No help, no resolution no matter what
They offer zero help & NO SOLUTION. Terrible customer service. Their response is "Upon checking the restrictions of your ticket by our ticketing department. Cancellation for refund and changes are both not permitted to your ticket."
After speaking to the airline, they tell you to contact them since you booked the ticket with them and they're the only ones capable of making changes. You get the run-around and nothing happens, complete waste of time and money. worst experience ever. Never book with them as you will risk
loosing all of your money. No refund, No credit, no travel voucher. They have no sympathy, they do not care about your situation even if it is beyond your control. They will not offer to make changes and they will give you no credit. YOU WILL LOOSE ALL if you face an issue with your ticket. Stay away
Recommendation: Go somewhere else
Disappointing Experience with ScholarTrip: Technical Issues and Poor Customer Service
So, I recently tried to book a trip on ScholarTrip and it didn't go so well. After I made my payment, I got an email saying that my payment was declined. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could fix it by following the link in the email. Unfortunately, the link was broken and it took me to a 404 page not found. I also tried to find my booking using the booking number on the email confirmation, but it didn't work either.
I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to try the chat service to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, nobody responded for over 20 minutes, even though there were blue check marks indicating that my message had been read. I was starting to feel like I had wasted my time and money on this website.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on ScholarTrip. It seemed like there were a lot of technical issues that needed to be fixed, and the customer service wasn't very helpful. I hope they can improve their website and make it easier for people to book trips in the future.
ScholarTrip Review: Hassle, Extra Charges, and No Carry-On Included
So, I tried to book a trip on ScholarTrip and it was a bit of a hassle at first. I had to try a few times before it finally went through. But then, when I thought everything was all set, I got hit with an extra charge of $65! Apparently, the price went up while they were still confirming my booking. Ugh, so frustrating!
To make matters worse, I paid extra to upgrade to regular economy just so I could have a carry-on bag for my flights. But when I finally got my tickets, there was no carry-on included! What a rip-off!
I've been going back and forth with ScholarTrip trying to sort this all out, but it's been a real pain in the butt. Honestly, I should have just gone with a different company. This whole experience has been a load of BS.
Mixed Bag: My Experience with ScholarTrip
So, I signed up for ScholarTrip and I gotta say, it's not perfect. When I was registering, I couldn't find my school in the drop down menu. Like, seriously? Not even an option to select "other" or "not listed"? Come on, ScholarTrip, get it together. I had to choose some random school that I don't even go to just to finish registering my account. I hope this doesn't cause any problems later when I have to prove my student enrollment.
And then, when I was booking my trip, I couldn't figure out how to add on the luggage fees for my checked bag. Like, why isn't this more clear? Do I have to do it at the airport when I check in? Ugh, so frustrating.
But, I will say that overall, ScholarTrip seems like a pretty good option for students looking to travel on a budget. The prices are definitely affordable and there are a lot of different destinations to choose from. Plus, the website is pretty easy to navigate once you get past the registration and booking hiccups.
So, if you're a student looking to travel, I would recommend giving ScholarTrip a try. Just be prepared to deal with some annoying issues along the way.
Warning: ScholarTrip is a Scam - Do Not Trust Them with Your Money
of ScholarTrip (scholartrip.com). They are not trustworthy and will scam you out of your hard-earned money. I had to cancel my flight ticket and they promised to refund me $1600 out of the $2200 ticket for 2 people. But then they changed their story and said I had to pay an extra $280 per person, which is a total of $560 extra. And now they are saying that my bank will charge me an additional $33 for the transaction. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money back. They keep saying that the bank takes time to refund, but I know for a fact that the bank only takes a maximum of 2 days. This is a clear case of fraud and I urge everyone to stay away from ScholarTrip. They are not a legitimate company and they will only cause you trouble and frustration.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ScholarTrip and I regret ever doing business with them. They have caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agency, look elsewhere. ScholarTrip is not the answer.
Disappointing Experience with ScholarTrip: No Account Integration and No Seat Upgrades
So, I went ahead and booked a trip with ScholarTrip. The process was pretty straightforward, but I did notice that there wasn't an option to create an account during the booking process. No biggie, I thought, I'll just create an account after the fact. Well, turns out that was a mistake. I tried to connect my booking to my account so I could see it under "My Trips," but it's not working. Even though I made a booking and created an account under "MY Account," it's telling me that "I have no trips." Ugh, this is frustrating!
To make matters worse, I can't upgrade my seats online. Seriously, ScholarTrip? That's SOOOOO painful. I mean, come on, it's 2021. Can't we do better than this? I really hope they fix this soon because it's a major inconvenience.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I hope ScholarTrip takes these issues seriously and makes some improvements. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to this trip, but now I'm just feeling frustrated and annoyed.
ScholarTrip Review: Incompetent Customer Service and Overpriced Flights
I tried to book flights to and from Thailand with ScholarTrip, but it was a real hassle. I gave them all the flight details, but one of their agents said they couldn't find the flights. I had to call and email them multiple times and talk to different people for two whole weeks before they finally booked my flights. It was a real pain in the neck! And to make matters worse, I had to pay $400 more than I would have if I had booked directly with the airline. I was really disappointed with their incompetence and lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend using ScholarTrip unless you absolutely have to.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ScholarTrip
I recently had an experience with ScholarTrip and it wasn't the best. I spent a good chunk of my day trying to book a flight through their website, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the same price that I was seeing online. I decided to give their customer service a call and was connected with an agent who wasn't able to help me out. I was on the phone with them for almost two hours and it was quite frustrating.
I reached out to my advisor, Dr. Brewster, and they passed my concerns onto Ashly Ortiz and Amanda Baitinger. However, when I asked the representative to connect me with them, he said they were busy. I was disappointed that there was no supervisor available to answer my questions either. All I wanted to know was the difference between booking online and booking through an agent over the phone.
The representative continued to quote me a much higher price than what was available through the site. I was getting more and more frustrated by the minute. In the end, I decided to book the flight through the site myself because it was just easier and more affordable.
Overall, my experience with ScholarTrip wasn't great. I wish their customer service was more helpful and that they had better communication between their agents and supervisors. I hope they can improve their services in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.
ScholarTrip Review: A Complete Disaster - Save Yourself the Frustration
This website is a complete disaster. I've never had so many issues trying to book a flight before. It was a nightmare trying to get my reservation confirmed, and I ended up cancelling it altogether after my credit cards were declined twice for no apparent reason. The two-amount verification process was completely useless and confusing. I had to contact the support team twice in two days because they only give you one attempt to get it right. And if you happen to put the amounts in a different currency, you're out of luck because they don't specify what currency you're supposed to use.
I'm never using this website again, and I hope they learn from other, better websites out there. I would give them zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, that's not an option. The only good thing about this website is that they have real people who can answer your questions. However, they're quick to blame you for any issues that arise, rather than taking responsibility for their own mistakes.
Overall, I would not recommend ScholarTrip to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. There are plenty of other travel websites out there that are much easier to use and don't cause nearly as many problems. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this one.
ScholarTrip Review: Disappointing Experience with False Sale Prices and Inconvenient Booking Process
I gotta say, I had high hopes for ScholarTrip. I mean, who doesn't want to save some cash when booking a flight? So when I saw that non-stop to London for only $399, I was all in. But boy, was I in for a surprise.
After submitting all my deets and getting my confirmation number, I was told that the sale price wasn't gonna happen and that I'd have to pay $839 instead. What the heck, man? I even talked to the airline directly and they said they wouldn't change it. But to ScholarTrip's credit, they did try to "check" with VA to see if they could make good on the price. Unfortunately, they couldn't.
But here's where things get really weird. ScholarTrip was able to "hold" a connecting trip price for a few days while they tried to sort things out. Now, I don't know about you, but every airline I've ever dealt with holds prices during processing, especially if you've already got a confirmation number. So why couldn't ScholarTrip do the same?
To make matters worse, I ended up having to buy two seats instead of one, just to make sure I got a window seat. And get this - the other student site I checked out lets you prefer a window to an aisle without having to buy a whole seat. What a ripoff.
So now I'm out more money, my trip is gonna take longer, and I gotta deal with a change in NYC. Not exactly what I had in mind when I booked with ScholarTrip. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.
ScholarTrip Review: Uncertainty and Price Changes with Credit Card Verification
Me and my better half were super stoked when we scored some tickets to Brazil on ScholarTrip last night. But when I woke up this morning, I was hit with a major bummer - turns out they were still verifying my credit card and we hadn't actually bought the tickets yet. And to top it off, the price wasn't even guaranteed until the tickets were officially purchased. What a drag!
I went ahead and verified my credit card this morning, but my purchase is still in limbo. It would have been nice if ScholarTrip had given me a heads up that they were going to run this verification and that I should keep an eye out for these charges. And to make matters worse, I can't even look for other options in the meantime because if my purchase with ScholarTrip does go through, I'll be stuck with a nonrefundable ticket. Talk about a stressful situation!
I'm hoping everything will work out in the end, but I'm definitely not enjoying the uncertainty right now. It would have been great if ScholarTrip had been more upfront about their verification process and the potential for price changes. Not a great experience so far.
UPDATE: So we finally got our tickets, but it took ScholarTrip so long to verify my credit card and actually book the tickets that the price had gone up! I've never had this happen before - buying tickets at one price and then having to pay more later. Not cool, ScholarTrip.
Terrible Service
I was trying to book flights to and from Thailand through them and sent the exact flight numbers and information to one of their agents only for them to respond by saying they couldn't find the flights. Ultimately, I had to call and email them multiple times and speak to numerous different people over the course of two weeks before my flights were finally booked. I ended up having to pay $400 more than I would have originally had to because of their incompetence. I really do not recommend using them if you don't have to.
Recommendation: Do not book flights through them.
Affordable Travel Made Easy: My Experience with ScholarTrip
I recently used ScholarTrip for the first time and I must say, I am quite impressed! The sign up process was a breeze and I was able to quickly browse and find the best deals available for my travels. Although the prices did change slightly, I still ended up saving a considerable amount of money compared to other travel booking sites. One thing I would love to see in the future is an option to add a carry on bag to my booking, as this was not available at the time of my purchase. However, overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with ScholarTrip and would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for affordable travel options.
ScholarTrip: Your One-Stop Shop for Affordable Travel Deals
When it comes to planning a trip, there are few things more important than finding a trustworthy and reliable online travel agency that can provide the best deals for your desired destination. ScholarTrip (scholartrip.com) seems to have nailed down this aspect of travel planning, providing an easy-to-use website and some of the most competitive prices in the online travel industry.
First off, the website itself is user-friendly and intuitive: even if you're not an experienced traveler, you should be able to navigate the site with ease. The interface is clean and simple, with all the necessary information easily accessible. Whether you're looking for flights, hotels, or car rentals, you'll be able to find what you need quickly and efficiently.
What really sets ScholarTrip apart though, is the pricing. In my personal experience, ScholarTrip offered some of the cheapest deals I could find online for the trip I was planning. It's always nice to save some money when booking your travel plans, and ScholarTrip definitely delivers in that regard. Of course, you'll want to shop around a bit just to make sure you're getting the best deal possible, but in most cases, ScholarTrip will likely come out on top.
One thing to keep in mind when using ScholarTrip (or any online travel agency, for that matter) is that prices can vary depending on a number of factors. So while you may find a great deal on one day, the price could potentially increase before you actually book your trip. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on prices leading up to your travel dates, just to make sure you're getting the best deal possible.
All in all, ScholarTrip is definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for affordable travel options. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are highly competitive, and the overall booking process is a breeze. Give it a try and see for yourself!
Frustrating Experience: My review of ScholarTrip's website booking process
I had such a frustrating experience while attempting to book a trip through ScholarTrip's website. It seemed as though every time I tried to progress with the booking process, I was faced with an error message - this was incredibly frustrating and confusing.
After persistently trying to book my desired trip, it seemed as though the system finally started to behave as it should. However, to my dismay, the price displayed was a lot more expensive than I had anticipated. This left me feeling disappointed and disheartened, as I was looking forward to traveling and had already set my heart on this particular itinerary.
Overall, I must say that I did not enjoy my experience with ScholarTrip's website - the errors and technical difficulties certainly put a damper on the entire booking process. Additionally, the price point made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for my future travel needs.
Flexible and User-Friendly: My Experience with ScholarTrip
Recently I had the opportunity to use ScholarTrip (scholartrip.com) and I must say, it was quite a hassle-free experience. The user interface was very user-friendly and it was incredibly easy to navigate around the platform. The best thing about ScholarTrip is that it offers flexibility in terms of planning a trip, which is very helpful especially when one needs to make last-minute changes.
However, during my experience, I did encounter a minor glitch - I lost the connection to the website - which resulted in having to input the information twice. Though it could have been due to my phone's connectivity issues instead of the platform itself, it still caught me by surprise. Despite the glitch, the website was well optimized and responsive on a mobile device.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience using ScholarTrip. The platform is intuitive and quite easy on the eyes, making it enjoyable to explore the different options when planning trips. If you're someone who values flexibility, then ScholarTrip is definitely worth giving a try.

Smooth Booking, Slow Verification: My Experience with ScholarTrip
I recently had the opportunity to use ScholarTrip, and overall, it was a pretty smooth experience. On the website, finding and selecting my next flight was a breeze - the interface was clean and easy to navigate. However, after purchasing my ticket, I was a bit disappointed to find out that I needed to wait a little longer in order for my ticket to be verified. This was a bit of a letdown, as I was excited to have my travel plans secured and ready to go. Once my ticket was finally verified, though, everything else went off without a hitch. The flight itself was great, and I was impressed by the level of service provided by the airline. Overall, I'd say that ScholarTrip is a good option for anyone looking to book travel online - just be aware that you might have to wait a little bit before your ticket is official.

Disappointing Experience with ScholarTrip: Poor Customer Support and Frustrating Booking Process
I was really disappointed with my experience on ScholarTrip. I was trying to book a flight for my upcoming trip, but I accidentally selected the wrong flight. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone from customer support. I tried calling and using the live chat, but no one responded. It was really frustrating because I needed to cancel my order before it was processed.
I ended up having to wait for my order to be processed and then try to cancel it afterwards. It was a huge hassle and I wasted a lot of time trying to get in touch with someone from ScholarTrip. I wish they had better customer support because it would have saved me a lot of stress and frustration.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend ScholarTrip to anyone. The lack of customer support is a major issue and it's not worth the risk of having to deal with a situation like mine. There are plenty of other travel booking websites out there that offer better customer service and support.
ScholarTrip Review: Good Prices, But Confirmation Process Needs Improvement
So, I decided to give ScholarTrip a try and booked a flight through their website. At first, I was excited because their prices were cheaper than other travel websites. However, I soon realized that the confirmation process was a nightmare. I had to wait for a long time to get my ticket confirmation. It was frustrating because I needed to book a last-minute flight and I was worried that I wouldn't get my confirmation in time.
When I finally received my confirmation, I was relieved. But, the process was not worth the stress. I think ScholarTrip needs to improve their confirmation process. It's not fair to make customers wait for so long. I understand that they might have a lot of bookings to process, but they need to find a way to speed up the process.
Overall, I would recommend ScholarTrip if you have a lot of time to spare. Their prices are good, but you have to be patient when it comes to the confirmation process. If you need to book a last-minute flight, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Mixed feelings about ScholarTrip: Cheap flights, but confirmation email had wrong date
So, I just got my confirmation email from ScholarTrip and it's saying that I'm arriving in Madrid on May 4th when I clearly booked for May 3rd. I'm getting super worried that I messed up my flight booking, but I know for a fact that I didn't. This is causing me a lot of headache and unnecessary worry, which is not cool. However, I do appreciate the fact that ScholarTrip offers cheap flight options.
I mean, come on, ScholarTrip, get your act together! It's not that hard to get the dates right. I hope this is just a one-time mistake and not something that happens often. I don't want to have to deal with this kind of stress every time I book a flight with you guys.
But, like I said, I do appreciate the cheap flight options. As a broke college student, I need all the help I can get when it comes to traveling. ScholarTrip definitely helps me save some money, which is always a good thing.
Overall, I'm a little disappointed with the mistake in my confirmation email, but I'm still grateful for the affordable flight options. I just hope that ScholarTrip can improve their booking system so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

ScholarTrip Review: Overpriced and No Student Discounts
I gotta say, ScholarTrip ain't all that great. I mean, what's up with the prices? They're way higher than what you can find on other websites. And don't even get me started on the lack of student rates. I booked with them once and that was it. No more discounts for me, even though my account is verified. It's a real bummer, you know? I don't get why they can't hook us students up with some decent prices. It's like they don't care about us or something. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend ScholarTrip if you're looking for a good deal. Stick with the popular websites and save yourself some cash.
ScholarTrip Review: A Hot Mess of a Booking Experience
Yo, so I was trying to book a flight on ScholarTrip and it was a hot mess. First off, they took my credit card digits and then sent me an email talking about how my "reservation is processing." But like, where's my ticket at? I'm heated and feeling some type of way.
So then I tried to make an account, which was a whole other struggle. I finally made one, but then it said I didn't have any trips. Like, what the heck? I'm trying to book the same flight as my homie and I need this fixed ASAP.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ScholarTrip to anyone. It's just too much of a hassle and I don't have time for all this nonsense.
ScholarTrip Flight Review: Affordable and Hassle-Free Booking, but Could Benefit from More Transparency on Fees and Policies
for customers to be more informed before booking their flights.
On the other hand, the booking process was straightforward and hassle-free. ScholarTrip's website is user-friendly, and the interface is smooth, making it an excellent option for those who are not tech-savvy. The customer service was also commendable, and they were quick to respond to my queries.
The flight itself was comfortable, with ample legroom and reasonably comfortable seating. Additionally, the in-flight food and beverages were enjoyable, offering a range of options to suit different tastes.
Overall, ScholarTrip is an affordable and reliable option for anyone looking for low-cost flights. However, it would be great if they could provide customers with more information on additional fees and cancellation policies to make the process even more accessible and transparent for travelers.
Disappointing Experience with ScholarTrip: Pricey and Poor Customer Service
So, I just got back from a trip with ScholarTrip and I gotta say, it was pretty pricey. I mean, I thought this was supposed to be a program to help students, but it ended up costing me an arm and a leg. And to top it off, when I tried to change my flight, I was on hold for like, 30 minutes and no one even picked up. And when I tried to chat with someone online, they just kept reading my messages and not responding. Like, what's the point of having a chat feature if no one's gonna actually chat with you? Honestly, I don't think I'll ever book through ScholarTrip again. It's just too ridiculous.
Disappointing Booking Process and Security Concerns with ScholarTrip
I recently tried using ScholarTrip to book a trip and I have to say, I was not impressed with the booking process. It took a really long time to get my booking confirmation and I was left waiting for over an hour. I also noticed that some people have had issues with their credit card details being deducted multiple times automatically, which is really concerning. It's important that ScholarTrip improves their booking process and ensures that people's personal information is safe and secure.
Overall, I was really dissatisfied with my experience using ScholarTrip. I think they need to work on making the booking process faster and more efficient. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for a confirmation and it can make people feel like their booking is not secure. I hope that ScholarTrip takes these concerns seriously and works to improve their service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with ScholarTrip: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service
ScholarTrip ain't no good, folks. I tried to book a flight through their website and they told me that the price they advertised wasn't available. I had to wait for a long time just to find out that I couldn't get the deal I wanted. If I had to cancel my booking, I would have gone to another travel agency or airline website. I ain't never going back to ScholarTrip again. I even wrote a bad review on Google Reviews to warn others.
Frustrating Experience with ScholarTrip: Slow Confirmation and Cancellation Concerns
I gotta say, my experience with ScholarTrip was pretty frustrating. I spent a whole hour trying to buy a ticket, but I never got any confirmation. It was like, what's the point of even using this site if it takes so dang long to process a purchase? And to make matters worse, the first ticket I bought got cancelled by the carrier, so now I'm worried that this one will get cancelled too.
I don't understand why ScholarTrip takes so much longer to confirm purchases than other sites. It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age or something. I mean, come on, it's 2021, get with the program!
Now I'm stuck in this limbo where I don't know whether to just give up and buy a ticket from another site or keep waiting and hoping that this one goes through. I even tried calling their customer service line, but I was on hold for what felt like an eternity and no one ever picked up. What a waste of time.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend ScholarTrip to anyone. The whole experience was just too frustrating and stressful. Save yourself the headache and use a different site instead.
