I did a refinance on my house and Seedfi was in the payoff amount
I did a refinance on my house and Seedfi was in the payoff amount. That was 2 weeks ago. Their money was sent to the exact address on their payoff letter and the same as their representatives share with customers. ***. Fed ex attempted delivery 5 times. The fed ex driver stated the building is abandoned. The title company cannot deliver the payoff check and my interest is accruing. This is getting ridiculous. Company states they have escalated the issue to a team that will get back with me. This has occurred 7 times and no one returns calls. This should be illegal. No one can give me an accurate address to forward the payoff check to. Help!

Emotional Damage!
Emotional Damage! Got a loan with Seedfi. Decided the concept didnt make sense(you borrow an amount say $1,500; they will give you $500. *** remaining $1,000 is held in account in reserve and only get it when you pay the entire loan off plus high interest and you dont get any of the interest). I paid the account off early In its entirety. Heres where I get on the SEEDFI crazy train. I sent a check to seedfi via certified mail that arrived at the address given on *** that seedfis mail is forwarded to another address. I asked seedfi why is that (couldnt get a clear answer). For a couple of days they didnt know where the check was. I was told by a seedfi supervisor that it would take two weeks to arrive at their office (mind you the check was already there). I finally got an email saying they received the check on 4 March and it would be applied to my account in five days. That hasnt happened as of 16 Mar 22. Even though my check was with seedfi, I kept receiving calls, texts, and emails telling me my account was past due and late fees were applied. You would not believe the level of incompetence I experienced with these people. Every time I received an email saying my account was past due I called them. I was even purposely hung up on. A senior supervisor said she would call me on four separate occasions and that never happened. I could go on but I get a headache when I think of the horrible experience Im having with these people. And its still ongoing. *** at its worst!

My payment not received
My credit report reflects that I still have a loan in the amount of $564 balance. I have contacted SeedFi and Credit Karma multiple times. I keep getting the runaround on where my money is. my account was opened in February 2023 and I am supposed to have a credit line of $1000. There was a pool of money in the amount of $564 however, I never received a penny and I don’t know who or where the account is located. My credit report gives me Credit Karma for my information contact however, no one at Credit Karma can help me. I feel totally ripped off and my credit report is reflecting negative information because it is not correct and I have disputed it as well, please help me figure out where my money is and how I can utilize my credit line. The $500 was the account yet after the release of the savings I never received it personally., where did it go?

Credit builder account
Simply put I started my credit builder account August 2021. So today July 1st 2023 I got in contact with at least eight different agents. I have all calls documented or emails and every chat documented. All I simply wanted to do was collect my money that was available to me in my balance. However the bank account that's attached I no longer have access to because I was a victim of identity theft so I closed it. I just wanted to update my bank account. They have refused to help me. They're holding my money hostage and I know this is against the law. This has been a terrible and stressful day to say the least. Never will I deal with another company like this. I don't even want to deal with credit karma because they're affiliated with them as well. Whoever SST is they should have never bought seedfi if they wasn't going to do right by the existing customers.
Desired outcome: At this point I'm an emotional wreck my desire is to have everything that's coming to me. Which is much more than an apology and the balance that was there that I have still yet to get.

My funds have yet to be released, and I have been given various excuses and policies as to why the account is unavailable. I have reached out several times via email with no response to any of my request for management and status update. I have called several times been told management is never available, but what's not understood that is a violation of consumer rights. They tell you management will contact you back in a certain amount of days or hours, with no call ever coming through. What company never has a source of upper management available?! I have yet to hear from management, and yet to receive an email response. The *** omits information and or has information that is not matching the information provided by customer service representatives. The company is not forth coming in the process of how the finalization of their products is completed. As well, they provide limited information on which form of payment if that even matters will resolve the debtors balance sooner. As it seems, no matter what form of payment utilized, they are not forth coming on release of funds once debtor has paid in full.

They "transferred" my account.. My savings have disappeared. I have asked to cancel my account and the difference between the amount Seedfi originally gave me and the overage I have paid be refunded back to me. The person I spoke to could not give me any information and I could hardly understand a word he was saying. What I did understand is that it would take up to 30 days for me to get my "savings" if I paid off my account which is most definitely not the arrangement I agreed to.
Recently SeedFi ended their Borrow + *** account / credit building program and sold off the accounts to some third party company. I now have no access or way to view the balance of the savings account supposedly held at *** and yet this new company wants me to continue paying towards the plan.This entire handoff has been really sketchy. I have $2,500 in savings that I have no access to.The new company SST that is supposedly servicing the accounts has not responded at all either.SeedFi customer service has just said "not our problem now" in not so many words.
I signed up for a borrow and grow plan with SeedFi and havent had an issue with it. Every other week money is withdrawn from my account as agreed to. However today I received an email stating that my loan agreements would be transferred to another company that seems to have nothing but negative reviews. I find this extremely distrustful and would like to know why a heads up wasnt given on the situation with the loan. Its absolutely unacceptable

I have a Borrow and Grow account with SeedFi
I have a Borrow and Grow account with SeedFi. As part of this plan, I took out a $3500 loan. I receive $1000 and $2500 was deposited into a savings account that I cannot access until I pay off the loan. This is fine, and I've made all payments so far. My balance on the loan is now about $2200, less than the amount in the account. On Friday, 12/2, I received an email from SeedFi that my loan is now managed by "SST." It did not say what SST stands for. Email attached. It said I would receive an email from SST with an account number today (12/5), but have not received the email. SeedFi provided an link to where I can create an account with SST, but doing so required the account number that I have not received. This is the link: (***), and frankly it looks like a scam website - the name of the site is ***. Because they did not say what SST stands for, I cannot find any information about them online. They also provided a customer service number for SST which does not work. My SeedFi account now does not show a loan or a savings account, and since I also cannot access SST, I am unable to see any information about my account. I want the funds in the savings account to be applied to the loan immediately and for the remaining balance to be returned to me.

Seems this is a problem with SeedFi. I mailed a check overnight to the address given by SeedFi. The address was confirmed on their website and in a letter from them. I get a message today from the post office tracking information stating: "Your item was forwarded to a different address at 9:12 am on November 28, 2022 in ***, . This was because of forwarding instructions". I called SeedFi and the agent states they get checks at that address all the time. I asked why my overnight check was forwarded and she asked when did I mail it? I told her when I mailed it, and she went on to say that it takes 2 - 3 days for SeedFi to receive it. I reminder her that the *** has already tried to deliver the letter so what she is stating is incorrect. She then abruptly hung up on me and has not tried to call be. I hope I am not falling into the same garbage that seems to be the norm for this company. I need to know when this will be processed and why the address given is not the actual address. I have uploaded the forwarding message from the *** and a copy of the tracking information showing it was mailed to the address that was confirmed with the SeedFi agent.
Literally just paid my Borrow and Grow plan off on Nov 30 of this year. Was waiting for the Savings account to unlock. Now when I log in, they say it's moved to a new provider? Seems pretty convenient when I am to have the "savings account" unlocked it gets moved to a new service. No notification of this change, and now it says I have to wait until Monday to get an account number from this provider to get to my Savings that I own to get my Savings away from them? I held up my end of the agreement, SeedFi needs to hold up to theres. Or pay me all the money I spent over the past 6 months including the payoff, since they have not held up their end of the loan agreement. I should have been given the option since my account was paid to move my funds away before transferring it to a different provider. Even when I called about them unlocking my savings yesterday as the payment had posted, it was not brought up to me by the representative it was being moved to a new provider. Real shady business!
SeedFi randomly sold my loan to SST, did not provide a new account number, and claimed that they even will have autopay continue on my loan. They gave my bank details to another company! I did not consent to this. I have no way to access the loan info at said new company.

On September 12, 2022, I signed up for a Credit Builder Prime loan with the company Seedfi. The premise was that they would deduct a certain amount of money from my checking account every month and place it in a separate account for me to access at a later time. My first scheduled deduction was for September 21st. On September 15th, I decided to cancel my Credit Builder Prime. Since I canceled my account before making any payments on it, their website indicates that if you do this then they will remove their account from your credit report. They make a clear distinction between canceling an account and closing an account. Not only does their website indicate that it will be removed from your credit report, but I spoke with Seedfi on the phone and they also told me that it would be removed from my credit report and that this would not impact my credit score. The other day, I received a high alert from *** Not only was the Seedfi account posted to my credit report, but it also caused my score to decrease by 24 points and it is described as a Home Equity Loan. Seedfi did not adhere to what they clearly stated on their website and what I was told by their representative. Misrepresenting themselves like this negatively affects the credit of many consumers. Could you please help me remove this from my credit report?Thank you.

Like all the other consumers who filed complaints against SeedFi, Ive paid off my loan and am waiting for funds to be released.- I didnt take out this loan in the first place so that I could defraud the company, so why is my payment being held hostage for nearly a month? My check was from a title agency as part of a refinance. It was not handwritten by some sketch person in a dark room somewhere.- Ive been in contact since the check was mailed on October 26, ***. My availability date continually moves forward because: it was a check, not a debit and we hold large payments to prevent fraud.- I cant help it that my mortgage company paid the refinance funds to SeedFi by check. Nowhere in their contract did I see anything about withholding the payout portion of the loan for spurious reasons for an ever-extending amount of time.- Im pretty sure if I withheld my loan payments to SeedFi for spurious reasons, I would be reported to the credit bureaus. Stat.- Their policies make me feel like Im a fraudulent, irresponsible consumer. Um, no. My partner is in between jobs so I wanted to use my savings as padding in my own account, where I dont have to wait a month for a transaction to go through.Im sure this is fruitless, but can I just get my d***n money, yall?
I was paying on time through autopay. I took all of my bills off auto pay because of an incident with more money being taken out of my account. Now my payment is considered late just because I dont have auto pay installed and Im not. I rather pay manually. I did write to them and I want to close my account. All before my payments were on time and now they are late. This is a scam.

Seedfi is the most ominous company Ive ever worked with and I wish I had read the reviews before committing to a loan with them. I signed up for something like a credit builder loan. Every single due date, which is twice a month, theyve charged me more than once. I had to repeatedly reach out to them to get the to push payments forward, refund multiple payments, and finally cancel my autopay. This last time, they took two payments out for my due date and told me theyd move the second payment forward so I wouldnt owe money at the beginning of November. StillC they withdrew a payment from my account. It took them an unreal amount of time tor refund this second payment to me and I had them cancel my auto payment because I couldnt trust them to accurately manage my account without my supervision. Finally, I received an email at more than half of my last payment was going towards fees with no description of what those fees were, and the remainder was going towards interest. I emailed them on November 3rd asking what fees I was paying and no one has ever gotten back to me despite me following up more than 3 times. At this point, I feel like they are practicing unfair and deceptive business practices and Id like nothing more than to pay exactly what *** borrowed back immediately and nothing less. They are still holding thousands of dollars of money they essentially owe to me as part of this credit building loan and I have little faith *** ever actually see that money.

To know now, My seedfii account is listed on my credit report for a $40 dollar loan dissatisfied my initial amount that was quoted I was saving for. A forty dollar loan with a payment of 26 payments times 40 equals ***. So Im basically stupid.
Why cant you give your actual payment mailing address? Youre falsely advertising a mailing address. My home equity check from my mortgage company was next day *** to you. Of course just like everyone else its magically forwarded. Why? Your agent today tell me the same address thats on the shipping label. On 6/14/2022 i took out a loan/savings with Seedfi. According to them, once you pay off your loan, you can withdraw your savings within 10 day. The loan was for $8000, where I got $5000 at time of loan and the $3000 plus whatever interest it accrued after paying off the loan. We recently refinance our home and on 9/15/2022 I sent a check in the amount of $7963.99 (written by the title company) via certified mail (tracking#***) to the address the customer service representative for *** gave me which was ***. Today I was informed by the *** that this check had to be forwarded to ***, *** as the previous address has had all their mail forwarded there for over 2yrs and the building was closed up. I also verified that the check was picked up at the postal facility in ***, *** today, 9/20/2022 at 8:32am. This afternoon I called Seed fi to find out how long before they update my account and when can I request my funds. I was told it would be 3 weeks before the check is posted to the account and then another 2 weeks after that before I can request my $3000 (plus interest) from the so-called savings. Every other debt we paid through this process has had no issues at all. I feel I have been scammed and it is unacceptable for it to take 5 weeks before I can get the money that is mine. In addition, they are stating that my account is past due.

I have the email that came from either their accounts department, marketing etc clearly stating that I am ELIGIBLE for a Recharged loan due to an outstanding payment history.I click on the link to reapply which also doesn't make sense to me as they should already have my information on file and then I am told no because I don't have enough money? UM Hello, I am paying them regularly plus extra payments when I can and I am.paying my bills! I pay my way every step and based off of the misleading words in their email I got the impression that I was ALREADY QUALIFIED for a RECHARGED LOAN. The way their advertising misleads consumers like me my God they ought to be ashamed of yourselves!If they truly.want to help people like me, like their misleading advertising and misleading site suggests how about they ACTUALLY DO IT for a change instead of constantly telling me no with not having enough money as a weak explanation?I heard from one of their higher *** later today and all that person did was explain the same thing I was told this morning! With this account I actually received $1500 from Seedfi which thus far I've made $1700 in payments towards the account. For the program there was an amount of $2500 which would be added on as a savings account that I would not have access to until I paid off a total of $4000 plus interest and fees. I called Seedfi to cancel that $2500 savings account portion because due to my medical condition I may not live long enough to even access that account and I can't afford to pay for something I have not received nor do I have access to it. I have to use what little money I get to pay for my housing and medical expenses. I recently sent Seedfi an email with an attachment of a copy of the instructions on how to cancel this credit builder instalment account from their website but I have not received a reply yet. I don't think it's fair to make someone pay for something they have not received or have access to. I take full responsibility for the $1500 I received which again I 've made $1700 payments towards it. But I really need the cancellation request I made for the remaining $2500 of the credit builder installment account to be honored as per the information posted on their website as well as find out how much more if any that I owe towards the $1500 I actually received. I am literally fighting for my life right now and this added stress with this Seedfi matter is not helping.

Seedfi is a crooked company using deceptive practices for profit. They market themselves as a credit building tool through Credit Karma. What they dont tell you is, they take your money, they dont report every month like they claim they do and ultimately you will spend a year giving them your money, never see a boost in your score and then when you request to close your account because all you have done is give them money with nothing in return- theyll just impact your credit score and lower it by over 50 points! They dont tell you this and they are literally false advertising, not disclosing information and what to expect with actions taken with your account. Their customer service is horrible. I tried for months, emails and phone calls to get my log in information and they said they would reset my password and then they never would send me the password reset link. I tried a half a dozen times before saying s*** it, they do nothing for me but take my money. My score never went up and it was all a giant load of BS. Taking my free to them money because this isnt a loan. This is them going into my bank account and taking free to them money and holding it so they fan invest it and in return they report to credit agencies that I paid on time. They didnt do that, instead they jacked my credit score because I closed the account with them, thats discrimination and fraud. I received nothing from them but a lower credit score but was given promises of monthly reporting and increased credit score because of it. I have paid off so much debt and cleared off my credit for these con artists to ruin all that effort in one click. Its bs!

Convergent Account CROSRIV violated my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Convergent Account CROSRIV has violated my rights. Everything must be 100% accurate on a consumer report. The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated according to the law, which is not true if the date opened, date last reported, last date active, date of last payment, payment status, term count, and two-year payment history are inaccurate. This is grounds for removal, they also violated my right to privacy and the prohibition on furnishing an account without written instructions. I did not give Credit Acceptance written instruction to furnish my account. The law also states that a creditor may not treat a payment as late for any purpose and that my consumer report must be fair and equitable. There are also specific rules regarding the determination of finance charge, communication in connection with debt collection, responsibilities of furnishers of information, procedures in case of disputed accuracy, permissible purposes of consumer reports, and correction of billing errors. I demand the removal of this account from my consumer report.

I opened a Credit Builder installment product on 09/23. Everything was going well so I decided to pay off the $500 credit builder product early. I made the last and final payment on June 31st 2022. The payment cleared July 1st. The website states "Once your final payment settles, your SeedFi Savings Account is unlocked and you can withdraw the funds or continue to build your savings. Log in to the SeedFi *** to check your savings and repayment progress.Please keep in mind that sometimes it may take several days for your final payment(s) to settle and account to unlock."So I called July 6 2022 and was informed that my funds would be available in 24 hours for withdraw and that it usuallytakes 7 days to become available. July 7th rolls around still no access to my funds. So I called again and was informed that the 7 days start after the last payment is processed and again I was told that I would have access to my funds in 24 hours.Friday July 8th and still no access to my funds. Now I'm upset and very disappointed with the deceptive practices of this company. So I call again and was told my funds would be unlocked by the end of the day. Now I'm fed up and it's July 9th my birthday and still no access to my funds. So I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was informed that one would call me back. Still no call back and no access to my funds.I want my money. Trust and believe my state banking commission and attorney general will be hearing about this. I will be starting a *** channel and *** to find all the customers that have been ripped off by this malicious company. I vow to put an end to this.

I Received a sum of Money from Seedfi with an understanding I would get a large lump some after the fact. I read wrong. So I called and asked how I can fix this issue and not owe money I wouldnt be able to receive until I paid it off. The person I spoke with said there is a grace *** so for me to pay off what was actually given to me and the loan would be cancelled. He said I had a few weeks. So the next day I paid it completely and it was supposed to be cancelled all together. Well a few months go by I get an email saying I owe $50 or $60. I call and tell them what happened and explain that it was a mistake on there end. Well they tell me theres nothing they can do about it. Then I have to pay off the remaining balance and Im past due by 30 days and it will potentially affect my credit. I speak to a supervisor and the supervisor escalate the situation. I let her know that Im a single mother living in a car and unable to pay what theyre asking because I dont have a job.. I also advised her that it shouldve been canceled. She says I have to pay about $152 to cancel because the previous person didnt cancel it in time or at all in that manner. I just felt like that was unfair and if theres an issue on their part it shouldve been fixed and I shouldve been accommodating. The person didnt leave notes I believe . I asked specifically for a note to be left that the account be canceled. They said they seen the payment was made that I made the complete payment instead of the partial payments that I was supposed to make. But they totally disregarded that I asked for it to be cancelled in that grace *** and wanted the $152 effecting my credit score and things

On February 5, 2022 I opened a SeedFi ***Secure Loan. I paid the loan off on November 29, 2022. I contact customer service on December 1st to confirm when my saving balance of $1350 would be available to withdrawal. The rep indicated that they needed to wait for the money to clear from my account and then it will be moved from the locked status to unlocked status allowing me to withdrawal. I checked my account on December 6th, as I confirmed with my bank that the funds have cleared. The amount in my Savings balance showed $0. I contacted customer service who told me that a new organization SST was managing this program. I tried to find out information on SST without success. When I spoke with the customer service rep from SST they did not seem to know what was going on. They asked me the same questions multiple time and put me on hold for a long time. I waited for over 10 minutes and then was hung-up on. I called back and started the questions all over again. This made me question what was going on. I was told by the rep that they sent me a check and it could take up to 30 days to get my money. I argued that this was not the way the program works and quoted, from the SeedFi website, that "Once the final payment settles, your SeedFi Account is unlocked and funds can be withdrawn. Needless to say, I got no where with this individual.I want to know where is my money? Why can I not get a straight answer? Why aren't the customer service representatives aware of the policies and procedures? This show unprofessionalism which makes customers nervous about doing business with this establishment. I sent an email directly to the business with no response. This was my next step in hoping to get answers.

2 issues both same issues happened within 6 months. First issue, 08: Took a $1190 loan out, $340 of that loan was supposed to go to savings and locked until entire loan is paid off, cool. Within 2 months of the loan, I was able to pay off the entire loan. Checked account, realized the initial transaction of them putting the $340 into savings had a transaction error so there was no money in the savings at all. Contacted them and just like the other reviews here, their support will say we will call you back and no one calls back, it took 3 weeks and an almost scathing email to get resolved, but it finally got resolved, their VP of ops, *** sent me the $340 via ACH.2nd issue, 02/2022: Took a $3500 loan out, same concept, I get the $2500, while $1000 gets locked in the savings until the loan is paid off. It didn't even take a month, but merely a couple of weeks and I paid off the entire loan. When I checked my account ZERO transaction of even an attempt to put $1000 in my account so the entire time, there was $0 locked in my account. Call them up, tell them that same exact issue that happened back in 2021 is happening. It is now April, well over a month of when I discovered the issue. When I call them they put me on long holds, then come back and say we will call you back. There is multiple escalation requests (because every time I call in it seems like no one knows what is going on so i request an escalation). Fast forward to 03/22/2022 I get a call but missed it from ***, she states that my account shows correct transactions when it isnt. I call back, same deal, put on hold for a long time, then they come back and say we will call back tomorrow, but never got it. 2 weeks later, 04/06/2022, got a call again from ***, who says I was able to withdraw the money but I wouldn't be contacting them if I was. Their statements show also as a clear record that no money was deposited into the savings account. Attached are supporting documents.

I took out a loan in Nov 2021. On 7/28/2022, I mailed a cashier's check, from my bank, in full payment of the remaining balance. On 8/10/22, I emailed customer service and requested to be contacted by a supervisor because I was concerned that they had not received my check. I received no type of response until 8/18/22, when I received an email from *** in customer service, that confirmed they received my check on 8/18/22 (with the check date and amount) and telling me to allow up to 2 weeks for processing before it was posted to my account. As of today 8/31/22, the payment still isn't posted so, I called customer service and was told that tomorrow, 9/1/22, would be 14 days since my payment had been received and that it would be processed and posted at time. When I asked if my savings account would also be unlocked, to allow access to my remaining loan funds, I was told that would take an additional 5 days. After I received the 8/18/22 email confirmation that my payment check had been received, I cancelled the automatic loan payment that was due to be drafted from my checking account on 8/30/22 so, I asked the customer service rep if I would be assessed a late fee and if so, I expected that to be waived. At the end of the call, I asked to once again confirm that my payment would be posted on 9/1/22 and that I would have access to my remaining loan funds on 9/6/22. I was then told that the payment would process on 9/1/22 BUT, it could possibly take an additional 2 days to post to my account and then, 5 more days until my remaining funds were accessible. To say that I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. There is no possible way that it takes 6 weeks for a payment to be received and processed. Nowhere in the loan information did it say that mailed payments would take such an exorbitant amount of time to be processed. I will NEVER use Seedfi again and I discourage anyone who is considering a loan with this company to look elsewhere. RIDICULOUS!

I have called several times to speak with a representative about a payoff since a pay off amount is not available via the app. My initial payment for seedfi was 11/12 and I am looking to pay it in full on 08/18/2022. The last 2 days I have spoken with about 5 reps 4 of which have hung up on me after claiming to transfer me since my question was so difficult. The are constantly quoting me the most recent balance on my amortization schedule instead of giving me a pay off. I am a loan officer for a major bank and I am very familiar with loans, interest, amortization schedules etc I am also very familiar with TILA the truth in lending act and I feel as if SEEDFI is avoiding my payoff inquiries to have me pay a larger amount and withhold the overpaid interest in an attempt to withhold funds longer. How is it impossible to give me a payoff and the method in which I can do so. The app only gives me an option for a custom amount Ive never had a creditor not provide a payoff amount nor have employees who are able to understand my inquiry. My loan was for $1,500 + $2500 for savings totaling ***. My interest was calculated at $1396.07 for 54 payments bringing the total due for 54 payments to $5396.07. If I am paying my loan off in 20 payments, my interest will not be the same as it would be for 54 payments. It would be significantly less. My interest break down is $1396.07/54=$25.85. From each payment of $100, $74.15 is applied to principal and $25.85 is applied to interest. As of 08/05/2022 I would have made 20 payments. 20(payments)*25.85(interest)=$517 in total interest paid and 20 (payments)*74.15=2,076.20 in total principal paid. $1396.07 (interest for 54 payments) minus $517(interest for 20 payments) is $879.07. $879.07 would be the interest I would save. Emotional Damage! Got a loan with Seedfi. Decided the concept didnt make sense(you borrow an amount say $1,500; they will give you $500. *** remaining $1,000 is held in account in reserve and only get it when you pay the entire loan off plus high interest and you dont get any of the interest). I paid the account off early In its entirety. Heres where I get on the SEEDFI crazy train. I sent a check to seedfi via certified mail that arrived at the address given on *** that seedfis mail is forwarded to another address. I asked seedfi why is that (couldnt get a clear answer). For a couple of days they didnt know where the check was. I was told by a seedfi supervisor that it would take two weeks to arrive at their office (mind you the check was already there). I finally got an email saying they received the check on 4 March and it would be applied to my account in five days. That hasnt happened as of 16 Mar 22. Even though my check was with seedfi, I kept receiving calls, texts, and emails telling me my account was past due and late fees were applied. You would not believe the level of incompetence I experienced with these people. Every time I received an email saying my account was past due I called them. I was even purposely hung up on. A senior supervisor said she would call me on four separate occasions and that never happened. I could go on but I get a headache when I think of the horrible experience Im having with these people. And its still ongoing. *** at its worst!
