This insurance adjuster contacted me straight away. She was acting actually human ! After March of 2022 a different entity took over = Erica Howell. She acts like the $ is coming out of her pocket. She's impersonable, unpleasant , abrupt, uncaring, & I can't believe she has had no other complaints. It's over 2 1/2 years now, she's NOT budging ! I'm having trouble getting an attorney because I don't have injury enough for a 6 figure settlement for ambulance chasers. I believe I'm entitiled to a 5 figure amount. Above adjuster is only offering a very low 4 figure amount. Actually ridiculous @ $5,000 ( slip & fall ) $2,000 medical bills / self $ 3,000 ; very insulting. I had an attorney , but he had retired before I could have him file in Court or discuss / negotiate w / you = insurance company. I am writing this e-mail to have a supervisor look @ this case ; & above all , give me a different Sedgewick adjuster. Thank you for your time,

$ 50,000 -negotiable w / i reason. That would be from pain & suffering severe , to moderate, & continuing in the future.
Not being able to remove the future arthritis pain , scar , lock up, & unannounced pain when that happens
in the future. Knee giving out , fell x2 since injury. Also ; for ALL I missed out on the day (reminder - birthday ) & month this happened ;
due to the store's negligence.
Wouldn't all fit under claimed loss below...soft tissue injury scar still can't kneel,continued & worsened arthritis age 58 now 60 61 in Oct 2024 over 6 months pain suffering including day of injury ! Happened on my birthday ruined! Loss of consortion , entire month of Oct. could NOT follow through w / yearly family traditions involving the month of Oct & Halloween. Our anniversary ! Many trips celebrations 1st month destroyed !

Starts out Shaw's Grocery store no one assisting w / me on floor / injury. Groceries con't to ring up. Customer had to ask Jon - bagger to help me up & clean up floor. I then paid for groceries & pushed cart - limped, excruciating pain to customer service to report fall negligence to manager. Given ice bag from seafood dept. Took name & phone # 1st adjuster was going to take care of me in my favor straight away. Then lost that adjuster - got Erica Howell ( joke ) .Been 2 1/2 years. Acts like $ coming out of her pocket. Minimized injury & no regard for pain & suffering & other factors ! No empathy on scar or older & gonna have arthritis worsen as time goes on. Lost many things the month of October. Happened on my birthday , missed out on that , anniversary, family traditions , trips , etc month of Oct. for those plus fall , Halloween as well ! Just soft tissue injury not worth millions & NO legal help , only for ambulance chaser lawyers ! Laughable one offer settlement ! Shaw's insurance being Sedgewick , they should look into something else. Both should be ashamed of selves !
