I have sent dozens of emails and received one response, claiming "rare circumstances that profoundly affect delivery times are no way a fault of Dealman". Is there not a number to call...I purchased four items and my order status on their website says UNFULFILLED; my assumption means they have yet to send it yet. This is a total crock and should be addressed. I want my order, if you do not have it then I want reimbursement for the amount I paid.

I've had a look, and it appears to be of a typical processing delay within the postal service.
International tracking depends upon parcels going through mail processing centers and then being scanned. Once parcels are packed for a certain destination country then the crates themselves are scanned rather than individual parcels. That is why the package itself will not have a tracking update until the crate has arrived in the destination country and is unpacked by Customs. I hope this makes sense. I understand your frustration in not having already received your order and I am lodging an inquiry with the postal service. Grievously we have no control over how efficient the postal service is with our shipments. We have been working on the issue as we have thousand of orders shipped, and we know that your parcel has been shipped and has been in the carriers possession for some time.

I can't believe I let myself fall for a site like this. I ordered two cardigans from them weeks ago (not months yet I know), and have been messaging them asking them for a tracking number. It wasn't until I decided to search them and I found this website where others like myself have been scammed out of money. How can we shut that site down permanently? I'll be lucky to even get anything in the mail at this point.

I had ordered pair of shoes in march 1st week, its june 1st week and yet I have to receive my order, on emailing them several times I have not yet received any details about my order, baring once in 15 days saying it takes upto one month but its been three months since the order has been placed its a shame, a spam website.

To Whom it may concern,
Sometime ago, I ordered some items from your online catalogue for my birthday.
After having placed an order, I was informed the items could take up to 30 days to be delivered.
I went away on holidays, and when I came back, only some of the items had been delivered and not in the sizes that I had ordered. I had ordered M sizes but I received L sizes. I don't who thought that it would be okay to dispatch an item of clothing with a size different from what the customer had actually ordered and paid for.
I since contacted Dealman and I've not received an answer yet...
I'm appauled by the precarious or non-existing customer service this company has to offer. At this point I'd only like to be informed of an address where I can send the received items back in order to get my money back.
It's obvious this company has no respect for its customers and their valuable time.
Please do advise me if I should take legal action in order to resolve this issue.

I went on site and placed and paid for a cardigan. This order was placed on 31st March 2017 -(DM 1360874) It cost me NZ $49-00 - to date, 6th June I have not received the article but they have my money! I was also provided with a tracking number from China Post - the tracking number is false and does not exist. I have sent several emails and had zero response - I have also tried calling the company but it reverts to an answering machine - smells like a scam

Dear paypal, I don't know if you read this post but I may say that your company is an internationally trusted payment gateway and I made one transaction on the strength of trust with your association with a nz based company namely "dealman" via www.dealman.co.nz. but I am not yet informed about my order even after sending repeated mail to [protected]@shopdealman.co & finally raising this issue regularly on their fb page, I am now blocked by dealman for further posts on fb. My order no was - dm1374268 and my mail id is - [protected]@gmail.com. Now I request paypal not to incorporate with such fraud company further as the name paypal being associated can create a sense of faith on companies. I hope being a trusted gateway, paypal will take care of my issue.
Further regarding the dealman one can be updated their fraud and scam through fb and youtube..

not received goods and taken money over 3 months ago don't reply to emails asking for my money back
Ordered 2 items on 13th April 17 - took money straight away. I have STILL not received goods.
I have emailed them 5 times asking for my money back and never get a reply.
I have contacted them via Facebook as well saying i want a refund and they just said that i need to contact support team via email as they cannot issue refunds.
I'm now taking legal action to get my money back if they fail to return my money but next Monday

Ordered 3 items from shopdealman.com in March, they still have not turned up and no way to contact company. Payment was taken straight away from my debit card. This company needs reporting and website closing down and money returned to customers who have been scammed!
This should now be a legal matter and do not understand after so many complaints by other people how they are still getting away with this!

Worst shopping experience of my life I ordered 2 items for my sons birthday as he kept going on about how cool their clothes were.
However over a month later I still haven't received the order I get no response from emails or messenger the tracking number I was supplied with is invalid.
First time I contacted them on 3rd April to say tracking number was invalid I was told to wait 30 days as delivery can take that long.

I share the same frustration towards dealing with this dealman, the same issue i encountred, my order is since December 2016 and despite several emails and messages in their facebook page, they haven't given me any positive feedback nor a tracking number of my order.
