This company is International Papers disability and Fmla claims administrator . I have dealt with so many different people there it is not funny. They are the most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with. These people do not have any common sense and think it is fun to disrespect people with disabilities such as myself. This company has no knowledgable people to help with you claims. This company also hires people with NO last names. I personally had to deal with them recently and they pissed me off really bad. People like the ones who work at Sedgwick Cms have no rights to exist! This person I dealt with actually laughed at me when I was really getting aggravated with her stupidity. My Doctors fill Std and Fmla paperwork out all the time they have told me Sedgwick is the only company they have problems with. Anyone having to deal with Sedgwick Cms plan on constant phone contact, not being able to speak with the same person twice, and spend a lot of money on Drs. visits to get paperwork filled out and filled out again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My spouse was denied in less than 30days of accident at work. Dr been waiting on approval for MRI to determine rotator cuff injury. Sedgwick never returned calls, emails..we are in for a long ride..gonna fight till the death!

I agree this company is so uncaring they won't return your calls and they hope that you will go away I got hurt in a Petco store back in the begining of Sept. When I do get to talk to them, the laby say we are working on it, I did everything I needed to do. But nothing, I am stand waiting, But I am going to get a lawyer now, tried to tell me they don't have liable, when I know that a store can not be out without liable. I have struggled with them. I still am. I fell I'll unexpectedly. They deny claims but don't send notifications until months later. Rude case manager and extremely unhelpful. You get different people and different answers when you call.
