Sheetz staff

I went to the Sheetz located in Lakemont, Pennsylvania and I was treated very rudely by the worker there. Her name was Carey and she was very unfriendly. She hardly spoke to us, gave my family and I nasty attitude, and was very displeasing. She slammed our change on the counter top and was walking away from us before we even had our items. This Sheetz wasn't even busy at the time.

Sheetz accused of not paying for food.

I visited the Sheetz in Everett, PA about an hour ago. I ordered food from a kiosk then went to the counter and paid for my food ticket as well as my visiting fathers food ticket. I then went to get a free coffee, thank you by the way! I waited on my food and then when they called our numbers I picked both bags up and handed my fathers bag of two hotdogs to him and we proceeded to leave the store. Both bags had the PAID sticker on them. We were parked on the far side of the parking lot as they were busy. We made it to the car when we hear a lady yelling. We turned to look and an employee of Sheetz was yelling from the doors at us. We could not imagine why she was yelling at us asking us if we paid for our food. Once was not enough, she proceeded to yell across the busy lot if we actually paid for our food. I said of course I did. I got my elderly parents in the car and went back into the store with my receipt and paid stickers. The young man that checked me out knew that I had paid for two separate food orders. I told him that he was the one that checked me out and he nodded. Then the accusing lady said "we saw those people with you had a bag and we just have to check to make sure they paid for it." I said well, if they were with me and I paid for two food orders I would have to have two bags. Then I said that I did not appreciate how that was handled and the woman stated that they have to check when they don't know. I thought that if the food gets placed in the window that it had been paid for and she said not necessarily. They stated that they were all talking as I left and did not think that those people with me paid for their food. My parents are 77 years old and visiting from New Mexico thinking of moving to this area. That is a great way to make an impression! This is where I have an issue...I was yelled at all the way across the busy parking lot. I am from Everett and know a lot of people because I am the wife of a local pastor. It was busy and now I have to worry with who heard and saw that incident. She could have come quietly and quickly behind us, not holding the Sheetz door open and yelling at us to stop. I hope no one else has to be humiliated like that and I will think twice before ordering anything.
Thanks and have a blessed New Year!

Sheetz cheesesteak hoagie

Stopped in WV at a big, New Sheetz. Nice facility. Clean restrooms. Food order 2 / 12 in cheesesteaks MTO. The resulting hoagies were not even close to what was ordered. The meat was full of gristle. Got grilled peppers didn't order them. Ord mayo, no mayo. Ord pickles, no pickles. Neither my husband nor I could find any cheese. Never again. Food all tastes frozen and microwaved. BAD.

Sheetz waited 45 minutes to get cold and soggy fries

Went to Sheetz on 982 in Bullskin, I don't care so much about the 45 minute wait because it is Christmas and they were very busy. We ordered 4 hotdogs and a bucket of fries, the fries were cold and soggy, the bucket was only a little over half full from it sitting so long, an the hotdogs weren't that hot either. Waiting that long for cold food is really disappointing.

Sheetz food counter

The Sheetz in Martinsburg, WV at 14686 Apple Harvest Dr, Christmas morning at 12:41 order number595 my daughter stopped in and ordered 2 hotdog, the lady named Crystal took her order from the self order and said
This is getting [censor] ridiculous it's Christmas Eve and these [censor] people are here ordering food!" my daughter apologized and Crystal said WHAT my daughter said sorry and she grunted and walked away. My daughter went to pay and asked the cashier If a manager was in and the cashier replyed that Crystal was the manger tonight. I'm sorry but my daughter left there in tears and very upset there is NO excuse for this behavior, there were two witnesses to her outburst. I visited this Sheetz often but I assure you I will not subject my daughter to this behavior.

Sheetz pepperoni sub/ cheese sticks

So I ordered a 12 inch pepperoni Sub with lettuce, red onion, mustard, mayo, and banana pepper rings. I end up with diced tomatoes added, jalapenos, and the added joy of a hair. I also ordered marinara with my cheese sticks, that was forgotten. The store had no other food orders nor were they busy. I've worked in food and typically I'm very understanding but not one but two extra items were added to my food and the hair was buried in the sandwich and would have been consumed had I not had to remove the extra ingredients and I paid extra for the marinara. It may not have been much but it is still money that I put forth.

Sheetz being rude and inhospitable to the homeless and unprivileged

Sheetz in Morgantown WV at 1012 University Ave. There is a homeless shelter right next door. Many homeless come into the sheetz, PURCHASE COFFEE, then go into the warmth of the dine-in area and hang out, sometimes for an extended period of time. I am a student at the University. I come there now and again to try and get some work done, but I noticed the last two times I went that the wifi doesn't work, nor do ANY of the outlets. After speaking with a few of the homeless and some of the employees (who were extremely rude about it), I guess the internet and outlets have been out for over six months. It is an obviously ploy to try and run out the less fortunate. This is unpalatable to me. They use their food stamps there. They aren't breaking any laws, just trying to stay warm and charge their phones. How can a company do this. I will NEVER go to another sheetz again. EVER. It is the holiday time. You all should be very, very, very ashamed of yourselves.

Sheetz disappointing order of onion rings

I wanted a ton of onion rings. I ordered a bucket! I thought, they can't mess this up.

I also ordered 4 sauces, ranch, Asian sesame, boom boom, and nacho cheese.

I got home to look in the bag, I was missing Asian sesame sauce which I paid 80 cents for, and the bucket was very disappointing! I would have been happy without the sauce had this bucket been full. Photos attached.

This bucket was taken straight out of the bag. I didn't take a bite. Truly disappointed. And they were soggy. I stopped at sheetz because burger king was out of the way. I should have gone the distance.

Yep, unless you dipped into the container before taking a pic, you didn't get what you paid for.

Sheetz racial profiling

My friend and I were in the Lexington, Virginia Sheetz on 12/10/2017 trying to make a nicotine purchase, and he was denied, though he had a Bangladesh passport (as he is an exchange student) with a US visa. Though we all had I.D. we were turned away. This is clearly racial profiling and an incompetent employee. We believe that this is completely unacceptable.

Sheetz restrooms and management

Today, December 10, 2017, Between 11am-12am while shopping at Sheetz on

1300 BATTLEGROUND AVE
GREENSBORO, NC 27408
Store #509

I had to use the restroom. The restroom had been neglected for a while; there was stuff all over the floor and the toilet paper was out. However, I didn't realize that my stall was out of toilet paper until after I started using the restroom. Do this I was force to move to the stall next to me; taking the chance of someone walking in on me with my paints down. The next stall was out of toilet paper also causing me to exit that stall another time to get some paper towels at the sink. Also being handicapped and needing a Caine to assist me to walk made these movings a lot slower increasing my chance of getting caught with my paints down. However, during my move from the first stall (handicapped stall) to the second one I injured my back by scrapping it on the doors locking hardware causing me to fall to the ground. This scrap ended up being deep enough to make my back bleed a lot. After I was done in the bathroom I asked to talk to the manager and I told her what had happened and how I felt in a calm manner. All the manager did is say "Okay" after each thing I said and never asked me if I was ok or if I needed medical help. She can obviously see I was handicap due to walking with a cain and didn't seem to care for my well being or filled out a incident report. I am sure that most companies has a incident/injury policy there employees should fill out, especially management. This really was disappointing and I have always loved this company with the kind and friendly staff I have came across. However, this incident has caused me to think twice about shopping here in the future. I am disabled Military and Law Enforcement veteran and should not only as a respected member of the town of Greensboro but as a customer be treated with more respect from your management.

Sheetz an employee

My two children and I were in your location on Union Cross Road, beside of Glen High School in N.C.-and one of your employees was very rude to my 9 year old daughter which I do not appreciate at all! This happened around 11:30 this morning and her name was Saundra-she was an older lady. If she does not have patience she should not be working with customers and she definitely should not be rude to children!

Sheetz stolen food

A few nights ago, my boyfriend and I went to Sheetz. We paid for our food and we were waiting for it for at least 20 minutes. After we saw people who came in after us get their food before us, my boyfriend walked up and asked what happened to our food. The worker said he saw the people who ended up taking our food and he said he would make us new stuff. When the new stuff come out it was thrown together so fast that it was messy. My hamburger bun was soggy with ketchup dripping out the side.

Sheetz manager (k. harvey)

I went into sheet tonight around 10 (ish) and the service at this Sheetz is horrible. First of all you wait forever for your food once it is ordered. The manager which suppose to be Ms. Harvey is just rude. It never fails that every time we go there is a problem. Tonight my family went threw the drive thru and ordered two orders of chicken wings and a bucket of fries. Not to say that it cost us $12.00. With every order of wing you suppose to get a dipping sauce and with each order of fries you get a dipping sauce. After receiving our food we waited in the Drive thru line for over 10 minutes going back and forth over dipping sauce. By this time my food is cold. She wouldn't give us any dipping sauce. She was arguing that I ordered ketchup instead of BBQ sauce in which I knew was a lie because I don't eat ketchup on nothing. So I was informing her that I don't eat ketchup, so I sent the ketchup packages back and asked for BBQ sauce and she still wouldn't give us any after paying $ 12.00. She stated that I had to pay for the sauce in which I did and ended up cold food. After speaking to my husband what I should have done was just told her to give me all my money back it she wanted to act that crazy over $.43 to lose a $12.00 sale. I'm not sure what Sheetz' standards of a manager is! The other two employees were very nice and understanding of the matter.

Sheetz customer service at counter

Allow me to begin by saying that I normally LOVE Sheetz! Everyone is really friendly and helpful and I usually do "Feel The Love". However, I was extremely put off by my experience today, and as someone who has worked in customer service my entire life, I know how important the front line is and how much it reflects on the company.

Honestly, it's not a huge issue but I really just want to know if it was the employee being rude or if this is company policy. I don't wish to get anyone in trouble so I won't share the persons details, but I did need to say something, as I am still upset. Here it is: I was in line, this morning, with maybe two people behind me. Not too busy. Two people on the registers, so there was not a huge rush. The employee gives me my change and then barks, very loudly in my face, "NEXT!", with me still holding my cash, she tells the next person to come up. So, I try to slide my stuff down a few inches so I can put my money up before I leave the counter. It made me very uncomfortable and I felt unsafe, to have a stranger a few inches from me while I am going through my wallet to return the cash. It felt extremely rude and thoughtless. I worked as a teller at a bank for years and it is most definitely not ok to have the next person come up when a customer is still counting their cash. She didn't even give me a chance to count the change and make sure I had the correct amount.

So, my question is as follows: is it company policy to push people through the line? To have the next customer come up when the last customer is still wrapping up their transaction? I understand companies want speed of service but it wasn't even busy. But if this is the case; if that is the policy, I am here to say it made me very uncomfortable and made me not want to go back to that location.

Like I said, it's not a huge deal but I felt it necessary to say because today, I did NOT feel the love.

Sheetz customer service

Today 12/2/17 I went into my local sheets with my 18yr old daughter. My daughter made herself a hot tea and I grabbed a light beer. My daughter never once stood in front of or even walked towards the beer display/cooler. The cashier carded myself and my daughter. When I told her my daughter is underage and never even looked at the beer she told me I had to take my daughter all the way home and come back to purchase the beer because she is not allowed to sell it to me while I am with anyone underage. So I walked out with just a hot tea for my daughter.

I understand there are rules but I believe they are taking this too far. I could see if my daughter was standing at the beer cooler or even if I had more than one beer but that was ridiculous. I did not go back to purchase anything. I ended up going to another local place who did sell me the beer even tho my daughter was there. I wonder how many people they turned away for this same thing at Sheetz. As long as the minor is not standing at he beer cooler or involved in the purchasing a legal adult should be able to buy a beer for themselves.

Sheetz mto cheese steak

I reheated the other half of a twelve inch cheese steak that I had purchased the other day. I took a bite into it and experienced sharp pain in my cheek.

After spitting out the bite, and inspecting the material closer, there was a large roughly triangkular bone fragment, which I would expect was from the meat used to make the sandwich, and left over from material production.

I didn't sustain any injury other than mild abrasion, which is negligible.

The location where this was purchased is in Middletown, PA. Reference order number 90, 11/30/2017. Order was MTO Cheese Steak (12 inch) and Jalapeño Bites.

I do not desire to order MTO products again, as this leads me to question source of procurement and quality control of materials procured for production. Especially since this being a meat product is USDA regulated.

I have included pictures with US Quarter for scale / size comparison.

If additional information is required, my contact is [protected] (cell).
