Cigna my current insurance provider is denying my provider claims stating I have another primary policy. This is incorrect. Cigna stated to call AIG. Called AIG said Sedwick is 3rd party administrator. Sedgwick does NOT answer the phone. I need this incorrect info removed by Sedgwick calling Medicare coordination of benefits and removing / closing out a claim/report dated 07/29/2013. I was told by AIG that policy # was [protected]. At the time I worked for either USAirways or American Airlines. There was a merger so I do NOT know which name the company was under at the time. Medicare coordination of benefits # is [protected]. I need this done ASAP/today. I will hold Segwick legally responsible for all unpaid claims resulting from the incorrect info on my current Cigna policy. Debra Stefano.
