I received the incorrect order wrong color wrong size. I sent them an email because their return policy said they will contact you with the return info. I never received an answer I called and the guy said he will send me an email I said do it while im on the phone with you because I have not received anything he then put me on hold and hung up on me. I called again my calls were directed to voice mail. I have not yet received a call or email. I will turn them in to the bbb (better bussiness breau) and I dont recomend them to anyone.

Placed order on 11/8/10 waited the 7-15days. 11/19 called several times on 11/19 and finally Raul answered and stated that the product had not been shipped and that he would have to call the shipping department and to call back on Monday. 11/22 called back took several times again and finally someone answered the phone and stated that the jacket had not shipped and I explained how I had called on Friday and Raul stated to call back today. Then he stated that he see were an inquiry was placed to the shipping department but they had not responded. He then said call back tomorrow. I will keep calling and bugging them until I get some type of satisfaction. Time is hard and I dont have money to give away. But from now own when I order online I will surely research the company first.
Never revceived order
I placed and order online on 24 Jan 2010 for a Mustang Collage hoodie. After placing the order that's when I received a email stating their delivery time is 7-15 days. I never received my order. I made several calls and sent several emails. I finally spoke with someone on Wednesday, 3 Feb 2010 and was told "I will get back with you" Needless to say no one ever did. I called again on Friday 5 Feb 2010 and Was told once again I will have to check. When I told him to cancel my order he told me "wait it has been sent and will be there Monday" (8 Feb 2010). Monday, still no package. I called and again on Tues 9 Feb 2010 I was told "we are not open and I only answered the phone because you keep calling." Mind you I had to call 4 times to get anyone to answer. I again told him to cancel my order he said he couldnt because they are not open. We then got into a heated discussion and once I told him I was reporting the business to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and my lawyer I was told "I dont care about your order" and he hung up. I have since received 2 emails stating that they are refunding my money. We will see.

Oh my gosh, I am now in the same situation. I ordered two kids jackets for my Grandson's on April 26 2015, and as of today August 8 2015 I have not received them. I sent emails after emails, I have called numerous times and keep getting voice mail. I have left several voice mail asking for my money back and still nothing. I just read all of the complaints about this company a few minutes ago and I don't understand why this company is still allowed to be on the Internet and also be a Nascar associate. Please don't order from shoptowear there a bogus company.
This company is a scam. They will not refund for returned items. I ordered a large t-shirt. When the t-shirt arrived it was sized more like a 3XL. Returned per their instructions over 4 months ago. Heard nothing from the. SCAM COMPANY!
I too wish I had seen these comments before placing my order. I ordered two shirts on 4/11/14. They took the money out of my account BUT I STILL don't have the shirts! 3-15 business days to process orders? Bull**** ! I don't think they are EVER going to ship out my order! And if they do, by what I've read, it won't be right anyway!
Wish I would have seen all these complaints before I ordered. This company is a joke and I hope others read this before ordering from them and save themselves a lot of headaches. I also ordered a jacket. I ordered on July 2 2013 and a month later never received it. I called 3x's sent to voice mail every time. E-mailed 3x's and got 2 answers saying was sent priority mail, that was 2 wks ago. I finally decided to put in a dispute with my credit card company and they are handling it all for me. This company should not be in business. I filed a report with BBB.
What a joke! I can't believe all of the people having the same problems I'm having. I ordered a jacket on June 13 and paid an extra $35 for shipping. It's been almost 3 weeks and no jacket. I've called every day, several times, for a week and no one ever answers. I've sent 4 emails and have yet to receive a response. I just had to close out my bank account thanks to this company! I ordered a birthday t-shirt and found out this was a scam! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Even the bank I deal with gave me another phone number to try and it went straight to Sprints voicemail box belonging to a MAN!
I placed an order on june 1, 2012 and have not received my order says it has been shipped but no order yet. I wished I would have read the complaints before ordering. I would not have ordered from such a scam of a business they ought to be out of business. Am gonna report to my charge card and see if they can do something about this business.
I ordered a shirt last December and it was 3 sizes too large--there wasn't even a proper tag on the item. The only indication of the size was the T shirt manufacturer's factory size in the tag. I followed their directions and returned it at my own expense and requested the right size. No item was shipped, and the money was not refunded. They have not replied to any emails, their contact us page and are never available to answer the phone. Do not order from this scummy company.
I am in the same boat. The order was supposedly filled, then on back order and then the order cancelled. The individual on the phone got very paranoid and started to lecture me on the banking system then accused me of being a white racist because I did not accept his answer. Talk about paranoid! We will see if my refund is in the bank in three days. If not, then I will ask my bank to take the necessary steps. I have the email stating my account will be refunded. I will also be talking to NASCAR about the sales of their licensed products by a company that has unscrupulous business attitudes.

I ordered a jacket on 11/22/09, order number 3218197. The post office received the order and tried to deliver on 11/23, but I was out of town for Thanksgiving. When I got back Tuesday USPS had returned the jacket to the sender because their 5 day limit expired. I did not think shop2wear had any liability at this point. I'll just contact them and have the jacket resent, I even offered to pay the shipping charge again.
I' have been tryimng to contact shop2wear for over a month now with no results. I've sent 5 or 6 support requests via thier online support page. I've never recieved ANY response. Trying to call the support telephone # is worthless. No matter which options you choose you end up being told no one is available to take your call. I f you try to wait for an operator you get sent to a maibox after 5-10 minutes. Leaving a message on that mailbox hasn't produced any response either.
At his point I feel shop2wear has basically stolen my money, all because they refuse to respond to any support request or complaint. I see from a websearch the this is not uncommon for shop2wear.

never recieved my order
i placed an order more than a month ago and didnt recieve it they say 7-15 bussiness days to recieve the order, i tried contacting them 3 times on their messages and never answered me back they say 1-3 days to reply but its been weeks and they haven't asnwered me i also tried calling them on the number they provide 3 times left 2 voicemails because they never conected me to a representant or anyone only machine, left them a call back number, never called my i tried 3 different reasons for my call and all 3 options they said they weren't available i feel they stold my money and they we're never going to send me an order.
I had the same problem from this company i placed an order on feb 29th. And have recived nothing cant get a hold of anyone by phone or email. I had to go to the bank and disput this charge on my card if u ask me this fake company/scam needs to be shut down.

I completely agree! This site is obviously a scam and has probably taken money off hundreds of unsuspecting people. It's a shame these people are able to operate they way they do and they haven't been shut down. I ordered something 4 months ago and i have sent countless emails about my missing order, and nothing has been sent back to me. Next time i will be more careful.
I'm having the same problem, wish I would have read this first. My card was charged the same day however they have not answered 3 emails or 2 voice mails.
I have had the same results with my order, and although they charged my card the same day I placed the order, it's been over a month and I have still not recieved my item.. This company does not reply to any e-mail or phone attempts I have made to contact them.
This company sucks with customer service, and I feel they are nothing but scammers.. or just an all around bad company to deal with.

I'm having the same problem and the best is that they charged my credit card the same day I placed the order but I haven't received anything yet and it's been 16 business days.

I ordered a jacket ($112) from them on March 19, 2008. After placing the order they said "please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery"...I guess they hope you forget the order?!? I waited and called after 6 weeks only to find out it is almost impossible to talk to anyone at the company. I left voice mails and sent two e-mails with absolutely no response. I then called and called until someone finally answered. The gentleman on the line told me that the order had shipped 5 days earlier and I was given a USPS tracking number. The number was pretty much useless as it says there was an electronic message that the package was ready for pickup (after it supposedly had shipped). This company is obviously a fraud and should be avoided.

I ordered the spiderman 3 nascar jacket children xsmall. No where on their website did they say that the item was not in stock. I have made numerous attempt so call and find status on item. my call was answered three times (after a number of attempts). once to tell me the item was on back order, then they told me there was a problem with my address, then again they told me the item was not available at all. I asked for my money back and have not been able to contact them since. I am still waiting on a refund.

This order was placed on 3/13/2008 by Rafael Manferdy.
The Order was delayed because the Billing address that Rafael Manferdy gave did not match with the Billing address his Credit Card company has. Also, the phone number Rafael Manferdy entered on the order was incorrect. We called that number and can prove we did call but got someone else who did not know Rafael. We informed the customer via email about the incorrect billing address and the incorrect phone number.
Please send an email to Rafael Manferdy if you believe this is untrue.
The Customer did not get back to us in time. Finally when the customer got back to us, the Item had gone out of stock. We gave an option to the customer to cancel the order.
Rafael didn't want to cancel the order, we finally shipped the Jacket on 4/3/2008.
The customer has a responsibility to enter a correct billing address and contact information.
They have a no return policy!
The return policy for this site is located under "HELP" and is very bad...they have a no return policy... They will not even exchange sizes.
You can only find this out by clicking on "HELP" at the top of page. They hide this very well by doing it this way and when contacted they then don't tell you it is under help that is on every page.
"Our exchange policy is no returns as stated on the Help page.

It happened to me also never received my order, they dont respond to e-mails or phone calls they just take your money and you receive nothing in return.

Well lets see...I made the order checked it twice and sent payment...they took the money and sent something I didn't order. Trying to get it exchanged for the right purchase...called -e-mailed ...NOTHING! now it is close to christmas and no gift for my daughter!
What else can we do?! Well I hope they can live with themselves-because now my daughter will be very disappointed.

I'm having same issue only i got my item but was charged TWICE... tried to call and go no answer... left messages... emails.. etc. This is the worst company ever and i would advise NOT ordering from them.
Well I just called the number to ask a question. The person that picked up the phone was by no surprise an Indian! Thats probably why your getting no answers. I will not order anything from this website.
