I am really disappointed with my experience shopping on Shekou Woman's website. After placing my order for two items on the 11th of January, it has now been over five months and I am yet to receive my purchases. Throughout this entire time, the customer service representatives at Shekou Woman have been assuring me that my package is en route and on the way to my doorstep. However, every time they send me a tracking number, it leads me to an empty search result page and I am yet to receive any confirmation of the delivery of my package.

I find it extremely frustrating that despite my continuous complaints and requests for updates on the status of my order, Shekou Woman still refuses to refund the money I spent on the unfulfilled order. It's not only a huge inconvenience for me to have to wait extremely long periods to receive an order I've already purchased, but it's also emotionally taxing to constantly reach out to the customer service team to no avail.
