Chris Elliott promise to handle this issue and refuse to return my calls since I left the resort. I arrived on 12/30 after purchasing and upgrading to a new room that has not even been completed per Chris. I am requesting a refund because I had to leave the next day to weather conditions and find another hotel that meet my standards. I had no problems paying the $7,000 however once I showed the room to Chris that the representative on chat (which all the records will be on your database per my attorney) sent me explaining and also excited how beautiful this room would be. She just LIED to me because Chris told me that the building was not completed. The room that I was staying in was not what I paid for or even a accommodation that I even cared to stay. I would not have spent that must money for that old room. I had to spend $3300 to get another room which was half the price and 10X better than where I was put. Please contact me at [protected]. If I don't hear from you, I will go to the next steps. I will not Sandals to get by with this false advertisement. If I need my attorney to request the chat records, we will do that as well. Chris seems so nice while we were there and told us he understood and would provide us our refund, or a week stay at any other resort. He provided his telephone number 876-296-6329 and email address but will not return my call. I'm so disappointed with Sandals and most of all Chris Elliott because he did not seem like a dishonest person, but he fooled us. I never received a voucher stating I was provided 4 days for me and guest via a message I received in January.
