With all these people getting ripped. I'm wondering how the same thing is happening to me I'm cancelling my card and hope I don't lose any more like the rest of you guys someone is getting rich.

I was recently charged $29.99, $9.99 and two International fees of 90 cents and 50 cents. I cannot believe that this can happen and I never even heard of the place before. What a scam artist. This should be looked at as downright stealing and they should be prosecuted! My bank is the one that loses the money because they took it off my debit/visa card. Someone needs to pay attention to these complaints. I am forwarding my complaint to the special investigations unit at the FBI and see what they have to say. Not holding my breath though.

I just got it too, I'm on the phone with the bank right now, I know where they got my info, I put my card information into "hotwire.com" for a hotel reservation! this is how they got my card #, they do it through debit card transactions and make it harder for your bank to save you if you don't catch it in time, I now know to never put my card number into www.hotwire.com or anywhere else if I don't have to!

also don't let you bank get you off the phone by giving you the phone number of the scammers, the call to them is worthless, your bank should have protection against this kind of activity, I told my bank to give me a supervisor or the next in command who can do something because if the can get my money and there's nothing you can do about it with the evidence of scam right in front of your face! then my money is safer with me anyway, I'll close all accounts right now! That got the person who could fix this problem on the phone and I didn't have to make anymore calls then just the one!

I really hope this helps somebody, I caught this because I am a business owner and run into scams all the time, this one is new to me and I'm very upset with www.hotwire.com because of there incompetence!

Many of you have probably subscribed to some type of service, like "The Erotic Review" for instance, and you are being billed for the service by SegPayEU.com. They handle the billing services for many online subscriptions. So the charges probably are not fraudulent, you probably agreed to a subscription somewhere online but you are not being billed directly by the service you subscribed to.

SegPayEU.com/Beronata 3 times in an hour. And No most of these people probably did not. What a TROLL! I just got this paypal DbCard this summer Dont really use it! The only time I have ever used that card was sevarl months ago with AliExpress.com to order a tiny $5.00 Scooter Ign Coil. Now Months later this SegPayEU.com Beronata appears on that card 3 times for $74.99 $49.99 $74.99 Bam Bam Bam! 2 of the charges were 2 minutes apart. Then again an Hr later! Do Not Use Alibaba or AliExpress they are UNSECURE! It took me years to get the courage to risk ordering something off Ali fearing overseas Companies like them are not trustable! And sure enough the first time I do I find my worst fears validated! I will never use a CC # with any Overseas Company Ever again! US isn't even secure but overseas EU UkRANE ASIA is a total clusterF@#$%!

ON 11/12 I was charged $35.34 unauthorized. I need to make this payment stop because I was charged this several times for no products or services whatsoever.

Hi, I discovered a total of 17.59 pound were prelevated from my visa card on 17NOV15. I NEVER heard of your agency. Your are not authorized to prelevate money from my visa card. I never got a receipt or anything from your part with explanation what this all is about.

Today SegpayEU tried to charge me 52, 90€. Luckily my credit card cannot be used without my seperate permission. Seeing other similar complaints I'm beginning to think that this company doesn't follow honest protocols and should be fully checked by authorities.

This company or whatever or whoever they are deducted $35.80 twice on the 4/01/16 Visa account What do I need to do?

I have just received my December Bank statement and saw two debits for 39.98 euros from segpayeu.com/wah carte [protected] on my visa card. I have never contacted, used or authorized such debits and I want to be re-imbursed immediately. MY attorney and MY bank are copied of this mail

They said my card was declined and then charged 29.95 against it.

Unrecognised charges from Segpayeu keep appearing on my credit card.
I do not recognise the charges and repeated requests for information are ignored.

then i decided buy "tokens" for pay to the girls then I see 2 charger in my card (one is ok because I bough the tokens and the other is a suscription I never did but segpay automatically does) then I go to segpay.com (it has a online chat 24hours) and i tell them i want to cancell this sucription, he told me "wait one minut" and after "already" it has been cancelled and the last charger would be refuned to your account ( i dont know how much time i need wait and i dont know if this was really cancelled and i dont know if they are going to do more charger in the future) only i need wait now

I'd like an explanation about where this charge is from and the name of the site.
Is this an automatic renewal without my authorisation?

Otherwise please delete the charges for the future automatic renewal.
The have to reimburse this amount.
