Service Champions technician Wyatt Dato performed our seasonal A/C tuneup. He was very thorough and courteous. He took the time to change the furnace filter and carefully inspect the attic. He went about his work very efficiently.

Im extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendly service from ***.. He was able to find the problem to the A/C and Thermostat connections.. I am definitely recommending the company to friends and family.

Was completely satisfied with ADDEEDO & the technician was AWESOME! He actually left the work site cleaner than it was before he came. I mentioned to him to thank his mother for raising such a good boy. I would definitely use them again and request the same technician.

Addeedoo showed up on time and did the work! Our water pipe burst and the plumbers got straight into digging & fixing. The manager promised us water the next day but sadly we had to wait an additional day for showers & flushing . *** Plumbers *** are Rockstars! Kind, insanely helpful, HARD WORKING and knowledgeable men who deserve a huge raise! Highly recommend them!

excellent service, fair great prices, On Time, gave update on appointment time, very professional explained in detail about what was going on gave me opportunity to ask questions regardless if they were silly to me all questions asked by myself was taken very serious by tech, what I love about this company before service tech arrives the office sends you a picture and name of the tech so you know who to expect these days that is a PLUS

and *** were my service men today and they were the best they were courteous clean well mannered and went right to work and most of all they explained every single detail that was connected to my furnace and my Air Conditioner. They went above and beyond explaining the Duct system and insulation. And how they work hand in hand. they were excellent I cant say enough about them. thank you -

I have been a Member with *** for years. Always happy with my Estimates & work. I received a Post Card when they made a Transition to Service Champions . It stated something about Prices are not going up Higher but lower. Well I had a Manager come give me a est.for replacing a water heater. I stated it was very High $2750 . He stated everything is going up. So much for post card. Researching other businesses with list & est. Most quotes were $2200 . We were over charged. Technician was Excellent give him a 5 Star! Unfortunately the previous Owner Retired. A very honest Man.

Incredible company. Have used them for over two years. Service is outstanding. Every single employee is technologically competent and they all take their time to explain every detail to the customer. Steven C. just left our house after a through inspection. He went through every component, measured all temps at the vent, took apart the AC system and cleaned it, inspected the ducting and furnace, etc. He also was a great person to talk to. My wife and I both enjoyed speaking with Steven. Service Champion technicians never appear to be in a hurry or rush the customer. I know they are busy but they will always take the time to talk with you and answer every question. Service Champions is the top of the top when it comes to AC/Heating and Service. Most companies disappoint us. Not Service Champions. Thank you Steven and best of luck to you!

We have been working with Service Champions for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the work provided as well as the friendly and highly professional service people. Every service technician that has ever entered our home has been a joy to work with. Service Champions has replaced our entire HVAC system as it was over 18 years old and running terribly. We found that their pricing and financing options were great compared to the many quotes that we had received from other well known companies. It was because of their pricing and name brand products that we initiated our relationship. However, it was the wonderful service and dedication to detail and perfection that has kept us loyal customers throughout the years. My only wish is that every other company that I am required to work with had the same training, dedication and professionalism that the employees of Service Champions have. Hey Guys, training employees and managers/owners of other companies would be a great second business venture for you! Just a thought. ;0)

We had Champion Services come out to check our garbage disposal. We were overcharged. When I called and spoke with the manager, he agreed that we were overcharged. They charged us for their private label garbage disposal, which is very pricey, instead of the $100 Badger disposal that was installed. The manager said he'd look into it and get back to us. We never heard back, so we left a negative review on Yelp. Needless to say, the owner tried reaching out to us, but we did not respond. Within a few days, we received a check for a full refund. Now this morning, I go to use my garbage disposal, and not only is it not working, but there is a strong burning smell coming from underneath the sink, when I try to turn it on. Needless to say, we are more upset and angry than ever. Now, with the refund, we will have to find another plumbing company to come out and fix what Champion Services made worse than before. After reading many reviews on Yelp, we noticed that this company has many complaints about trying to upsell, and the owner tries to reach out, to "smooth things over" with the customer. That tactic does't work on us. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me."
