Poor Customer Service and Unwillingness to Help: My Experience with Sams Beauty
I recently had an experience with Sams Beauty and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. While the phone was answered when I called, the customer service I received was not up to par. I had ordered some items as gifts, but when I checked the status of my order, I saw that it had been damaged in transit and returned to the sender. I immediately called Sams Beauty to ask if they could resend the items, but was told by Lily that they couldn't do so until the carrier returned the damaged order to the warehouse. I pleaded with her to send the items anyway, but she said that the manager, Tanesha, would call me back that day to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a call from Tanesha.
The next day, I called again and spoke to Lily once more. She told me that Tanesha had decided it was the carrier's fault and that I should deal with them directly. When I asked to be put through to claims, she said that Tammy was not available on Mondays or Tuesdays and wasn't sure about the following day. At this point, I was feeling frustrated and disappointed, so I asked for a refund. However, when I asked for confirmation of the refund, Lily said that it wasn't possible. Needless to say, I was not happy with the level of customer service I received.
It's a shame that this situation couldn't have been resolved more easily. If Sams Beauty had simply resent the items when they were notified that they had been damaged in transit, the issue could have been resolved quickly and easily. Whether the damage was caused by poor packaging on Sams Beauty's part or by the carrier, it's something that they should have worked together to resolve. I'm sure they have insurance for situations like this, so it's disappointing that they weren't more willing to help me as a customer.
Overall, I would not recommend Sams Beauty based on my experience. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help me resolve the issue left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.
Unprofessional and Ridiculous: My Experience with Sam's Beauty
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Sam's Beauty. I ordered some hair from them last Monday, and it still hadn't shipped by Wednesday. I called them up to see what was going on, and they told me they have up to four days to process orders before they ship them out. Four days! That seems like a long time to me. I've ordered from other hair companies before that ship the same day or the next day, so I was a little surprised by this.
I told them I needed the hair before I went out of town the following week, and they assured me it would be there by Friday, April 8th. But then on April 1st, I checked and saw that the hair still hadn't shipped. So I called them up again, and this time they told me they didn't even have the hair in stock! Can you believe that? And they didn't even bother to call me and let me know. They just held onto my money for five days and then told me, "oh well, someone was going to call you this evening." I was so mad!
I cancelled my order right away and ordered the hair from another company, Hair to Beauty. I had to pay extra for two-day shipping, but it was worth it. Their customer service was much better than Sam's Beauty's. This was my first time shopping with Sam's Beauty, and it will definitely be my last. I can't believe they treat their customers this way. It's unprofessional and ridiculous.
Raving Review: Sam's Beauty Has the Best Prices and Hair Around!
I just wanna say that I ain't affiliated with this site or nothin', but I gotta say, I love me some Sam's Beauty. I buy my hair from them all the time and I'm real upset by some of these reviews I'm seein'. Let me tell ya, this site has got some of the best prices and hair around. I mean, I could go to other sites like Black Hair Spray or Hair Sisters, but they just don't have the deals that Sam's does.
I just got my package that I ordered last Thursday and I gotta say, I'm impressed. I chose the ground shipping option and it got here today, February 23rd, 2015. Everything I ordered was inside, along with an invoice. I'm happy as a clam, just like always.
Before I placed my order, I chatted with this lady named Nicole from the site. She was real helpful and answered all my questions about the difference between flat rate and standard shipping. Turns out, they're pretty much the same thing, except with flat rate you pay an extra 4.99. I thanked her for being honest with me, 'cause they coulda easily made some extra cash off me.
The customer service at Sam's is always top notch. I've never had a problem gettin' a hold of someone when I had questions. All ya gotta do is call during the posted hours. This is the best site to get your hair supplies from, especially if you live in the middle of nowhere like me and most of the folks around here are white. The only other place to go is Sally's and I ain't a fan of them at all.
I'm gonna keep gettin' my supplies from Sam's and I just wanna let y'all know that I'm from Philly but I live in Bedford, PA. Look it up. I hope this review helps out some of y'all who mighta seen some bad reviews on here. And remember, stay safe online and use PayPal to buy everything. Good luck and God bless.
Sams Beauty: Terrible Customer Service and Lost Package - A Warning for Seniors
I'm really upset with Sams Beauty right now. I placed an order back in September 2017, and I never received it. I know there was a hurricane in Texas around that time, but I contacted Sams Beauty and the USPS to report the lost package. I even gave Sams Beauty the information from the USPS report. But then Sams Beauty sent me an email saying the package was delivered! What?! I'm a senior on a fixed income, and this was my first and last order with this company. I posted in my church to warn other seniors not to buy from Sams Beauty because they don't care about their customers. I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted the product I ordered. But now I don't want anything to do with this company. They're so unprofessional and don't care about their customers. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It's just wrong to treat people like this. What happened to customer service? If I had read the reviews before ordering, I would have gone with another company. I found Hair to Beauty, and they listen and respond to any issues or concerns you might have. Now that's customer service! This message is especially for my senior community. We shop online for the comfort of never leaving our homes, and it's safe. We wear wigs because we still attend church, but companies like Sams Beauty make us a target. Don't shop with them. Go with Hair to Beauty. They care!
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Sams Beauty: Package Intercepted and Refused, Representative Unhelpful
I recently made a purchase from Sams Beauty and unfortunately, I never received my package. I was informed by UPS that the receiver refused the package because someone in Illinois put an intercept on it. This caused my package to go back and forth between Washington and Illinois. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but the representative was not interested in helping me. She kept insisting that I refused the package, even though I explained that it was never delivered. I ordered the package on September 26th with ground shipping, but UPS claimed it was refused on September 27th. I found it hard to believe that a ground package could make it from Illinois to Washington overnight. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, the representative refused to contact UPS and told me there was nothing she could do because it said I refused the package.
I was extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and asked to speak to someone higher up. The representative told me that the owner doesn't speak to customers and refused to give me their name. Eventually, I was able to speak to a manager who offered to contact UPS on my behalf. However, the stress and arguing with the Sams Beauty representative caused me to experience chest pains and I was unable to check on the progress of the situation.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sams Beauty. The website claims to offer 110% customer satisfaction, but this was not the case for me. I would rather pay more money somewhere else and receive the service I deserve. The situation has caused me much stress and I will be calling on Monday to check on the progress.
Disappointing Experience with Sams Beauty: Poor Customer Service and Unwillingness to Help
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Sams Beauty. Sure, they sound all sweet and professional over the phone, but when it comes down to actually helping out the customer, they don't do a darn thing. I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive within 2-7 business days, but after waiting for 2 whole weeks, it still hadn't shown up. I called them up to see if they could send me a new package, but they said nope, I had to order a whole new one. I was pretty frustrated, but I figured I'd wait a little longer and see if it showed up.
After a few more days of waiting and calling USPS with no luck, I decided to give Sams Beauty another call. I thought maybe they could at least expedite the shipping for me if I ordered another package, but nope, they said no again. By this point, I had been waiting for 14 business days and 18 total days, so you'd think they'd be a little more willing to help me out. I ended up filing a claim and canceling my order altogether, and they told me I'd get a full refund.
But then, 4 days later (21 total days after I placed my order), my package finally arrived. I let Sams Beauty know and asked for my refund, but they told me I'd have to pay a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping! I mean, come on, they didn't do anything to help me out and now they're making me pay for their mistake?
Overall, I was really disappointed with the service I received from Sams Beauty. They didn't offer any solutions or help me out in any way, and they just blamed USPS for the whole thing. It was a pretty ridiculous experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Unfair Policies and Poor Customer Service at Sams Beauty: A Disappointing Experience
I've been shopping at Sams Beauty for a while now and I've never had any issues until my last order in August 2019. I ordered two wigs that came up to $56.09. Unfortunately, Sams Beauty duplicated my order and charged me twice for it. I was pretty upset about this, so I called customer service to see what could be done about it. Jerica told me that I could get a full refund, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I thought that was pretty unfair since it wasn't my mistake, but I decided to keep one of the boxes and return the other one.
I didn't even open the second box because I knew it was the same as the first one. About a week later, I noticed that I had received a refund of $30. I was confused about this, so I called customer service again. This time, I spoke to Josephine, who told me that one of the wigs had been damaged and that I had been charged a 30% restocking fee. I was really upset about this because I never even opened the box! I asked to speak to a manager, who tried to explain the restocking fee to me. I told her that it didn't apply to me since it wasn't my mistake in the first place.
The manager told me that the return department handles all returns and that they didn't have a manager over there. She also told me that it didn't matter if the box was opened or not, I would still be charged a restocking fee. I don't think that's right at all! I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake! And why did Josephine lie about the wig being damaged when I never even opened the box? That's just not right.
I'm really disappointed in Sams Beauty and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. They need to reevaluate their policies and train their employees better. I don't want to support a company that treats their customers like this. If they keep this up, they won't be in business for much longer. As the saying goes, you reap what you sow.
Beware of False Products: My Experience with Sam's Beauty Wigs
I gotta say, I ain't one to write reviews or complain about products, but as someone who wears wigs every day due to alopecia, I gotta speak up about my experience with Sam's Beauty. I've been rockin' human hair wigs for over 20 years now, and I recently started buying from Sam's because they got a huge selection of human hair wigs. My first few orders were on point, just like the pictures and delivered right to my door. But then I placed a second order for a few wigs I'd bought from other companies before, and when I got 'em, they were totally different. The hair was coarse, the cut was choppy, and it wasn't the wig I'd been wearing for years. And it wasn't just one wig - I got at least three from Sam's that weren't the real deal.
Now, I ain't one to read reviews before I buy something, but after getting these false products, I started thinking about how they could be sending out wigs that ain't as advertised. And I got a theory - maybe they're using the names of real wig companies, like Outre, It's a Wig, and Bobbi Boss, but making their own wigs that are cheaper to produce. It's like a knockoff purse, you know? And that's just plain deceiving to us customers who rely on online shopping. I won't be buying from Sam's again, 'cause my orders have been hit or miss. And I hope this don't start a trend, 'cause there's a lot of women out there who need wigs to complete their daily style.
I just wanna warn my fellow ladies out there - be careful when you're buying from Sam's Beauty. I've never experienced anything like this from any other company. One wig I got from them by Outre was just plain horrible. I knew that wig like the back of my hand, and something wasn't right. So I ordered the same wig from a different company, and when it arrived, it was exactly what it was supposed to be. That's when I knew something fishy was going on. I'm from New York, and we got all kinds of warehouses that make anything and everything, so who knows what's really going on with Sam's.
Now, I gotta give 'em credit where credit's due - they always shipped my orders out fast, and they were good at keeping me updated via email. But those last three wigs I ordered were just not up to par. So I'm sticking with the company I've been ordering from, and I hope y'all do the same.
Disappointing Customer Service and Defective Products from Sam's Beauty
I gotta say, I've been a customer of Sam's Beauty for a while now and I used to think their customer service was top notch. But let me tell you, things have taken a turn for the worse lately. I buy wigs for a group of ladies who suffer from hair loss due to various reasons like alopecia, cancer, and chemical burns from hairdressers. It's already a stressful situation for them, so the last thing they need is to deal with defective products and unhelpful customer service.
We've noticed a pattern with online wig sites where they just ignore you and refuse to give refunds or any kind of advice on how to return a defective item. It's a nightmare for us, especially since we spend over a thousand dollars a month buying wigs from Sam's Beauty alone. At first, we thought they were great and we even sent them an email thanking them for their excellent service. But then, we had the most HORRIFIC AND RUDE EXPERIENCE with them. I'm still in shock!
One of our members usually orders the Sensationnel Inna Couture wig in DR613, but it was out of stock so she decided to try the Sensationnel Couture Maylene in DR613 instead. When we received the order of 6 Maylene wigs, only 2 of them were okay. The other 4 had tracks showing through the hair, so we sent photos of the defective wigs to Sam's Beauty. Their response was that it's normal for lighter colors to have tracks showing and they wouldn't accept our defective item case. I suggested we make a return of the items through PayPal, but that's when things got really nasty.
Sam's Beauty sent us the rudest and most offensive response I've ever seen when asking for a return. They threatened to place our account on fraud if we made a return through PayPal, so we wouldn't be able to purchase from them again. Can you believe that? It's not our fault that the Maylene wigs are defective and need to be returned to the manufacturer. Sam's Beauty should be the ones to do it since we purchased the wigs from them. It's not acceptable to send out poor quality products like this.
We've even received stock from Sam's Beauty that had badly damaged packaging, which is NOT OK. We've backed off from buying from them before this, and we'll definitely be doing it again. They're not the only supplier we buy from, so it's their loss due to their own arrogance. It's a shame because the Maylene wigs could be a really great style if the problem with the lighter colors was fixed.
Disappointing Experience with SamsBeauty.com: Poor Quality, Customer Service, and Shipping
I've been shopping at samsbeauty.com for a few years now, and at first, I was pretty happy with my purchases. However, over time, I started to notice that I was receiving defective wigs on a consistent basis. I didn't complain at first because I figured that these things happen, but eventually, I received a wig that was so poorly made that I couldn't even wear it. It looked like a deformed helmet, with bumps, gaps, and tracks showing that had no hair on the weft. Some parts of the wig were sewn incorrectly, which made the hair flip out in different directions, leaving the cap and tracks exposed. Overall, the construction was just really poor.
When I contacted the live chat on their website to complain, they told me to send them an email instead. However, after I sent the email, they blocked me from their live chat service and didn't even bother to reply to my message. I wasn't even asking for a refund - I just wanted to let them know about the issue and voice my concerns about the quality of their products.
Since then, I've noticed that the quality of the items I receive from samsbeauty.com has gone downhill. Even when I receive a good wig, if I order it again, the quality isn't consistent. I've also had issues with other items being poorly packaged and rough. They delete all of my negative reviews, even when I provide photos as evidence of the condition in which my items were received. I don't receive an apology or a refund - they just delete and ignore.
Shipping has also become a problem. Before my complaint, my orders would be processed within two business days and my parcel would arrive within three business days from my order. However, since I contacted them, they now take as many days just to confirm my order. They also use a different shipping number method now, and I'm unable to locate my parcels online for days until they're no longer in the U.S. I've even had issues with them shipping my parcel to the wrong place - the first time they used this shipping delay system, it was sent to an American state when I don't even live in the U.S. Now, I spend over $40 on shipping fees and wait over 15 days to receive my parcels.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience at samsbeauty.com. While some clients may receive decent products, I've had too many issues with defective items and poor customer service. I would recommend giving them a try and seeing for yourself, but don't expect them to address any issues that arise. It's also worth keeping in mind that some of the positive reviews may be fake - why else would someone be so aggressive and angry towards reviewers who have spent their own money and received poor products or service?

Mixed Experience with Sams Beauty: Frustration with Customer Service and Shipping Confirmation
I recently made an order with Sams Beauty and had a bit of trouble trying to change the color of one of the wigs I had selected. I decided to give them a call and left a message, but unfortunately, they didn't get back to me within the promised timeframe of one day. I tried calling three more times, but all I got was the answering service. Frustrated, I left a message stating that I would be contacting PayPal. Finally, someone called me back!
The girl on the phone told me that my order had shipped out the day before and that I should receive it the following day. She also claimed that they had sent me a shipping confirmation the day before, but I knew that was a lie because I hadn't received anything. I told her this, and she said she would resend it. Eventually, I did receive the shipping confirmation, and it stated that my order had been shipped that day.
I like to shop around for the best prices, but I don't appreciate it when a company doesn't have what they're advertising. It's misleading and a waste of time. And if a company can't honor its policies, then why bother being in business? It seems like some companies will send the wrong wigs or poor quality wigs and then give the customer a hard time when they try to return the items, just so they can keep the money.
Overall, my experience with Sams Beauty was frustrating, but I did eventually receive my order. I just wish they had been more responsive to my messages and had been more honest about the shipping confirmation. I'm not sure if I'll shop with them again in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious.
Disappointing Experience with Sam's Beauty: Billing and Shipping Address Verification Issues
So, I decided to give Sam's Beauty a try and placed an order on their website. However, I received an email saying that they couldn't verify my order because the billing and shipping addresses were different. I was a bit confused because I've ordered from other reputable vendors before and they've always allowed me to send my orders to a different address without any issues. The email instructed me to fax a copy of my utility bill to verify my address, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. So, I decided to call their customer service number to see if they could help me out.
Unfortunately, I missed the one call that I received from a customer service representative. I tried calling back several times to follow up, but I never got a response. I also sent an email to their sales address asking for verification that my order would be cancelled and a refund issued, but I haven't received a reply yet. At this point, I'm starting to think that this might be a scam site.
I'm really disappointed with my experience with Sam's Beauty. I was excited to try out some of their products, but now I'm just frustrated and out of pocket. I'm going to have to take action with my bank to try and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Sams Beauty Review: Unfair Restocking Fee Policy and Poor Customer Service
I put in an order on November 29th, 2018 from Sams Beauty (samsbeauty.com). I was pretty excited to receive my package, but for some reason, it was delivered and then sent back to the company without me knowing or giving permission. I've been trying to get my refund ever since.
What really grinds my gears is that if I had returned it myself, then sure, take out the return fees. But I didn't even receive the package in the first place! Now, trying to get my refund is just another headache.
I finally got my refund, but they took out 40% for restocking and returns. That's just straight up robbery, if you ask me. The Bible talks about honest business practices and treating others how you want to be treated. This is the second time this has happened to me with THIS company, and it definitely won't be happening again.
I won't lie, they do have some good products that I really liked. I even overlooked some faulty products I received from them before. But this restocking fee is just ridiculous, especially for someone like me who doesn't make a lot of money. Losing that much to a company like this is just not worth it.

Sams Beauty: Misleading Advertisements and Poor Customer Service
So, I just got an email from Sams Beauty and they said that the item I ordered is out of stock. I'm not too sure about it though, because I emailed their customer service about my order and they didn't say anything about it being out of stock. It's been 6 days since I placed my order and my money has already been taken out of my card. Why would they take my money if the item isn't even available? It's not cool to advertise something that isn't in stock and make customers wait for days without any explanation. They should just be honest and tell us that the item isn't available yet. I had to email them to get any kind of response. I've never shopped online before and I didn't expect it to take this long to process my order. I mean, a day or two is understandable, but not days without any communication from the seller. Now, I have to wait another 2-10 days to get my refund. Luckily, I already ordered the hair from somewhere else and I haven't set up my hair appointment yet. This was going to be my first and last purchase from Sams Beauty. I'm just really disappointed with their "business."
Disappointing Experience with Sams Beauty: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, Sams Beauty ain't it. I had a $200 order and I wanted to make sure I got it, so I called up their customer service line. They told me I could get a signature confirmation delivery for $7-$14 extra, which I was cool with. So I placed my order with ground shipping and called back to confirm the signature thing. But then they hit me with the news that it's actually gonna be $21 because I have to pay for shipping on top of the signature thing. Like, what? My order was over $60 so I should've gotten free shipping, but apparently not anymore because of the signature thing. When I asked the manager why they changed the quote, they gave me some BS about not liking to quote over the phone and how I "forced" the rep to give me a quote. Like, what kind of excuse is that? I told them I'd pay $14 but I wasn't gonna pay an extra $7 for shipping that I should've gotten for free. But they wouldn't budge, so I took my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I'm all about supporting local and black-owned businesses, but they gotta support us too. Sams Beauty lost a $200 sale over $7, smh. I'm gonna find a different company to order from next time.
Sams Beauty Review: Rude Customer Service & Unnecessary Hassle with Billing & Shipping Addresses
So, I heard some people talking about how the lady on the phone at Sams Beauty can be a bit rude sometimes. But, when I called, she wasn't rude to me. However, I did get a bit of an attitude vibe from her. So, I can totally see why people are saying that if you irritate her, she'll have a major attitude.
My issue with Sams Beauty is that they don't allow first-time users to have a different billing and shipping address. They say it's to prevent scams, but I don't understand how it could be a scam if you've already bought the products and just want them shipped somewhere else. The lady on the phone told me that I had to send in proof of my billing address, like a picture of a form. She didn't even mention the restocking fee that some people are talking about.
If you do end up canceling your order, it takes 3-10 business days to get your money back. And, if you don't cancel, it takes 3-8 business days for delivery. I'll update this review when I actually receive my packages.
But, honestly, a lot of people don't have the same billing and shipping address. So, this whole thing seems like a major unnecessary hassle. I had to call them after I realized what was happening and why my order hadn't been shipped yet. They didn't reach out to me or anything. I sent in my order on Monday and today is Wednesday. I'm not going to get it until next week.
Overall, I'm not super impressed with Sams Beauty. The lady on the phone wasn't rude to me, but I can see why people are saying that she can be. And, the whole billing and shipping address thing is just a major hassle. I hope my packages arrive soon and that they're worth the trouble.
Smooth sailing until a snag: My frustrating experience with Samsbeauty.com's customer service
I've been ordering from Samsbeauty.com for a while now and it's been pretty smooth sailing. However, my last purchase in October 2015 hit a bit of a snag. The package didn't have my apartment number on it, which was a bummer. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through, so I sent an email instead. I explained the situation and asked what I needed to do to get my products. They got back to me and said that the package had already been returned to them. They gave me two options: pay an extra $12 for them to ship it back to me, or get a refund within 10 business days minus a restocking fee. I decided to go for the refund.
But here's where things got a little frustrating. More than 10 business days passed and I still hadn't received my refund. I sent another email, following up on the previous one. They replied and said that they didn't have my package and that I'd have to wait until it was returned before they could process my refund. I finally got confirmation from the post office that the package was returned to them in January. It's now the end of April and I still haven't received my refund. I reached out to them again tonight and I'm hoping they'll resolve the issue soon. I'm still optimistic that I'll get my refund without any further hassle, but it's not good business to take six months to sort out a problem.
I've never had any issues with their products, and I was planning on being a regular customer. But when things go wrong, it shouldn't take half a year to fix it. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important to handle them in a timely manner.
Poor Customer Service and Return Policy at Samsbeauty - Not Recommended
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Samsbeauty. I sent them an email asking about the color of a wig on their website, and they got back to me with the wrong color. I even forwarded the email to their manager, Tammy, and she was no help at all. She said my email didn't even mention the color they gave me, but I know for a fact that it did. I even pointed out that the color I was looking for was on their website, but she just hung up on me.
To make matters worse, when I asked about returning the wig, they said I had to wait 2-3 business days for some kind of process before they could even give me a return label. I mean, come on, I've already been inconvenienced enough by their mistake. But nope, they wouldn't budge.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. And if you do end up having to return something, don't expect any kind of compensation. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Disappointed with Sams Beauty: Missing Item and Insulting Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Sams Beauty. I mean, they're not terrible, but they definitely have some issues. I was reading through some of the negative comments and it seems like a lot of people have had problems with them. But I decided to give them a shot anyway.
I placed an order on July 18th and I gotta say, the shipping was pretty fast. I got my stuff on July 21st, which was nice. I ordered five things, but only got four. I wasn't too worried about it, I figured maybe the missing item was coming in a separate package.
So I wrote to them and let them know what was up. They got back to me pretty quickly and said they were going to look into it. They asked me to send pictures of the box and the dimensions, which was a little annoying but I did it anyway.
Then today, July 26th, I got an email from them saying that they denied my missing item claim. They said that the weight of the package was consistent with what left the warehouse. What the heck does that even mean? Are they saying that I got the missing item? That's ridiculous! I didn't get it, and I'm insulted that they would even suggest that I did.
Look, I know it's only $14.99, but that's still my money. I worked hard for it and I paid for that item. I'm not going to just let them get away with this. I'm more upset about the fact that they accused me of getting the item than I am about losing the money.
Honestly, I wish I had been recording when I opened the box. I would have had proof that the item wasn't there. I'm definitely not going to be buying from them again.
Alexis is a sorry manager. She needs to be fired she doesn't know how to handle situations. She thinks she owns the company and she's just a manager.
Alexa is a horrible manager. She doesn't have any kind of communication skills all I needed was my package return to me. I've already paid for it in full all. She had to do is reissue it but instead of doing that she wants to teach a lesson she wants to prove or make me an example charging me. $25 to receive my items. It didn't cost $25 to send them to me but yet and still this is her way of running the company that she does not own she's. A manager in a sorry one at. That

Never received conformation email or tracking number
I've never placed an order from this website before. and I genuinely trusted it because I saw others purchasing from it, and it worked without any issues. Nevertheless, I'm disappointed because it's been four days since I placed my order and I haven't received any email updates on my delivery.
I only had $50, so I chose to spend it on this website. I just want my stuff, please :(

Service
February 13 was my birthday and I placed an order. I called but it was outside of the business hours. I called the next minute they opened. 7 different times I went from being the 1st caller in line to the 5 caller in line. I didn’t get a representative until 30 mins! I explained I used my birthday coupon and I called once I made the error however, ya’ll only open the next day at 9am! She said they order in less than 12hours already began processing and the only thing she could do is cancel! Meanwhile, the website don’t offer customers an option to cancel online! I expected her to accommodate my birthday reward and if I canceled make sure I’m not spending more money for the same items! SHE SAID SHE WILL NOT. I asked to speak with a manager she said “I am the manager ma’am” and, “she added the owner doesn’t speak to customer”. I explained I have spent over $900 in 4 months and I don’t feel valued or it’s unprofessional to say the owner doesn’t speak to customers. Ruined my birthday!
Desired outcome: I want the items I anticipated on purchasing for the price minus my birthday reward but now I don’t feel comfortable shopping

I came to Sam's Beauty Warehouse to purchase a T-OUTLINER REPLACEMENT BLADE on Oct.24 2022 time 11:51 54 am,the salesperson LILLIANA match the wrong blade to my T-OUTLINER,which were the Pivot Pro,I got the blade home and took the old blade off and noticed it was the wrong one, tried to return it for the correct one and was told it could not and would not be exchanged because it was not the sales person's fault all I wanted was to get the correct one and pay the difference, instead I was told I had to keep it and pay full price for the correct one, instead I crushed it and put it in the garbage decided to take my business somewhere else.
Desired outcome: I have already received the outcome, just read the complaint.
A product I order was not the same amount as the 2nd bottle I order.
My order was made to Sams beauty on September 3 2022. The total amount was 50.66. I order 2 containers of Touch Down color edge control, 2 wigs and 7 wig caps. My Order No. is #[protected]. One of the bottles looks likes it's been temper with. It's not the same amount of the other bottle. It looks like it's been smooth out . I would like for you to replace my bottle with a new one I would be happy to return the unused bottle for a new one. I appreciate doing business with this company. thank you for your services.
Desired outcome: I would like a replacement.
Shipping
I order something on the 9/2/22. I was told my shipping would be 3 to 6 business day. I'm order was still being process on the 8th. I order hair for my birthday thinking I was going to get it by the 14th. I called customer service the only thing she told me was I order after hours. I order at like 3 pm my time. Definitely don't get that but whatever. Then she said it was a holiday on Mon 4th. I understand but why my order didn't start get process until the 8th.Then the sales rep said maybe it will be shipped out on the 9th so you don't even know when it will ship out. There shipping is horrible. I had to find the hair somewhere else so very inconvenient to me
Desired outcome: I cancel my order and just waiting for my refunded
Hair Products
I ordered hair products April 13 and never received them. I got a tracking number but UPS stated they lost the package and filed a claim for it. Being as SamsBeauty is the shipper they will get the money from the claim. I emailed and called the company several times but they refuse to refund my money or resend the package. They basically stole $90.00 from me.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded.

Hot & hotter hooded dryer and 2 face masks (order#[protected])
I received an email confirmation that order was shipped on 06-11-2020 (#[protected]). My ups tracking #1z5932900399565168 can't be tracked. Your customer service# gives an automated message "temporarily out of service". If I don't get an email letting me know the status of my order after 7 days of being shipped, I will take further action.
If this company is a scam, you should be ashamed of yourself!
I'm patiently awaiting and email with the status of my order!
unreliable company
Seriously! This is a joke! I want my money back!
I have been trying to get my refund for two months.
It all started with my purchase at the end of October. I ordered several items and even got a tracking info, however, as I found out a little bit later, it was a false information and nothing was sent at all.
My items were on back order so I asked my money back, I wasn't going to wait forever for them to be available again as I needed them urgently. No one even wanted to listen. Still no money, no response. Stay away, don't waste your money.
Shipping
I am extremely disappointed with Samsbeauty, they have very poor service and shipping is ridiculous! I paid extra money for fast and safe delivery and as a result it took over three weeks to get my order and half of it arrived damaged!
When I contacted Samsbeauty support service and complaint about what happened they simply did nothing. They did not even apologize, and when I asked for a partial refund they did not reply.
I will not buy from this store ever again and of course I would never recommend it to anyone. They simply don't respect their customers!

Order wasn't shipped
I bought some makeup products from SamsBeauty over a month ago. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them to find out about my order status and they said that my order was pending. It was already two weeks and my order wasn't even shipped. They said there was nothing to worry about and asked me to be more patient. One week later I contacted them again and was told hat my order was still in process but almost ready for shipping. Then I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back and they agreed pretty easily. Since then they did not reply to my messages and I didn't get any information about the refund! This company is terrible, please don't buy from them! I want to get my money back and I can't do anything until they reply! What a joke!
