Good day Maam/Sir! I would like to file a complaint regarding your Server, Mr. Sam last August 18, 2019 at around 6:10PM at your branch in SM Cebu City. I would like to report the following incidents I noticed to your server.
1. I was at the 3rd line during that time and I was already observing him not smiling to the guest he is serving. But there was this ONE old guest (maybe he knows her already the way he treats him) he was really smiling to her and when she returned to us he was already frowning.
2. When I was already at the 2nd line, the guest in front of me was a Chinese. It was already 6:15 and the guest was asking for a reservation at 6:25PM, he refused to accept it even if there were vacant tables, the customer had to wait outside, good thing the manager noticed it and told him to offer the available seat since it's almost 6:25PM.
3. When he was already attending to me, I didn't like the way he treated me, I was about to get my rewards using my BPI Credit card. When he was entertaining me, he was really frowning the whole time while I was giving him the code for my rewards, then he went to the counter inside to give the paper and when he was back at his post he didn't talked to me and entertained another guest, I still have to asked him if my order was okay already then he told me (still frowning and with a bit angry voice) "Maam gi verify pa ddto" and yes with a pouting face!
4. After 5 minutes I went back to him if my order was okay and asked him how many minutes should we wait for our order, and with a frowning face he said "15 to 20minutes maam", before I left I saw him smiling to a guest (yes with all smile) and greeted the guest "table for 2 gihapon sir?" and even told one of her colleague "day tarunga na si sir kay returning guest na nato" so does this mean if we are not returning guest we won't be treated the same?
5. When I went back after 30minutes, I asked for my order then he gave to me and we decided to go home. I admit I have a fault not to check my order because I was having a hard time carrying my baby, so when we arrived at home I noticed he only gave us 1 carbonara and 1 mojos instead of 1 carbonara, 1 mojos and 1 spaghetti. I was frustrated because of our lacking order! IF ONLY he was gracious when serving to us and even if there was lacking order I won't mind going back to SM but I was not really happy with his service and I want to teach him a lesson.
6. When I arrived at Shakeys at around 8:50PM I told him that my order lacks spaghetti and that I gave him 3 codes and my order was just 2. He was even mad and argued with me that the code I gave to him was only 2! He really even insisted that it was only two. Then I told him to check my order, then he saw that it was 3 and my spaghetti was just at the table remained unclaimed. The manager even asked him before I arrived if who owns the Spaghetti. He packed the spaghetti and gave it to me and just said "naa ra maam". Wow! For all the hassle it gave us that's the only thing he said. I was frustrated and asked him and the manager "mao ra inyo iingon?" Then the manager apologized and Sam went away and didn't faced me.
I am very frustrated with your Server, Sam who didn't even apologized for all the hassle he gave to me. I am frustrated with the service he gave to me and to the other guest.
I am filing this complain because I too works in a service industry, I know how tiring this job we have but if we can give all the best service to the other guest why can't he give the same treatment to us? And I know that his actions to me and to the other guest is not acceptable and I want this company to know the service your staff is giving us. Is this the quality service you are giving to your guests?
I want to have a feedback regarding your action taken to your server because I won't let this slip away.

Very poor customer service. Lazy & doesn't know how to explain well. At first, she asked me if i'm willing to wait for 75 mins. due to bad weather & i said yes. She hold me for a minute told me that the branch that will cater our delivery address has reached their maximum order so they won't accept orders anymore. I told her that there are 4 branches near our address, its impossible that not even one branch can accept my order, then she hold me for a minute again & asked me again for the 2nd time if i'm willing to wait for 75 mins. Cause the store is asking for additonal minutes to deliver & i said yes again. After i placed my order, she said the time now is exactly 4:10pm please expect delivery on or before 5:55pm. I questioned her why 5:55pm? I thought you said 75 mins. only so it should be 5:25pm not 5:55pm. And her tone of voice changed, she sounds irritated. Is that the way a call center agent should talk to customers? I think she's in the mood to take orders thats why she told me that there's no available store to cater us, i'm the insisted that its not possible, thats the time she find alternative stores to cater us.

Just today, Sunday, July 7, 2019 when my family is about to order food here at Shakeys SM Rosales Branch, your food server named Marc Clary Obejo, due to his carelessness, messed up my shirt and my wife with gravy sauce. I am waiting for him for at least apologize but to no avail. What do you do if this thing reached your office? After we eat, I paid our bill still hoping that the food server will apologize but my hopes landed in nothing. I asked someone from the lined food server to give me the name of the food server and the manager so I can formalize my complaint. It is only then when the manager, Mr Jejomar Tumbaga approach me and asked for my concern. I told him what I experienced and showed my dirty shirt.
I hope something could be done.

I am here to complain how the prices does not match with the quality of food. I used the Shakey's app to deliver for a friend in Cavite and they received a raw pizza, the dough was uncooked and mostly microwaved foods. I hope you will fix that problem, make sure employees do deliver food that is COOKED.
It is clear that one would be in distressed with all the amount of money you charge the customers and do NOT even serve COOKED food.

We are waiting outside and waiting to entertain us the 2 crew saw us but they don't mind us they keep chatting while we are waiting they don't have a plan to entertain us so i called her and told her that are you already close she said no so why they are not entertain their guess? my toppings were stuck on the cover of the cardboard!!
I ordered 2 party size pizzas on June 16, 2019. When i opened the boxes BOTH pizzas's toppings were stuck on the cardboard covers. I can submit photos if you wish. I just thought you should know because i was mot very happy, and i am a SuperCard holder but am reluctant if i will order Shakey's again because of the quality you have been delivering. This has happened before but did not complain thinking it was a 1 time experience.

stolen samsung tablet from my 5 year old daughter inside your store
Just awhile ago around 6:30pm at Shakeys Maimpis branch City of San Fernando Pampanga. We are having dinner with my Family. and at that time the resto only have 4tables including us. and we dont have anybody near our seats.my daughter loss her Samsung Tablet inside your Restaurant. i report the incident to the Manager and ask for help. the initial reaction was far from what we expected. we ask politely to review their CCTV so we will know right there and then who took my Daughter's Tablet. but he replied i will send a letter to our Main office. but if they do have access. we may find who took the gadget. even the Uniform security guard at that time didnt log in the incident. we then whent to the nearest police station to blotter the said incident. if the staff and crew only have that small initiative to help. we did find out who it is. I hope our experience will not happen again to anyone who dine in at shakeys. and i hope this letter will reach the TOP Management for a swift action. Please train your Supervisor or Manager to handle this kind of ordeal. We are one of your Regular Customers for the Past 20years or so. So Sad and deeply disapointed. hope to have a feedback from you.

We ordered pizza from you for a birthday celebration, but the order was LATE!
We are on a very strict schedule and was expecting to start our party at 11:00 PM. We thought that the pizza will arrive at 10:41 PM but it arrived 11:20 PM!
The order was late and was incomplete! We asked for EXTRA hot sauce but we received EIGHT PCS of hot sauce for EIGHT PIZZAS!
The order was incorrect because we ordered Garden Fresh for our vegetarian client but it was all Hawaiian! I emailed a complaint but there was no response. I called your support and was promised a callback but there is no one calling.
WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT YOUR SERVICE AND WE DEMAND A COMPENSATION.

I placed my order last night may 13'2019 at around 9:41pm via online delivery, my order was placed I received email, knowing that you have 2hrs allowance to accommodate my order I assumed that 12midnight to b exact I will receive my order! This is my first time actually, and there should someone notifies me if ever there will be a delay or cancellation of my order but then there is none! Only to find out that they overlook my order🥵🤔 what kind of online service do you have?! So poor.

The serving is very poor we start to order around 7pm until 8pm our order is not complete and we are serve with food not quality anymore. We decided to takeout all are remaining order but epic fail they provided us with wrong orders. I notice also the kitchen they keep smelling the food before they serve and i heared one crew just saying just serve that to the customer without even checking the food quality.

Ang sabi sa Shakeys Pearl Drive, nakita sa system na naclaim na daw yung free birthday pizza nung November pa sa SM cabanatuan. Paano nangyari yon? Eh diba kaya nga free birthday pizza, kasi birth month mo lang makukuha yung pizza. Ganon kayo kahigpit, alam namin yon dahil ilan kaming may Shakeys Card. Ang sabi sa Shakeys Pearl Drive kanina, pag ofw pwede kunin yung pizza? In advance? Eh hindi naman ofw yung mother ko at alam niyang hindi niya cinlaim yung pizza nung inavail niya yung Shakeys Card. Napakaunfair lang dahil kaya nga namin inavail yun dahil sa mga sinabing promos and discounts ng Shakeys Card. At hindi naman kami mag eeffort na pumunta pa ngayon para kunin yung free pizza kung magloloko lang kami, para san at ano ba mapapala namin para lang sa pizza. I am complaining about the service and about the crew who served us
The name of the crew is Valerry. Actually, this is our first time to eat at that branch. And unfortunately, we are so disappointed. I was asking her to take a picture of us but she refused and said, "wait lang po." And then all of us was shocked about what she did. And after a few minutes we are all waiting for her na balikan kami to take a picture pero hindi na. Tiniloy-tuloy na niya lang yung pagseserve ng food namin with simangot face the whole time na nandoon kami. And one more thing, yung Tuna Caesar Salad namin huli na sinerve which so funny kasi supposedly yun ang pinakaunang ise-serve, right? And also, ilang beses din kaming nagrequest ng water. Kaya ang nangyari nagpunta pa ang isa sa amin to get water. Kasi walang crew na pumapansin for our request. Lastly, yung spag and carbonara puro tubig. Yung totoo? Lucky Me noodles ba talaga order namin? Guys, is that how u treat ur customers? Nakakadisappoint yung branch na ‘to tbh.

My niece used my visa card and it was charged as per my mobile confirmation but when my niece called the branch for follow up, they were saying that there was no transaction made and payment did not push through.
And your branch saying that there's 3days clearance to check. i don't understand... we need 3days clearance for online delivery?
I emailed [protected]@shakeys.biz on same day of incident and sent follow up today but no luck from them.

management problem - sm city davao
Good morning! I just want to complain and report about the injustice behavior of the management in Shakeys-SM City Davao branch. I'm one of the families of their employee who resigned. This is not the first time happened, and its not simple problem because I believe that every employee has its own rights. the following issues are: UN remitted allowances/Tip from the customers, Holding the salary if the employee resigned, Under time (they tend to let the employee out if they want) and Overtime (cutting the exact time even if it has on the daily time record), UN remitted bonus/ 13th month pay, not well treatment (trash talks and abusive language) and not giving and holding certificate of employment.
I hope this will be a good way to help our labor/employees and as well as the customers to serve them better. The issue on the management could be a feedback to the product. Hoping for a positive response/action on this serious matter. God bless and more power.

Hi. I'm very dissatisfied with my online transaction with shakeys yesterday.
I used deliver to a friend. The delivery was asking for a payment but I already paid through my visa card. She even calls after that re the payment. The pizza flavor was wrong and pasta. It was really a shameful and disaster experience. I've been calling the hotline for the third time now. I have not received any call back. For my third call, I was given the long distance number of the catering branch which is basically useless. I wouldn't even want to be charged for the call which in the first first place was a cause of my dissatisfaction. I feel like i wasted my 1700 for the inconvenient order and then i would waste another for the call. The service that i received was the wordt ever. I'm a loyal customer of shakeys but Im not sure if I would have the same appetite for the pizza anymore. I hope to receive a response on this. I'm really so agravated with their kind of service.

This incident took place on the above mentioned date at shakey's maimpis
Mc arthur highway, brgy. Maimpis, san fernando city, pampanga.
I am a regular customer of shakey's entirely, and of shakey's in most of pampanga partly. Especially my regularity in maimpis is noticeable by the staff.
I would like to post this complaint against your manager and captain who were on duty at this particular date and time that is given above.
Not to exaggerate and to keep it clean and simple, after the staff took my order and served me one of the items, I called for the manager. I then noticed the manager and the captain were eating and chatting. The boy who called for the manager continued his work without explaining to me what happened.
So I waited for 7 minutes and then looked back to the manager, he was still eating and chatting. So I asked the boy: "what happened? I asked for the manager, where is he?"
Then the boy replied: "the manager is eating."
I told him: "what do you mean he is eating? Should the customer wait for him to finish eating so that he will respond?."
The boy told me that he will call him once more. So the boy came back with the captain and not the manager. I greeted the captain thinking maybe he was the manager saying: "hello good afternoon." but the captain didn't greet me back, instead turned his face and continued whatever he supposed his job was. I asked the boy if that was the manager but he explained that he was the captain and the manager was the one stayed sitting eating. That is how I became sure who was who, because I certainly got confused with the demonstration of this manager's quality leadership as a professional representative of your restaurant. Surely and obviously he did not keep a careful watch neither on his guest nor on his team.
Finally I told the boy to go to the manager and tell him to respond to my third call. The boy went to the manager, and I got up and went nearer to observe them closely. The boy was trying his best to talk into the manager and make him respond while the manager himself neglected the third call and continued sitting down sipping his drink and eating more. At that moment they noticed me standing opposite to them, so the manager unwillingly got up and asked what he can do for me. I asked if it is possible to talk to the manager here and he said yes he is the manager. So I said I asked for you and more than a quarter hour passed and you are not responding.
His reaction was unprofessional and rude.
With an agitated violent tone and posture he replied: "I am eating! What? I do not have the right to sit and eat?!"
I can conclude that all the requirements and responsibilities of a dining manager is not found in him especially his bad conduct and impoliteness.
I told him customers should be prioritized and sorry for disturbing him.
And I went back to continue my meal expecting someone to approach me and apologize, but not even the staff that I always keep good tips for them said sorry or tried to show sympathy.
I felt the food I was eating was going down my throat like a sharp crystal shaped cutting my throat with every swallow, that was because I had to hold myself and be professional and coach my son how to react and deal with situations in a peaceful manner.
I asked the bill and left concluding that the behaviours of the team and its unproficiency is due to a very irresponsible rude and careless leader.
You sure know they are representing the image of your company.

Very slow customer service and lazy work habits of employees
Hi! I am a concern customer that love to eat in different places including my favorite Resto. Shakeys. I dont usually do this, this is my first time complaining on the services of the employees of any restaurant, because i have a long patience and understanding. But this time it reach my limits. Here's the details. Me and my friend choose to eat in the Shakey's Branch Located at 2F Market Market Bonifacio Global City Taguig City, Philippines. When we came in i ask one of the employees infront of the store if there is a vacant seat for two. I saw about 4-6 tables that are not accomodated, and no reservation tag in table..He told us there is no available seats. So we waited for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we are now seated near the entrance. We picked our order, called one of the staff but he ignored us. And again i raised my hand no one came in to assist, they just looked at us. We waited again, for about 5 minutes if there will be someone cared to assist us. But no one came. So we decided to go somewhere else to eat. As a customer, service is very important. If i am the owner of the company i will fire all the employees that are lazy and dont care about their customers. This will affect the companies good reputation. So i request that you change all the lazy personnels on that branch..it will do no good in the companies profit and great reputation.

Who cares? I do not know why they go to or what they do in this so called HRM! What to they learn there? A person with no educational backgrounds or not even high school knows how to attend to other people. Just today i went with my family to have lunch in SHAKEYS i had a misunderstanding with a worker so i asked him to call for the manager. He went to the manager. The manager was sitting with another worker wearing the red uniform, and they were both eating and chatting on a small table. After 7 minutes i asked the boy to please call the manager. The boy answered that the manager is eating. I told him so if he is eating i have to wait for him to finish? Please go inside and call him i am still waiting. So the boy went back to him but came back without the manager, instead the worker in red who was sitting with the manager came along with him. So i thought maybe he is the manager so i greeted him but due to his high self esteem did not greet me back just turned his face. So i asked the boy is this the manager he replied no he is our captain. My temper started to boil in there i controlled it and asked him to immediately bring the manager to me right then. He ran to him and I followed him to the other side to see how this manager is going to react. I wasn't surprise to see him staying on his chair eating and as if he was not being called for the third time. The other worker seeing me watching their manager eating approached me asking what do i need i replied is it possible to have a word with your manager? Then the manager seeing me heard and got up. I told him my problem and my request. He said ok. Then i told him i asked for him for the third time and more than a quarter of an hour i am waiting him and he responded I am eating, i don't have right to eat with a fighting posture... And that was 2:39 pm. Btw he has a huge belly too.
Bad service
my wife and i went this evening for dinner, first they told us there's no space (table), but i saw 1 table vacant, i was the one told them that i saw 1 table unoccupied. Maybe they dont have a choice they let us occupied that table.
When we're done eating, we ask for our bill, but the crew near us, passes us as if she didnt hear us, . But we didnt mind it. Next we ask to take out the remainhng food ( pizza and chicken), we already as 2 crew, but still as if they didnt hear us. I think there's a stereotyping in this retaurant, maybe we do not look that rich, and they think we cannot afford to pay our food. They keep prioritizing those customers who'se rich and foreigner. We hope that this wont happen again, to other customers like us. But for now, if this would tolearate, i will encourage my friends and relatives not to go to this restaurant. I hope to get the feedback. Dont let us post this to social media.

At McKinley Venice canal mall shakeys br...for sure I / we will not comeback there.. even the simple smile of the service crew we need to buy... They give good service to the rich and foreigners ...what a stupidity is that...we are also customer that can afford to pay... Be fair to all.. To give a good service... But what I experience in that branch they lose 99.9 points maybe the 1 point remaining start they new page ...MAYBE they do nothing...
