Shakey's Pizza Bad Customer Service

This refers to the online transaction that I had with one of your stores, located in España, Manila. I placed my order at around 7:54 in the evening. The rider arrived at around 8:22 pm which is within the estimated delivery time. Apparently, since I have chosen the "credit card upon delivery" option as a payment method, I gave my card to the rider, however, he informed me that the machine he bought was not working due to poor signal. He mentioned that he will just come back after 30 minutes in order to try again. I agreed to his suggestion since I also do not have a cash on hand but I informed him that I am only a visitor in that place and he had to make sure to come back on or before 30 minutes. I have already waited for an hour but I did not receive any update or communication from him. Since I was about to leave the place, as a customer with good faith, I decided to call the number. I was able to speak with James, the store manager, he informed me that the rider was still in the store, which gave me an impression that if I did not make a phone call, the rider will not come back.

Thereafter, I waited again for a long time.

I am really mad that I have experienced a bad customer service from the store manager, as well as the staff & the rider. It would have been better if they have been candid or honest with the time of the rider's arrival. I have to go home late just to accommodate their lapses. I hope this will never happen again to other customers since Shakey's has been known as a business that values customer's time.

Shakey's Pizza We're not served immediately

We waited for 30 minutes for nothing. After arriving at the Shakey's Marilao, pinaghintay nila kami for 5 minutes kasi ang daming table na hindi malinis. After 5 minutes, pinaupo nila kami sa table, but Hindi nila kami binigyan ng menu. Pinaghintay na naman nila kami at sinabi ng crew na, hintayin lang daw namin mag bill out yung nasa kabilang table para lumipat kami doon. We are very confused kung bakit kailangan pa namin lumipat though may table na kami. We waited for another 20 minutes nang hindi nabibigyan ng kahit na ano. Namimili lang sila ng pagse-servan nilang customer. Very disappointing!

Desired outcome: I would like a sincere apology with regards of this issue. I am really disappointed.

Shakey's Pizza If it's late. It's FREE!

I want to complain about the service we received from the Shakeys Pizza in Nasugbu Branch. We order buy1take1 pizza online + coke + free managers choice pizza on May 15, 2022, at 3:04 PM. It shows in the app that we need to wait for 30minutes before the order arrives or if late, it's free. Then after 12minutes, they called saying that they couldn't deliver it right away with the time given and could only deliver within 45minutes. Without confirmation from us, I noticed that they already changed the minutes waiting to 45minutes in the app. I asked if the 12minutes of waiting can be deducted from the new time waiting of 45minutes, and they said no. We asked if the delivery place is too far (though we know it's not, it should be like 5-10minutes drive), and the one we talked to over the phone said, you can cancel the order. Without giving any valid reasons why they can't deliver it on time. He suggests canceling it. So, we agreed to wait for another 45 minutes. However, they are still late by about 5minutes and called us that they can't still make it on time. We don't have any other choice. They still do not declare it free. Then suddenly, when I checked the app, it shows in my order history that our order was canceled even though we received the order. So where did our payment go? We should get a refund because it should be FREE since they are still late and we waited for more than an hour.

Shakey's Pizza billing txt message from supercard

restaurant location : shakeys buting pasig

date : april 28,2022

time : around 8:30 -9:00PM

1. i was billed amounting to 995 php discounted using my supercard and claimed my birth month promo free pizza ,

the input birthdate on my card is june while my birth month is april .

2. april 29,2022i received a text from supercard that i gained 24 points due to purchase amounting to php 2,447 w/ or no. 336 35593 at 10:22PM ?

Desired outcome: 1.i would like to re correct my birthdate on on my supercard ,2. pls. investigate and clarify to me the sent message to the thru text that i purchased amounting to 2,447 and not the time i was in the restaurant ?

Shakey's Pizza Operator's behavior

I callled shakeys delivery hotline and operator was a lady. At first, i asked my son to call that time when i heard they started talking, i picked it for me to discuss our orders. During our conversation, she repeatedly asked me due to my voice was due to low volume based on her comment. Then i asked her if i can use my eGift but sadly need minimum of 2 eGift codes, then next was the supercard, however it expired then next was my voucher. When i gave my serial number, she told me to wait for 1 to 2mins but already past 5mins without any update or courtesy just to inform me to wait longer. So i just dropped the call. It only shows Poor service.

Wr ordered Food To one of your branch, SM Marilao Bulacan. We used our Supercard as discount also

Our order was:
Shakeys Bundle i think
5pcs Chicken w/ mojos
Spaghetti skilleti
Large Shakeys special Pizza

+3 pcs Chicken w/ mojos

To our surprise the Pizza was very salty and the chicken also. The Spaghetti was also lousy and did not taste the usual delicious that we always enjoy when we order delivery and Dine in.

It was very disappointing having our dinner and did not eat the Food.

Note: we ordered our Food thru Grab because no one is answering the phone on this branch(ever since).

Shakey's Pizza Store complained for fraudulent event

To whom it may concer,

Hope you can read my complaint. It's about the store that we have dine in today ( Aug 4, 2021 at around 12PM PH time). The store is located at Level 1 Robinson Galleria, San Pedro Laguna.

We order a group meal that comes with a free supercard. The crew ask to write my name, number and birth date on a piece of paper, for the super card. Note: They are the one who will register my supercard.

When the meal was served, pasta was COLD! I complained to the crew, then she immediately re-issued a new hot pasta. As I am busy eating my meal, the crew approach again if I have received a 4 digit code to my phone, I responded "YES". She asked for the 4 digits and said this is for verification purposes.

As I continued my lunch, I suddenly received a text message that " You have redeemed your free Birthday pizza & freebie...etc" from SUPERCARD number.

I NEVER asked for it to be claimed.

I called the crew again to verify and check what happened.
She said " Don't mind the text message, it is a doubled transcation"

I said, " It is suspicious, why became doubled?" Note: Only my mom and I are the customers at that time.

She said the various things that are not acceptable to believe in. It is suspicious and fraudulent on my side.

As a remedy, I told her to issue a new card.

As I check the Shakeys website, I entered the newly issued card and I registered it. And I saw that the first issued card status is " FREEBIES ARE CLAIMED" on the same day!

It is really suspicious why it happened.

I am requesting the management to check their staff in that area. And teach them a good habit.
If this scenario will continue, a bad reputation will accumulate in that store.

Desired outcome: Change staff strategies and good management must be observed.

Shakey's Pizza Food and service

I am a Canadian and moved to Cagayan De Oro a few years ago. I always went to Shakey's in Canada. Here there is a Shakey's in the SM mall uptown so right away we went to it, what a mistake we waited for quite awhile for a waiter and when he finally came he had to go back and get menus. I always liked the spaghatti and meatballs and that's what I ordered. I was really upset when it came as we had no silverware to eat with yet and hadn't got our drinks as well, he brought them right away. Most of the time he was on his cell phone and there was only one other person in the place beside us. The food was ice cold, my wife's pasta was premade and frozen and heated in a microwave but was still almost frozen and  if you've ever eaten cold spaghatti well it sucks. I never said anything and I never left a tip as well. My wife said it must have just been an off day and so we went back, no problem with a waiter this time and her pasta was warmed right thru my spaghatti was cold same as before. I never said anything and gave no tip. We got invited out and went there and ate cold spaghatti again. I told my wife this is bs we will go back there again so we did and I told the waiter that I want hot food not cold as I have got cold food a few times already he said he would make sure it was hot. It was cold. I left it on the table and paid for it. Jay Whoever is the manager of this location needs to be replaced. I walk past the location 2 or 3 times every week and the place is empty, I don't even know how it can stay open. I will never eat a Shakey's again and I will spread the word about his location until I hear it has changed and gives customer service. Maybe nobody else cares but I don't eat cold food in a restaurant unless it is supposed to be cold just for health reasons.

Shakey's Pizza time of serving food

we entered shakey's MOA at around 7:20 pm. we ordered right away. but it took more than 30 mins to serve. we saw other tables served in a span of 15 mins only. i followed up twice but it still took so long. it is so unfair to us especially we were hungry that time. this is the worst service the shakey's has ever had

Shakey's Pizza Good Good Burger

I ordered this food because I love it. But it is my first time ordering it in their visayas ave branch. And it is the worst experience. I almost swallow the plastic in their unmeat patty.

WHAT WORRIES ME MOST IS THE THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT NOT AN UNMEAT BURGER.

As a vegan, as much as I want I don't want to hurt animals. Thinking that I might have eaten beef is disgusting.

Please take note into this. Not just for vegan customers but also for those customers that don't usually chew their food. THAT IS PLASTIC!

Desired outcome: Public apology. Or refund my money.

Shakey's Pizza Delivery service

I have not received my order which I ordered 10:30 to 10:40 am. The time now is 2:20pm. I have followed up twice by calling the hotline. I was just informed that they will call me but no one gave me any feedback as to when my order will arrive. They would tell me they will call me back but no one did. My 2nd call which is my first follow up was around 12:30pm. I was told my order will arrive at 11:40am. My 2nd follow up was 1:30pm. Another hour will pass and nothing happened.

Shakey's Pizza Aglio Olio Pasta

Ordered Aglio Olio, Manager's choice pizza and 2 milk tea today. Aglio Olio is spoiled. I am currently pregnant and the food I ordered is not safe. I threw it immediately. I just wasted money to buy it and mostly specially I expect safe foods to eat on my pregnancy. This is definitely UNACCEPTABLE!

Shakey's Pizza Non-delivery of shakey's supercard

Last December 31, 2020, I made an order of pizza and chicken and also ordered a new supercard to be delivered to my other house house in 3b Psalms street, Camella Homes Classic, Pilar Village, Las Piñas The supercard never arrived. Please send me my card since I paid for it already. Shakey's Pizza Service

I came to claim the food in exchange to my coupon given by my company. Came at around 10am. I gave my coupon, they scanned my ID and the crew told me that someone came in first and the will be assisting him first. That I understand and so i decided to run some errands while waiting and told them that ill just come back to pick up the food. After thirty minutes I came back And the food is still not ready and so i waited for another 20mins but still the food isnt coming. May I know how long should a meal which consist of one chicken one slice pizza rice and maybe a few mojos is supposed to be ready? I dont think a 150 pesos worth of meal is worth an hour long wait lol so i came home empty handed. HAHAHA! I also just left my receipt there.

Shakey's Pizza Services

I ordered thru shakeys online delivery website and successfully placed order around 9:09am.. Dec 21, 2020... Reference number [protected] and paid it via credit card. It has been 2 hours now and havent received the order. I contacted customer service at #77777 and advised me that they dont see my order in system. Like what!?! It was a send a shakeys since I am giving it for healthworkers/frontliners and didnot received my order on time. It is the only time they will get to eat for break then was expecting for the delivery which didnt come on time.. It is very disappointing when it is my first time to use your website for delivery. I have not experience such with other delivery merchants. And after calling multiple times to your hotline which dont find my order, then I received a text message from shakeys at exactly 11:15am telling me that my order will arrive in 30mins. Like what?!?! Another 30mins
This is such a hilarious service of shakeys.! I will send screenshots for your reference. Note: I received an email from your call center telling me that they have not captured the recepient details around 9:21am.. And read your email 10:40am since I dont usually open my email. You could have called me to reach out asap! But you never did. What if I have not check on my email. Please do investigate about this! Very disappoiting bad experience from you.

I picked up a pizza chicken mojos the pizza was not cooked properly it was quite disgusting and the sauce was running and the dough was wet not happy with the food at all been eating there forever but this time the good was not cooked right the chicken was dry and the mojos were ok for the price the food was bad quality and I never complain

Shakey's Pizza Kept me hanging on the phone

I called the Shakeys Binan Laguna around past 5 in the afternoon inquiring about the bday pizza, cause I just realized I got 3 supercards and my birthmonth is September and It's already the 30th. So the one who answered assist me for a while but then left the phone while I'm still talking to him. I've waited for 15mins thinking they might be busy but they were just chatting and laughing at the background. I called again and ask my other queries. It was the same guy and told him what he did earlier. Making excuses that I got cut off etc while I still hear them. He didn't even apologized. I sarcastically said I'm sorry about that and he just said "OK". Will never go back at this store ever. Rude customer service.!

Shakey's Pizza Not allowing people over 60 to dine in their restaurants

I think it is disgraceful and discriminatory to stop people over 60 dining in there restaurant in Robinson`s Place, Iligan City. These are the people wo have fought many wars so that the workers of Robinson`s are alive and free today. Is this the way Shakeys honours there older people, If so I am afraid I and a few hundred others will never dine there again.

Shakey's Pizza Delivery

I have been ordering Pizza from Shakeys for a long time - I even ensure to always have Supercard. However, I am feeling disappointed that whenever your LaMarea branch caters to me, delivery is always late. There was even a time that I was told on the hotline that delivery will be with additional 30 mins - equivalent of 1.5 hours, I accepted but it still was delivered after a total of 2 hours. Just today, I got so tired of this type of communication. Of receiving incorrect waiting hours and waiting longer than I expect. Sometimes, I can't even eat the delivered food anymore as it is already cold.
