As I read the numerous complaints surrounding this company I'm not at all surprised.
This company harassed me so often to submit new documentation from my doctor, it was so upsetting. My doctor as well as myself submitted them numerous times. Once it was investigated they found the documents had all been attached to the wrong claim...
once this had been established they again denied my benefits and closed my claim resulting in 2 months without pay. The same person has done this to multiple others from the company we work for.
If anyone out there works for a company whose employees seem to be less than a priority, Sedgwick is certainly the claim company for them...
This company is something else first you get called multiple time for none payment, When the doctor already has your insurance.But he says there not paying us, And we have turn this over for collections. I call personel at my company and every thing is being payed to Sedgwick, but not to my doctors office. for 2 years straight ive had the hound dogs from collection on my back, and decided to stand up to them, by going back over every word of paper work with them, Believe me that hate paper work worse then anyone, except for paper money. Anyway time to make them earn there thieving from the other in and dive end to to none stop retraceing of every little detail and every word on all the paper work with them. This should get there attention.

My Gmail account "coolshobhit86@gmail.com" was disabled .So please help me to re-enable it as soon as possible. I have been trying to re-enable my personal account from the last 6 days. But I am not able to do it.

But I was not able to enable my account.
i have filled the Disabled Appeals Form but after submitting it showing like (The data u entered is mismatch with us please try again) What i have to do now sir..? Is there any further step. I have mapped my mobile number i.e. [protected] to my personal account for the same security reasons, but I am not getting any one time password on my mobile to recover it.
Please help me to resume my account asap. Because i have saved all my personal and official documents in that account ans its very very important.
Further to that, i filled the link "https://support.google.com/accounts/contact/disabled2" and got the below message from google and i couldn't recover my account with that message as well .So please help me on my issue.
I am not able to contact any of your Google Customer Care, so that they can help me.
I need this help very urgent. My work is getting delayed. Please help.
Sedgwick is terrible
I have numerous heart and b.p issues for example heart rate always 140+, Friday at the doctor 155 bpm. Blood pressure drops black out and legs go weak. With my heart racing so high it causes numerous other problems. My disability was approved by Melissa Tramble for several months who all of a sudden started being weird a ND talking down to me telling me she's told me things over and over do the I get it. One part of my disability us memory loss and she knows this. Next thing you know I am denied and have to file an appeal. My doctor submits paperwork constantly and they state that was good for weeks 1-10 not weeks 11 +. He stated my disability is permanent but they continue to deny my case I feel that they are trying to force me back to work so then when I can't do my job they can fire me. Also my employer AT&T management David M. Constantly harassed me for missing work diluent to my illness yelling at me in front of other employees to the point one employee reported him to her manager. She sat on the next row. U ion has told him over and over but he continued doing it. It has caused me quite the emotional trauma as its been so many times. No one should be condemned at their job of 17 years for being ill. Who can help a disability. It seems this is at&t way of getting people to quit or be fired. I know of 3 people who were harassed so badly at work over a disability they quit the company they once loved. Harassed to the point of quitting over a disability or illness that kept them off work for a period of time. No one will do a thing about it. Everyone at some point has filed a complaint and it is swept under the rug. AT&T continues to promote that they are for you disabled or any other lie they promote in the media spotlight but behind those walls of lies is the real truth but most people are afraid to speak out. AT&T/Sedgwick is an abusive company who is so very abusive. I hate them for what they have done to me emotionally and actually think I have ptsd from them and what they have done not to mention anxiety and feeling unable to keep up with even the ability to get an appeal together due to my disability causing me so many problems.
My daughter has had nothing but problems with company starting with no communication from her Workers Comp claims examiner. Her incident date was Nov 19, 2021 and all she has received was initial 'welcome' packet and then the form to confirm her treatment was complete. Her claim was closed Jan 18, 2022 with no notification and with an outstanding medical bill that the examiner was aware of since Dec 12, 2021. She has sent 4 emails through the 'contact examiner' link on the claim, 6 emails directly to him, 1 email to general box, 2 voice messages at his extension, and 2 voice mails on the general mailbox. The phone number listed on the claim to call if she has questions on a closed claim is a wrong number. She has not had ONE return response! To date the medical bill is still due and she cannot get any help. If you have a workers comp claim through this company - good luck!
