Please expedite the delivery because I am loosing my patience for waiting.
I can understand if the delay is just one month but not more than that or just debit back my payment as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, Madam,

I wish to complain in the strongest terms about the scam this company is carrying out. Promising to receive an order within 30 days, but none of the people that ordered have received their order. I've seen that alot of people did not receive their order and I don't think only my order will solve this problem. The company is scamming loads of people and they're getting away with it. I suggest to send lawyers to take the company down. It doesn't matter who it does, but that somebody does.

Hello, its been close to three months and i still have recieved my order. I would like a refund. I apologize for the continuous emails but of the "reasons" ive been told why its taking so long to recieve my shoes, there is no reason that it should take three months. I appreciate the $10 added to my dealman account but this is the first thing i have bought through your site and its been over three months. Sorry to say but i will not be ordering anything through your site again.

It is a complete scam.
It took them a week to send an update on them sending 3 out of the 5 items I had ordered. With a tracking number that didn't work even after one month.
Completely unresponsive when I messaged them about the 2 items they didn't send and, later on, about getting a refund for those 2 items.
I finally escalated the case to paypal more than a month after the transaction, to which they still never responded.
Finally, at least, paypal ruled in my favor and I received a refund.
NEVER shop from here.

I bought two pieces of women's clothing on the deal man website on 5/7/17 and I haven't received anything order number #DM1377018. I have written emails to them and complained in numerous ocasiones they haven't responded or even attempted to contact me. I thought this was a serious company they charged my account right away how come they can not ship my order and DELIVER THE GOODS JUS T AS FAST?

i have ordered Men's Summer Blazers from deal man of medium size which they have shown on their website looking of a good quality when i ordered this item firstly they gave a order number which was not fulfilled but when i sent them an e-mail after a week it was fulfilled and they provided me a shipment number stating that the order has been shipped, i was looking for the order and searching over the tracking website but the tracking number was stating to be wrong then i agent sent them several e-mails for which they never replied and after 2 weeks it started showing that order has been shipped now and after a month when i received it, it was horrible just packed in a single polythene and quality is worst, in fact the raincoats in India are of much better quality then that of blazer sent by these guys and now when i want to return this then i am not able to find any anything where i can initiate the refund of this because of which these people are harassing us and taking money from us in a wrong method showing something and providing something else.

I ordered (#DM1370940) almost three months now. No call, no text message, no mail to know the status of the good. Am worried!. I received a mail long time ago when I first made a complain, promised to be resolved in no distance. but since then, I have not heard anything again despite several reminders. If the good is not available, let me know so as to make a refund.

I have order two short sleeves jumper from this company on 12th of may and now it's 30th June so it's been 2 month and few weeks. When on the website it's says it will take 10 to 30 days when u order something. I have sent so many message still haven't received reply back yet from the company so this is the worst experience of doing online shopping on deal man. Am still waiting for my delivery but nothing has come yet or haven't received any tracking ID number so at least I can track my order to know where is my order plus my money is been taken out of my bank when i ordered something :(

Hi I brought & paid for a hoodie yesterday with my master card! When I paid for it I specifically wrote down my correct address & when I got the invoice for it it's put the wrong address. I've emailed them online & on Facebook countless time yesterday & haven't heard anything back. I just wanna get this fixed asap before they ship it to the wrong address. Please get back to me. I ordered one item of clothing in January 2017... it's now June 25th and I STILL haven't received it, despite many emails sent. I received no tracking number even though they kept telling me I had one. The order number is not the tracking number! I've asked for a refund many times but haven't heard from them since April 2017. I've sent approximately 7 emails and have received no response from my last 3 that I've sent. I've ordered products online that have been shipped from China and have received them within 3 weeks of purchase. I'm livid.

I placed an order with Dealman for a jacket, and paid on 14 April 2017 - order #DM1368492. To date I have not received it. The tracking number supplied by Dealman does not exist, and is from China.

I have sent emails on 05 May 2017, on 17 May 2017, on 30 May 2017, on 08 June 2017, and again today 22 June 2017, but get no response from the company to any of them.

What happened to my order, or was a scammed?

I placed an order and paid for it last May 31, 2017 and it hasn't arrived yet. I'm from the Philippines. Also, my tracking number (RO132153779CN) does not work. Whenever I input my tracking number in the page you've provided, it shows no record of my product's shipment.

Your facebook page, also, is not replying to any of my messages. It just responds with a system generated greeting.

I placed a large order with dealman, three months ago and have not received any of the items. I am incredibly frustrated as the company only replied once to my query regarding the non-delivery of items, citing public holidays etc, now they completely ignore any correspondence from me. This is certainly the worst online shopping experience that I have encountred and would never recommend this fraudulent store to anyone. They have given me three tracking numbers which do not work, what a joke of a company. The tracking number are: ru71214782cn, ru712147841cn, ru712147824cn. I will be reporting this matter now to the cybercrime unit here in the uae. I immediately want a full refund as I do not have any items and you have way passed your 30 day period that you fraudulently advertise.
