Loved this metal shed from Sheds for less. I have bought 2 over the years for 2 different locations, and both a holding up very well through weather and sun. Never had any issues with either and they are pretty easy to assemble.

I messaged this company on Facebook, no response. Finally I asked that my order be cancelled. No response. So I filed a complaint with my credit card to dispute the charge and get my money back because this company is robbing me. Then two days ago, the shed arrived with no heads up. I don't want this shed! I already moved on with a different shed, built a platform with different dimensions. I literally can't use this shed and need it returned. I'm trying to get ahold of the middle man, US Polymers Inc to have it returned and no one will answer the phone. Shocker.

Horrible Experience with Sheds for less. Honestly I don't know if there whole company is just a scam? Please beware from buying from them. I ordered a playset on 03/18 and now a month later I am still waiting for my product. They keep telling me oh next week, next week and they cant even give me a tracking number. The website states free fast shipping all over it. I just want to make people aware this business might be a scam company.

order shed on 10th August . The website informed me the shed was in stocked. Called today and they told me it was out of stock and do not know when I should recieved the shed. They charged my card. Then tell me they have to call the supplier to to cancel my order and then issue me a refund. False advertisement on there website and not notifing the customer that they cannot meet the request of product was suppose to be shipped to my house in ten days.

Horrible communication!
Horrible communication! Ordered shed online 2 days later got an email saying item was no longer in stock and was issued a refund. Payed through PayPal and saw shedsdirect refunded money but was pending. Talked to paypal and said that shedsdirect issued an echeck and would take up to 6 days to get the refund. Today is the 7th day and still no refund.I did not pay with a check. I payed with a debit card and should have been deposited the same way so it should have been instant. Never buying anything from this site again!

Called on May 9th to check and was told they didn't have it in stock, so sorry, it will be in on May 11th and ship in 2-3 days. I called on May 11th and it was in stock. We are so sorry blah, blah, blah, you are next in line for shipping. Today is May 14th. Apparently those were all lies. The Shedsdirect website does NOT allow for leaving poor ratings. I was trying to leave a negative rating due to their cheap quality of product as well as their poor customer service. The Negative rating literally disappears and does not allow for you to bring it up again. What kind of company is afraid of letting consumers (that require log in information) rate their products? Answer - A company that does not sell quality products (Shedsdirect). If Shedsdirect was an honest business, they would allow customers tell the TRUTH. I wish I saw all of the negative blogs based on your products and PALRAM before wasting money on your website.

back on may 1,2020 i purchased a shed from sheds for less the next day i was callked giving me a delivery date of june 11.2020 and told someone needed to be here to sign for the shed. the shed never showed up so i contacted sheds for less by email the woman said they would check with the shipping company then contact me, they never did. so i then reserched and found a number to contact them *** let phone ring for quite awhile with no answer then tried to contact by email only to have the email returned returned twice as undeliverable. as of this date i have not received the shed or even a tracking number from a shipper.

I order a shed on August 27,2020 I was promised a shipment date of 5-7 business days. I waited two weeks and then began to call them. Each time i get the same replay that they will look into this and email me. It is now the 18th of September and still no answer. I have called them at least three times.
I was sent a non usable shed and when I tried to return it the company basically refused . The shed has missing components and holes where screws should be dont line up . I have the original packaging and even agreed for the company to take out a 25% restock fee and the company still refused . On there website it has return policy 30 day and a 25 % restock fee . I agreed to 25% and the company won't even give me a refund . This company is a SCAM and need to be looked into

Then they tell me it's out of stock. Try to make me feel bad for their misleading advertisements that I need to be understanding due to pandemic via multiple emails. It is 12/20 and K still do not have any clue when my product will be here. Now I have backyard full if stuff that needs to go into a shed sitting in the rain. It is now June 27 and I have not been able to get a status on my order from the merchant, either by the website or by calling them. I have tried several times to call and keep getting pushed to an automated message and disconnected. I was able to get through to a customer representative once on June 19th, who told me they would check with the supplier and email me back. I have yet to receive any correspondence on my order status. The website does not allow ability to check order status. The merchant charged my credit card immediately for the full amount.

I ordered a shed over a month ago. I've tried to call and email to check the status of my shed but no one ever calls me back or responds to my emails. My other shed has already been removed as we were initially told that the shed would be delivered by now. Now all of my belongings are sitting outside since I have nowhere to store them. I never received an order Number nor a transaction receipt. PayPal did process the payment. I contacted the company via phone and explained my problem. I was told to submit an email to Support . *** with documentation. I have not received a response. On Tuesday 5/19 and today wed. 5/20 I placed a phone call to the company and was asked to leave a message and phone number as the were "busy" and would call me back. I did leave a message but have not received a call. I would like to know if my order wwas ever processed and where is my payment. .This is not an acceptable way to do business ..

After waiting a month and receiving no shipping confirmation, tracking info, or any other correspondence, and noting that my money was taken ($589.95), I contacted a representative to cancel the order and receive a full refund. After calling twice and leaving messages with no response, I was (miraculously) able to get through to a representative. She acknowledged that the order should have shipped by now and she was going to send an email to the warehouse. I told her it was too late for that, and that I wanted a full refund. She responded that she would cancel the order and I would receive my money back and confirmation via email within 24-48 hours. That was almost two weeks ago and still nothing. I have left three voicemails since then and have received no calls or emails from the company. They still have my money.

They canceled my entire order due to it being out of stock and refunded me only the amount for the shed, 469.95 on June 3rd. The day before the delivery we received an email that the delivery is not going to happen because the shed was broken. It said, to call the delivery company to receive the new delivery date. I called RAC from Denver to inquire about the new shipment. The lady told me that the next time the driver goes in our direction would be June 23rd. I told her that we have livestock and that we really need the shed faster. She said that she has only one driver and one truck, which is running 7 days/week and there is nothing she can do. I contacted 'Shed for less' and they told me that they will look at this and get back with me. That has been two weeks now. My husband and I have called almost on a daily base, sent emails, left voice messages. No response. The chat person will not respond. We feel that this is the only way to get any response from the company. We made temporary adjustments for our livestock and spend additional money due to this situation.

Purchased a shed from their website. Finally received it after a month of waiting. The delivery person dropped off one box. This seemed pretty small for what we ordered so I asked to make sure. He showed me the invoice and assured me it was everything. Some time later, I braved trying to put this together. I took out everything and went through the pieces one by one comparing it to the instructions. Turned out the entire foundation kit was missing. Tried to call and was referred to voice mail. Left a voice mail and was never called back after waiting a week. Sent numerous emails. Never received a response. Finally I had to file a paypal dispute because I had no way to reach anyone. They eventually responded to this apologizing and offered to send this missing foundation kit. After another couple of weeks we got the foundation kid. So I proceeded to keep trying to put this together. Only the realize more parts were missing! The parts to hold up the roof were missing. I wrote a furious email and was met with a "oh sorry about that, we'll get you the parts when we can" response. Completely unacceptable. I have wasted over a month trying to get a simple shed and have been offered no compensation for all of my wasted time. shedsforlessdirect.com needs to take responsibility for THEIR mistakes and make this right.
