The red flag should have been the confusion felt in doing the actual order with what was a very confusing experience. They seemed to be pushing the books hard, too, with seemingly no way to get past them but I soldiered on. Then when I got to the app and tried to use it, I got caught in a continuing loop with the Check In. Very clunky and not a good fit at all for me. I still had the screen up on my other screen on my phone and just simply uninstalled the worthless app.
I immediately went into my email and requested a cancellation of all orders. I did receive a response saying they will get back to me as soon as they can within 48 hours. After seeing this Complaint Board with what seems to be multiple complaints about Sensa, I have a very bad feeling that I could run into what others have run into. I also filed disputes on the charges through PayPal.
My CC account reflects an amount from a "PayPal Merchant on the same date. This amount is different from the three amounts listed in my email confirmations and my PayPal account.
This all adds up to a very bad feeling about all of this and that this company could very well be really bad news. The red flags are up!
Please help with this if you can as well. Between all of my efforts here, I am hoping to have a good resolution to all of this and have my money back!
Thank you for your help!
Sincerely,
Joan Donahue Shanosk
Desired outcome: Please stop charge(s) or refund. I'd also appreciate a response and an apology within it.
In the end, if I do not receive a refund at this point, I'll be forced to dispute the charges with my CC account and even escalate it to a fraud situation. Sad but necessary if so. Shame on this company!
I have just found out that my PayPal funds were used to pay for my orders when I already have an agreement with PayPal that my Preferred Payment Method will be used which is my credit card account. Go figure. Talk about adding insult to injury here. What a day! I'm ready to pack it in.
