The owner is very rude and nasty. He and some off his employees talk very nasty to customers don't value our business. I'm done shopping there and i live right across the street. Now i travel to other gas stations because i want to be treated fair especially when I'm spending my money.

I thought stopping at a Shell StAtion to purchase gas and go to the restroom was a good choice. I was wrong. You can't go inside, he sends me out back. Okay, i thought no problem. It was horrible. Womens restroom locked up (no key). Mens restroom hasn't seen cleaning solution since Mr Clean was a boy. No toilet paper and very intidating atmosphere. I can't believe Shell would allow such a filthy place to carry their name.

Approximately two weeks ago I was walking through my neighborhood and stopped at the Shell service station at 1201 Bonforte Blvd. here in Pueblo, CO. I attempted to buy cigarettes but was asked for an ID by a clerk who would only identify himself as David. I told him, I'm walking and don't carry an ID when I'm walking. He refused to sell me cigarettes without the ID, saying it was Shell policy and he could be fined $250 for selling cigarettes to me without an ID. I AM 64 YEARS OLD! I told him his refusal to sell me cigarettes was discriminatory because I had never been asked for an ID before at that particular service station or any other, for that matter.

Purchased fuel on Pump 9 on 3/28/15 and went home a 1/4 mile away parked car and went to go to work on Monday the car started sputtering on way to work and quit. I contacted the Circle K manager who sent to a number in Arizona and they sent me 5 cups of free coffee ! I'm out $438. for auto repairs which had been just worked worked on a month ago and was running fine until I purchased the gas. I light was on my dashboard stating I need gas. I paid $25 and and at $16 the tank wouldn't take any gas so i got a refund for $8. My neighbor and I were stunned it only took $16 when it usually takes $35 to fill the tank. I know something was running through the pump before it started registering the $ amount. I have the receipt from the mechanic who states the tank was filled with raw fuel and water mix. i can fax it to you. It may not be a lot of money to you but with a sick husband that constantly needs new medication this was all we had to pay our rent this month I had to have the car towed and pay for the repairs I can fax the bills.

I would like to place a complaint regarding your pumps at the Shell Garage Mold site ID [protected]

This garage is my local garage and I have mentioned the fault regarding your pumps with the staff working at the garage on a number of occasions now.

Every time I fill my cars up it seems to have a problem when it comes to rounding it off. It doesn't jump until you get to .99 and then it will jump an extra pence. For example, if I wanted to put in £20 your pumps how ever slowly you fill it will always jump to £20.01 when it gets to £19.99.
I dread to think how much extra money you are getting out of people.
I am not the only person that has noticed this convenient fault of yours after commenting about it on a social networking site.
I will not be using your services again until you sort them out.
Also if you ask do you want a receipt upon payment I would usually expect to get one but when it comes to paying at your pumps I have not come away with one yet! Maybe with all the extra pennies you accumulate from from your pumps you can pay for some receipt rolls for the pumps!

Hopefully you will take this on board and sort the issue out.

Asked Eastport Shell to identify and fix a check engine light program at a specific price ceiling. However, they did not fix and I had to have car towed to the dealership and Eastport Shell gave me $500.00 bill. Never Again, Not Very Honest.

Okay. I am a roadside assistant. I change tires and so on. Today one of my clients chose to pull her Cadillac escalade into your location on midlothian after having a flat tire. A male employee working during 6:30 chose to attempt to change her tire. In doing so he managed to collapse the truck onto the flat tire after having removed all the lug nuts. Her 3 year old child was in the back seat also, during this event. According to the mother this man was unapologetic about dropping the car with her baby inside, and proceeded to continue in a rude verbal dispute with her prior to my arrival. He put your company at risk by damaging her property and her child. He also made my job harder, even though I showed up in less than 25 minutes. I don't need him changing anyone's tires. That's not his job. He is not qualified to do the job he already has, let alone doing my job behind my back. Luckily minimal damage was done to the Escalade, and the fall only scared the living daylights out of her little boy in the car seat. Your employee is hoping that this will blow over, but I'm not in the habit of letting dangerous fools behavior go unchecked. My client may or may not be passed off enough to contact you. I don't know for sure. Either way, you need to know about this event that took place less than two hours ago. I have photos and you have the footage. I have always liked she'll gas. You will not loose me as a customer. Thanks.

I have been using a Shell Credit card for several years and living under their $100.00 pump swiped limit. They have recently lowered that limit to $50.00. This is very inconvenient for me and the owner of the station. The station operates through automation in the early morning hours of each day. This is when I purchase most of my fuel for several reasons. The card now allows me only $50.00 on the pump swiped credit card. (That at today’s prices is just over 12 gallons and it won’t fill and of the vehicles that I drive. I tend to driver the vehicles down to the last eighth of a tank to avoid extra stops at the gas station. But now I can’t go when I want or I can’t get the full tank I want. Remember once the card hits the $50.00 limit it won’t authorize again for some allotted time. So I have to drive away with less than a fuel tank. In my suburban I have a 42 gallon tank. That means I am driving away with three eights of a tank of gas. The station just lost out on around $108.00 dollars in fuel sales. My option is to wait to the middle of the day when the attended is there and give them my card and turn on the pump. This takes two trips to the window and two lines to stand in to pump and pay for gas. I can use multiple credit cards to fill my tank. This means the credit card companies are getting multiple transition fees from the station owner and that is ultimately from me. I can drive down the road and give a second station the next transaction fee and a small amount of my business. I would kind of like to keep my local station in business. Does anyone have any suggestion besides get an electric car or smaller car?

I purchased a used 2006 Pontiac Torrent from Shellbrook Chevrolet on October 10th, 2013.I traded in a 2005 Pontiac epica with 90.000 kms. fully loaded..they gave me for the treade in 2500.00, below vehicle value.But I needed a reliable vehicle, that I felt safe in. Because I have to travel hiway to get to and from work. I had the vehicle less than a month, when it came apparent that it wasn't safe to drive. Ive had poor resolution and continue to have an unsafe vehicle to drive. What are my options please...thank you Charlene Krahn [protected]...hope to hear from u soon

I went in to use the ladies restroom there was no toilet paper and it looks like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in weeks there is crap in the toilet rotting and urine on the seats. I went to the front cashier place to ask for some toilet paper and the guy told me to go to the subway area and ask one of the workers there which I did and the manager sends out a female that came out from Subway with her plastic gloves on that she was making food with carrying a roll of toilet papershe storms by me like I interrupted her bday she went into the bathroom with the toilet paper on the floor which was disgusting then she put the toilet paper into the holding area and walked right back out she never once removed her glove wash your hands or anything like that so when I went back out of the restroom I talked to the manager asking him why the bathroom was and such a mess and why the female is it required to wash your hands in the bathroom he said that he personally watch her wash her handsso I asked why the bath room wasn't clean because they had over 10 people working and not everyone was busy he was trying to say that they had just got finished with lunch which is untrue because its 2 p.m. Lunch rush and at onethat was all when I finally got to speak to the manager because I had to stand there and wait for him to take someone else's order when there was two other women standing there that could have taken this man's order in front of meor one of them couldve gone to clean the bathroom
