Shortly after closing on my home sale, my husband and I went to canes and fort Myers to purchase essentially an entire house full of furniture, with the exception of 2 bedrooms. All the furniture was beautiful in store entire master bedroom suite, living room furniture, brand new dining set. Needless to say a very short time after purchase, we noticed that the chairs on the dining room set, which were fabric that were supposedly Scotch, guarded against Danes, were getting stains on them, even from water we did call and complain not much was done about it. Was our end table, it was worked, we had to wait quite some time for a replacement and we had to pick it up. I can provide pictures of the end tables. My bedroom suite, the wood and I use that term lightly is basically shearing off and no, we do not keep any liquids on them. The only item we really did have not had an issue with was the bed frame itself. My king size mattress literally is one of the worst matches I've ever slept on the entire circumference of the mattress is warped and points downward. I will tell you this for over 7000 dollars. I would not in a million years, go back and buy new furniture from canes this is all from December of 2019. I guess it was just a really expensive lesson learned, because when I was calling about the end table, I quickly realized that I was going to get nowhere with exchanges or refunds. I can provide pictures with all of this..
Desired outcome: my desired outcome was pretty much denied and I was giving excuses over and over, especially in regards to the fabric on the kitchen table set

I purchased this sofa 8/31/2016. I also was promised that it would last because of the life time guarantee on the product. The sofa is suppose to be all leather in the areas that touch your body. My sofa has such a fine cover of leather that it is pealing in many areas. I phoned the store and was abruptly told that nothing was covered and proceeded to transfer me around the store and finally hung up on me. No one offered to look at my problem at all. They would have had no idea what I was talking about by not even looking at it. I am very dissatisfied with Kanes. The sales order number is 0825606UW72 - Sales person Mary Fuss. I would like this item repaired and if not possible returned.

Kane's Furniture - poor quality of furniture
Purchased a microfiber couch from savon less then a year ago for 999$. Within a month the couch was in poor condition problems including
-saggin couch cushion in corner
-numerous places were stiching either wasn't completed and/or ripped
-stiching holding cushions in place totally gone
-couch looks like a 5 year old couch easily with numerous stains even though I bought the 0 year no stain warranty which did nothing
Do not buy savon unless you want a poor quality cheap couch that will last you a year
It took seven years for my problems with a Savon carpet problem to go away. I never had a positive
results. Savon never fixed the installation errors. The bill collectors finally gave up after "7" years
of constant hounding me to make the final payment on work that was never done. As soon as Savon
sells you something they pass on your account to another company who will threaten to ruin your
good credit if you do not comply with their way of doing business. My ordeal started with a purchase
of five rooms of carpet from Savons Ft Myers, Florida store. I could write a book about all the problems
I had, not only locally, but with Savons parent company management as well. I will never buy anything
from Savon or Kanes furniture stores again.
