Sales guy John worked hard to find me the correct equipment for my application. Support department answers the phone, speaks clearly, and knows their equipment. If you are tired of cheap China cameras, NVR software that kinda works, and a monthly cost for storage and remote access, give these guys a call. I am very impressed with the system we bought. Tie the NVR to your existing computer network and cameras are available on all your workstations. Open a port in your firewall and everything is available remotely. Recording and playback is easy to navigate. 4k video.

They have always been stellar at 1: Getting a knowledgeable person to Sell the right equipment. 2: Getting a knowledgeable person to Support the equipment. 3: Explaining camera systems and technology comparisons on their website. I wish I could work for them - they are awesome.

This is my 3rd SCW system due to upgrades. I keep coming back to SCW because of there excellent sales and technical support. They are always willing to help me with issues that I might have as far as hooking up new equipment or working with the software. Always happy and prompt to return items.

We installed and maintain the camera systems ourselves with guidance from the SCW technical team. If you have zero experience with security cameras and do not know where to start, SCW will make it easy.

My initial purchase was in 2016 and to this day I have had "zero" problems with my system. The sales people at Security Camera Warehouse are fantastic. They guided me through understanding their products so I could make the right choices for a system to meet my needs. There was no pressure from them whatsoever. Every question I had, they answered. I have no NVR technical knowledge so after I had everything set up the Security Camera Warehouse support team walked me through the final steps for the software program settings to get my system up and running perfectly. From start to finish, Security Camera Warehouse were great. I highly recommend Security Camera Warehouse.
