We had a wonderful salesman (Tyrone) and we purchased patio furniture from him in May. He told us that the right side of the sofa was unavailable until the last week of June. When I called customer service they told me it would be in July. When I called in July, the only information I was given was that my furniture, (1/2 of a sofa) was back ordered with no date. When I called back again I was told August. Then Tyrone called, I told him that we would NEVER buy from Kanes again and he said that he would ask his manager if there was something that Kanes could do for us to compensate for our inconvenience. He called back today and said he could discount our next order. I find that to be insulting and crass given the assumption that we would ever buy from them again. No, we will never buy from them again and we will post on social media what a disappointing and disgusting experience this has been and strongly advise our friends to shop elsewhere!
Recommendation: Save yourself aggravation and go to another furniture store.
