Employees here are swindlers and completely dishonest. Marked prices are not honored at the check out, have photographic evidence and a receipt to prove this. Employees are bilking paying customers regularly and when called on this they don't correct their mistake. Filing formal complaint against this franchise with the State Attorney General's office. These people are unethical thieves and give Shell a bad name.

Everytime I use my card at any shell station you guys take off extra money. I went in this morning paid for 12 of gas you guys took 52$ off not including what I really pumped. Where is my money shell? The last time it took all of my money off my card now it's taken 52$ more than what it should have been. I am a college student on a budget and after today I will not be using shell stations anymore.

Last week at 10:10pm in Mexico Maine I put my debt card in the pay at the pump. Before I started pumping my Nephew said he would just go in and pay so I took my card out. The pump took 75.00$ from my debt card and has yet to return my money a week later. I'm a struggling single mom who only works part time and that was over a third of my weekly check. I want my money back!

The shell pockets on Paducah rd. In mayfield KY is a newer location. Everytime my husband or I go there we get overcharged for everything we buy. They have been charging almost 11% tax on beer. When you go right next door and its only 6% which is what its suppose to be. Any of the drinks such as monsters or nos that has a sign saying they are on sale always always ring up wrong. We have complained on several occasions about it and they dont fix the problem. The cashiers are rude and unhelpful. I just dont understand why its like this? Why we complain and nothing is done. And the food their is not kept to health standards. They leave old chicken sandwhiches in warmer all night till they are sold. I would like some feedback on what the problem is here. We have been robbed of our hard earned money!

[protected])and it showed the price for unleaded oil is 2.38 and I used the reward card and the price went down to .3 per gallon. But when I filled 13.211 gallons, they took 2.649 per gallon.What kind of cheating is this? Why did it happen?

The gas station offers full service but only until 4 PM. I pumped my gas in the evening and the pump was still charging full service prices. I took my receipt to the attended who told me that there was nothing that she could do to reimburse me. I feel that the pumps ### either adjust pricing after hours or should be made in accessible. I would like to know what I need to do to be reimbursed.

The survey is very frustrating, and this is the third time in 6 months period that i complain about the fact that i start filling out the survey, at 68% it stops and thanks me before i can enter my info! Is the survey rigged? Can you only fill
It out completely if the experience was perfect and then you can praise yourself on wonderful service? I have thrice complained and NOBODY has reached out to me, to fix or attempt to fix the problem, i guess i will just talk to my family and friends and help solve the problem by getting everyone i know to stop going to shell, and EVERYONE i know goes!

I was in the store with a friend, talking with the cashier. As we walked out, I got hit in the face at the front door around 11:40-11:50pm April 14, 2017. I walked away to reverse the situation because I was in a hurry with family emergency. She has been rude to me an my wife, an I am making a complaint because it is towards my young daughter now, an I am beyoung upset...It was 4:30-5 at Shell, the person at the register was extremely rude to my daughter when she went into the store.She told my 13year old daughter, that came in with a list from me, an spent around 26 dollars, that she was annoying her, when she went to pay.My daughter was very upset when she got home!We go to Shell everyday for simple necessities, down to bread for dinner! I am very upset about this as I spend a good deal of money at this store, I would respect the management to do their job to keep a honest, reliable customer as myself, an have a descent, friendly, responsible/respectful person working the register...a smile would be nice to see coming in your Shell gas station!I hope you do the right decision an replace this person that seems to dislike her job, an is extremely rude to your customers that would like to keep coming back...Thank you for your time, an please keep your customers happy that are your neighbors!

My name is [removed] and I was working at Haydock Shell Petrol Station and due to no real reasons for deductions in my salary,
I had to resign. Every months I tried to get an explanation with my manager, Miss Lesley and her reply was by Mrs Margaret orders.
I never had a real reason for them.

My reference was 651 and below the deductions in my wage slip:

05/07/2016 - shortage - £92.09
05/08/2016 - shortage - £20.04
05/09/2016 - shortage - £20.00 (an estimation, as no wage slip was provided by the company, although many requests for it)
Total : £132.13

I tried harder to find out to whom to ask this back date payment that is why I am making this request only now.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask you to send me my September 2016 wage slip by post, and credit my account all deductions
make.

I sent email twice but retailer doesn't reply ever. I need my deduction amount back why CSSGLZae Shaun Aswat BACS S & G L Aswat & Sons ltd DEP deducted my salary without any reason WHY ? I need my my amount back. Its against law to deducted amount from employee salary without no reason.

It was a Saturday evening about one week ago approximately 10:57 pm. I went in and td the x amount of dollars on pump 5 and also cash in my rewards for .55 cent of every gallon. When I went outside. I realize i did not receive the .55 off. I went back and the the attendant told me to do it again. That is when I realize it was sent to the wrong pump. So i lost my rewards credit and top of I was treated improperly. This occurree on 125 st NW 7 Ave. The attendant name was Guilletmo.

I'm here at the 195 shell gas station and the bathroom was unable for me to use it was locked and nobody was in it and the representative seemed in concerned and didn't offer to help. Today is Saturday 8, 1017 @ 9:35 am. Because I had to use the restroom and that wasn't available I had a little accident on myself and I'm completely embarrassed. I needed to go so bad that I locked my keys in my car. There was no signs indicating that the bathroom room was out of service. I could be reached at [protected] email [protected]@bellsouth.net.

I went to the shell gas station located on 13th Ave and 14 st sw Calgary Alberta at 5 pm mst to check my office lotto tickets and purchase this week's tickets. I advised the cashier at that time I needed the slip from the lotto machine. The cashier got what I assume to be a personal call at the same time and spoke to someone briefly and then he checked one of my two LOTTERY tickets and he gave me the slip that confirm ed d it was not a winner. At that moment he looked at me like he was really annoyed and told me to check the other ticket I had on the self serve machine on the other side of the store I told him no I need the slip from the machine because it is an office ticket. He told me it was not a winner and again to go check it on the self serve machine. I asked him what the problem was and he said that I was the first one to ask for the slip. I then told him again to check the ticket and give me the slip and he finally did it. I told him I would complain to whoever was in charge of the station and asked for his name and he said it was Adiep. He then told me to #### off before I left and I told him that I would complain to the corporate office. Not a pleasant experience given I usually go to this station weekly.

This Gas Station is the wrost Convenient Store I've ever experience in my life.Today I truly had the worst experience and individual could have at Shell Gas or Cirlce K whatever honored name they want to go buy.I shop at this location because its on route home from work.So I purchase a item and gas last Saturday, the item in particular was defective so i didn't return it over the weekend.So I ask could i just exchange them out and the Store Manager told me" NO" you have to have a receipt to return anything.So I ask, can I pull up the transaction on Account and I bought back the tag with the item she still Said "NO".She also stated that my account doesn't mean anything all thall show is purchase amount.At this point I felt belittled and treated like a racist, and NOT as if I was Citizen..All Transaction on accounts show Date, Location, Amount, but it also has and Order number which shows the entire purchase if need to be pull up by the Store. I gave back the item..and could careless about the amount but I will not be treated in this fashion when Im Taxing paying Citizen..The Manager Stated her was Jessica Mcown she did nothing to show leadership skills to her employees no customer service was given..The Employee stated She wears the Blue Shirt she makes the big decision some one needs to take that shirt and given back to Shell Corp.Please contact me Via email. Shell, 4454 highland road, baton rouge:
This service station is on a major in-town traffic artery and located one quarter mile from lsu. I live two blocks from this shell station. too often there are yellow plastic bags over pump handles indicating they are out of gas. as of today, 4/5/17, the station as been out of the top two grades of gasoline for three days. last week, a two minute electricity outage caused the service station to close the rest of the day because they couldn't reboot the pumps. these problems happen much too often. if the owner can't afford to keep station tanks filled perhaps the franchise should be sold to someone else.

I filled out the online survey until 68% and then shell thanked me, and i was not able to fill out my information for the draw, so for the third or fourth time, there is a chance that i could have been a winner for loyally choosing Shell since i can drive (16 years), but not the survey stopped. Please fix this or give me the chance to resubmit my information.

I visited the shell gas station on Quintard Ave, in Anniston AL, Tuesday night around 10:15pm, April 4 2017. I prepaid for $4 of gas, as I was in between checks. As you can imagine, at this point, my money is valuable. I go to pump, nothing happens. I go back inside to ask for my gas to be released/my money back, and they say no. They refuse to give me cash back, (as I had paid with an employment issued Paycard. They told me that I would have to bring in a bank statement showing funds removed. For those who don't know about paycards, there is no bank location for them. Not even really a central ATM look, where you can get money withdrawn. So as you can imagine, it 1)would be nearly impossible to produce a bank statement, and that 2) If I paid for gas, which I hadn't received, why would I not be able to get said gas? Or if I'm paying with a Paycard, could I not just receive my money back, as it was taken in "debit form"? I exchanged words with the requested manager (Barbra), who cared nothing about my situation or a resolution, and proceeded to tell me to "watch my mouth". I was finally helped by a gentleman who reset the pump to allow me my gas. I want something seriously done about the manager's attitude and customer service. Let alone her problem solving skills. People are out everyday with struggles unknown, and although unbenounced to her, If I had not been helped by the attendant, I could have risked being stranded, or losing my means of income, all because she cared less about the matter of $4 being no small amount, for me to squander.

My husband and I had walked into a shell gas station and we didn't happen to speak or hear him say good morning, was very early and the attendant yelled good morning and said we were rude. He ended up having words with my husband, We walked out and he followed us threateningly. We will not be back. I did not get his name but he was black and has dread locs. It was at the Richmond rd shell station in lexington ky. The one next to Wal-Mart. This just happened at around 930 this morning and it was bad enough for me to feel the need to make a report.

I came to your gas station and paid $10 on pump 4. Used my Winn Dixie card and got .25 off a gallon bringing my cost to $1.98 a gallon. The pump said 5.028 gallons. I have 17 miles to E on my car. There is no freaking way 5 gallons is 17 miles. This is not the first time I have put $10 in my tank so I know it moves more than that. Your cashiers done nothing about it. Either give me my gas or my money back.

On 3/31/17 I went to the above Shell station at 3625 Kirkwood Hwy in Wilmington, DE 19805, to utilize the Moneygram service. As I stood at the counter the owner/clerk an East Indian man, ignored me as he drank his bottled water. I then informed him that I would like to pick up funds from Moneygram. I gave him my license and reference number. The amount was 245.00. He then looked at my license and said "the machine says call Customer Service". I asked him why and he said he didn't know why. I then called Customer Service while I was in the store. I was told that there was no issue and I should have been given my money. He then asked to speak with the owner/clerk. There was one customer that he was waiting on and when he was done I asked if he could speak with Cust. Serv. He ignored me and I asked again. He then said I have customer, to which I responded that I am a customer as well and I have been standing here for a while. He again ignored me. I then told the Customer Service rep that I would find another location as I do not have time to deal with this ####. I then left the store. There was no reason for this individual to not give me my funds and certainly no reason for me to be treated this way by him. This is a VERY negative business practice and I will not patronize a Shell station in the future. Please address this issue as I feel that after looking at my license I was discriminated against by this individual. I realize there are cameras in the store so these statements can be easily verified. Definitely not a good garment for Shell to wear.
