Incorrect and substandard order.
Placed an order through the call center and asked for thinnn bases. Went to Silverlakes to collect and picked up a very disappointing order. I got 1 very thick, soggy base. Not crispy at all and although the other was thin, it was also rather wet and not properly baked. I could not wait for it to be redone and had to wash my food down with coffee. What have you guys got to say for yourselves to stop me from never buying your pizza again?

Call centre and delivery
Good day,
I phoned the LIchtenburg Romans Pizza store with the intention to place an order.
The person at the other side of the telepone conversation could not speak up and I could not hear what he was saying and when I ask a question I had to ask more that once maybe because he did not know the answer.
The delivery guy phoned me out of his car and I had to walk to him and he served me my pizza out of his car.
I paid R40 delivery for a proffesional service and was treated unproffesionally.
I am very unhappy about the service of Romans Pizza Lichtenburg.

I odered pizza online on 31 Oct 2023 from Romans Pizza Mamelodi Crossing for delivery at 6pm. When the pizza was delivered the 4 in one pizza had hardly any meat on more bacon cause it had to be visible on top, I even took a picture of it. The Chicken was covered in more cheese so I didn't take a pic of it but the chicken was also as if it was counted. Because we were all hungry and waited long we had to warm up and eat.
I'm highly disappointed in the pizza I got.

So I ordered my pizza at hazyview branch and I had to wait for 3 hours and being given a run around and they busy pushing a blame on 1 of their colleagues named Fezile and claiming she knock off without putting the orde through. Then I ask for the manager Judy then am told she's busy she will see me when she's done. With no sense of urgency as if am just not a customer. It is really bad and they didn't want to help me they should have said so so I can take my business else where.

Service was poor and food that oily
I am repulsed by Roman's Pizza, Parkrand. Thursday night I ordered 12 pizza pies. I waited 45min. The order was not right. Today I ordered 9 Pizza pies. 13h40. By 14h25 some lady came to tell me the dough is off. So what about the people that received pizzas after me? That means that that they got pizzas that is off. I woman asked about her order, the lady, that I took a photo of, ignored her. I stood up and told her, the client was asking a question. She gave me attitude. The client canceled. When I asked to speak to you, she looked at me and showed me the number on a board. I will make this viral. I phoned the owner, 4 times. Seeing that he don't care about this franchise, I'm sure the head office will not be happy to know their name gets dragged through the mud. To top everything, the food is oily. I took photos of the food and of the lady that was so rude.
Wrong order and incorrect pricing information
On the 23/09/23 I placed an order of 3 large pizzas 2sweetchilli chicken and 1cheese and bacon which i was informed they are amounted to R240 but I only received 2, while I was on my way home I called and I was told to come back to the store to receive another Pizza, when I get there I was told to pay extra R129.i asked for the manager who didn't even bother to avail himself.i rushed home as the kids were alone,I decided to call again the lady answered the phone after realising I was the one calling she only said to me "we are closed"then hung up the phone.couldnt reach them again.The cashier who helped me was Dineo Madiba

Macon instead of bacon
I ordered a Bacon Supreme pizza at Romans Pizza Jean Crossing branch in Centurion. I have always ordered a Bacon Supreme and Chicken Supreme at this branch. To my surprise the bacon is actually rolled beef now ie macon. Very dissapointed indeed.Contacted the branch manager and he insisted they dont sell macon. I surely know the taste of bacon!.Well after all these years I'm sorry to say but you lost a loyal customer.
Belgium chocolate pie
I ordered 3 chocolate dessert pies from romans pizza at 15:06 and i was told to wait 15 minutes. After i picked it up, i came home to find them all burnt. I tried the one hoping it would still be okay but you could taste the burn pieces. I phoned to let them know but they cut the call on me after telling me that I would be helped. Good morning. On Saturday the 8th September 2023 after 14:00 o clock I ordered a pizza from Roman's Pizza in the Bluff Towers. I ordered a Barbecue chicken and mushroom pizza with extra cheese but the cashier made a mistake with my order and I paid for a Margareta. When I saw my receipt I showed him that he punched in the wrong order so I paid R39.80. So he told me that he will cancel the order and reverse the transaction and then I paid another R49.80 for the Barbecue chicken and mushroom pizza. Today is Monday the 11th September and I still haven't received my amount that he had reversed into my account. I never knew that it would take so many days for the money to be back into my account and it was his fault and his mistake for not listening to my order. He should of rather given me my cash instead of reversing the transaction and making me wait so many days and I'm not even sure of I am going to receive my money.
Desired outcome: I want my refund back ans soon as possible because I have already waited 3 days and I haven't received my money whereas that man could of given me a cash refund the same time instead of me waiting so many days
Pizza pie
I ordered 8 pizza pies last night, and what a disappointment, as we had to look for the filling inside in all 8 of them. Please see trailing email with my order. When my son introduced it to me it was great and filled can’t say the same now. What a disappointment as it was meant to be our dinner. Then when your delivery guy came he hooted instead of ringing the bell.

I bought a R149.90 special for supper. One sweetelious chicken and one beef sava. I came from work and just picked it up. At home I open the boxes and see that the beef sava was so burned. We can't even eat it because when it cooled it was completely dry and to hard to bite. I bought this bizza at paarl village mall. I can't even return it because it's to far from hom but near my work place. I had to throw it away

Poor service dilivery
My husband is at Roman pizza mall at R55 today 2023 June 23 at around 15:50 and he was buying two pizza thick, and the guy who was helping him told him that they don't have thick pizza they only left with thin, and when he tried to get someone else to help him, they told him that the thick one will only be available at 18:15 they will give him at 18:45.i also tried to speak with them over the phone, because to me it sounded as if they did not want to help him, as pizza is being prepared at the shop as usual, and they said that they want to help other customers in the shop, that made me feel like we are not the customers. Very poor quality of food
17 june 2023 19:20 Placed a collection order from Romans Pizza Chatsworth. I asked the service provider to please add extra sauce on the pizza I ordered prior to collection. When i get there and the box is opened they tell me the sauce is added but the pizza looked absolutely dry. Its either i need glasses or something is really Wrong with the managers eyesight. I thereafter requested they add more sauce and would pay for it being that had a bad experience when the pizza I ordered for delivery on a different day came absolutely dry. The manager tells me that another branch says that there is special treatment at the store in Chatsworth and they must make it procedure to add a certain amount of sauce on a pizza and head office agreed. There was no assistance to me as a customer. I never asked for a hand out I said i would pay. Does this mean I need to order another pizza to get more sauce or is it just that the service is not upto standard. Our of respect for the Manger at the Chatsworth branch who had been sarcastic to me (I won't mention your name), when you sell food to customers who are willing to pay good money don't make romans pizza a business only about money but for the quality of food yourl sell. Businesses today thrive on making money not worrying about customer satisfaction. I am very displeased with the pizza I ordered and before I could take the order out I asked that yourl rectify the order before leaving but yourl could not do that? So Roman pizza is just another business who just sells food for money not worrying about the standard of food that goes out or their customers.
To head office( yourl made it a procedure to add a certain amount of sauce on a pizza)as per the Mangers statement. If a client asks for more an is willing to pay yourl say no? But if I said I wanted more chicken and it was R50 more it would of been done. Or if I asked for extra cheese it would of been done at a price as well. I asked just for sauce and As a service provider yourl could not deliver. something needs to be done about this. If this procedure has been put in place by next year what's going to happen?, is the chicken pieces going to be counted is the cheese going to be weighed , are yourl going to use cheaper quality products? Don't sell any crap to a paying customer.

Ordered a pizza online
On Thurday 15 June 2023 I ordered 4 pizzas from Romanz Vredenburg at 18h50 at 18h52 I received a sms Romans Vredenburg received your order nr 540 at 19h30 we phoned them after we have not received anything they said they are busy with the deliveries even if it goes after 20h00 they will still deliver at 20h50 I phoned tgem again sorry we don't have a delivery for your adress I phoned back and ask hoe can I get a order nr but you don't have a delivery for me the lady said she will speak to the manager and call me back at 21h00 she phoned me back after I started making other food just to get something ro eat but can they still make us new pizzas I mean really to eat at what time 00h00 so I am very upset and dissapointed in this Branch
Cold pizza and I wait over 40minutes
As per aded screanshot of my order... I order 2 large pizzas online, arive about 10minutes early and no I must still wait for it... After about 40minutes I found out they with orders thats was after mine so I go ask one if the ladies whats going on my order no 197 and customer order no 205 just recieve his... The lady said mine wil be ready in minutes, so I wait, but when I got at home my pizzas was cold, I alway recomend Romanz Pizzs but after this I will never again...
Margarita pizza
Today I ordered a pizza and I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, it took an hour to be made, all the people who ordered after me got their pizza first. Secondly when I did get my pizza half of the cheese was off and it had a chicken pizza sauce on it when it was supposed to be margarita. I was disgusted and I will never be ordering from romans ever again.

Today at around 15:45, I walked-in at Romans Pizza Mayfield Square, Daveyton, I was kindly asked 'thick base or thin base'? for double pizza. And as always I chose thick. Before I drove off I checked my order and realized I was given a thin base.When I complained I was told that they don't have thick base. Why then asked if they know that they don't have thick base?
