They were definitely not interested in taking the tables back and just made me keep the boxes for weeks without giving me a resolution to my problem. Finally, they told me something even more upsetting. They said the tables were not in mint condition anymore and hence, they could not give me a refund. The irony of the situation was that they were the ones who asked me to keep the boxes for so long!
I'm still in the middle of dealing with the credit card company regarding this matter. I just do not want anyone else to make the same mistake as I did. Please, stay away from this store. You do not want to risk falling into the same trap that I did.

I bought a table from Shop Factory Direct and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The design is what I was hoping for and it looks really nice in my dining area. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with Shop Factory Direct to think twice. Based on my experience, this company seems to have little concern for its customers and appears to be more interested in making a quick buck. Be very wary!

Me and the wifey, we bought one of them fancy sofa and love sea pairs from Shop Factory Direct back in the beginning of this year, in January, and let me tell ya, it ain't worth the money we paid.
First off, these joints are poorly constructed. The dang recliners work fine, no complaints there, but trying to push that extended part back in is a real pain. Gotta stand right in front of the soft and use all your strength just to get it back in place. Ain't nobody got time for that!
And don't even get me started on the mid-section of the sofa. It's all crooked and misaligned, like it was put together by a drunk carpenter. Not a good look, folks.
