLUTELY NOT! I DEMAND MY FULL REFUND for the FULL AMOUNT of $28.98! You
can have these crappy clipper back, just PAY for me to return them as I REFUSE to pay for them
to be shipped back! You are in the wrong here for deceiving people. If you do not refund my full
amount, it is going to be pursued through PayPal!

Today they offered $12, so I replied the same email.

Just wanted to keep everyone update on this “complaint process”.

How do we report this seller through facebook and the internet to get them shut down. What I am understanding through my Paypal complaint process is my complaint went to seller to try to resolve this. They are offering way less. What I have read is others have accepted their offer for less $ just to be done with them. So the company is still making money off this scam and since it is settled then, no flags for this company is happening with paypal. I will not settle and no one should either.

You go through the Federal Trade Commission. They have a website and everyone needs to file a complaint on the company. I"m getting my full amount back because I denied their first offer but have to return the crap back and it has to be postmarked by a certain day. I pain in the butt, but I can get all my money back through paypal.

I too ordered the "reborn doll" from Facebook through PayPal with
Salvador Remilyn de Guzman (rudfdrjoi827@outlook.com) being the payee. I tried contacting the company (gooddealsus.com) directly to request a refund but am getting the run-around. They are saying they don't have an order from me even though I have sent copies of the order number, email confirmation and payment receipt. I am filing a claim with PayPal immediately and notifying Facebook as well.

Guzman has since emailed me saying that this is not the correct address for returns, and if i can`t intercept the package, they cannot do the refund...I told paypal this, and they say not to worry, and i`ll get my refund...So just deal with paypal, and ignore this crook.

Mr. Guzman may have just dabbled in the wrong sort of scam.

The item advertised (and ordered by me) was Star Wars The Child Animatronic Edition From Hasbro’s Star Wars Collection: The Child Animatronic Edition with sounds and motorized sequences. Online description: https://g.co/kgs/UoVCae

The item I received bears a slight resemblance to the item advertised, but is 6 inches in height, is solid, hard molded plastic, is not movable in any way, does not make any sound, and thus does not require batteries. See attached image.

It seems astonishing to me that PayPal continues to do business with this character! At what point do repeated demonstrations of fraudulent transactions warrant cessation of commercial activity?! I have only just reported my case to PayPal, so will base my decision of continuing to use their services on their response to my complaint.

In any case, I am going to sick the corporate enforcers of both Disney (which now owns the Star Wars brand) and Hasbro (which owns the merchandising rights to the Star Wars brand, and manufactures the actual toy in question) on Mr. Guzman and his company in Malaysia. Hopefully, between these two behemoths, Mr. Guzman and his nasty enterprise will shortly be brought to justice.

Baby Yoda scam He and Paypal scammed me too when they decided in his favor! Same exact situation and bait and switch that you got. What can I do next? Will you share the addresses you mailed complaints to after paypal denied your refund? Also, since the ad was on facebook, did you contact them? I am an old lady that lives on Social Security and cannot believe the level of dishonesty here!

Me too I join this long list after buying pruning shears, paypay advised me contact seller after not arriving, opened case with PayPal, guzman sent second pair claims covid played a part for not arriving, so I trusted him, paypal closed tthe case on the 12th July, the electric prunes turned up today the 28 th July, and turned into normal pruning shears I can ut on my own door step in the pound shop, pay pay as it turns out knows all about this con man and basicly boyed me off, thanks pal pay.. Consider us terminated.

Well i guess I should be added to the list. I bought two of the lifelike babies and received the tiny plastic dollar store babies too. I tried to email the seller and my email said it was an invalid address. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and we will see where it goes. If Paypal does not refund my money; I will not continue to use them. I wrote that they should ban this seller but evidently they wont as I see from your posts here.

Mine was denied as I could not return the item..It was sent to a US address and who asks a friend to ship and pay for trash. Now I see even the address is wrong. Paypal makes a mint off of all these scam sales

I ordered a Furreal Lion King Mighty Roaring Simba that was rather large, was supposed to move and make noise, and instead I received a small stuffed lion with a hard plastic box in the the middle. It was a cheap carnival prize style stuffed animal!

This is what I ordered and what garbage was received. Paypal said they will no longer deal with them LOL...Right. Too little too late. They have known for months it is a scam site. There is also another under a different name that has all the same dolls listed on it.

I was advised (by a fraud member at Paypal) to file a complaint (ic3) with the FBI then upload a copy of my form to Paypal. Then they will refund the money and close the case. Even if they don't follow through, it is worth filing to shut these people down.

Go to the Internet Crimes division of the FBI at www.ic3.gov and file a complaint.
