I been waitin' for my windows for ova 3 months now and still ain't got 'em. I put down a deposit back in Dec. 2021 and the owner, ***, said it'd take 4-6 weeks. But now it's April 2022 and I ain't got no windows yet. I been textin' him but he ain't been hittin' me back. I think he's tryna scam me. I just want my deposit back. Y'all better do yo' research before messin' with this business.
This company is the worst!
This company is the worst! I got 12 windows put in and every single one has a gap on at least one side, if not both. They say it's normal, but I saw a bug crawl through the gap when I opened the window. I even have videos of bugs stuck between the window and screen. I had to use duct tape to cover the gaps so bugs couldn't get in. It's disgusting and I'm worried about my 21-month-old baby's health. I've been trying to get help from them for over a month, but they won't cooperate. I had to take them to small claims court. Don't use this company!

Window installation
I fell for an advertisement online. Ron Lewis is a skillful salesperson, and I had 11 windows installed, on Aug 21. After the installation, half of the windows did not lock closed, be it because of poor quality of the frames, or poor installation craftsmanship. I informed Mr. Lewis on Aug 26. When I mentioned that, I was strung along for three weeks, until the date of this notice (Sep 15). Mr. Lewis promised each week to come and try to remediate the problem, and never came or rescheduled his visit. The windows were manufactured by Mercury Excelum, Inc., and the installation was performed by New England Remodeling.

I got my roof done sometime in September or October, but I signed the contract in June with the owner. I had reached out to him several times about when the roof was going to be done. But the main issue is that we qualified for solar panels and had them inspected, only to find out that the roof was extremely damaged. I reached out to the owner, explaining that the roof was in bad shape and why would he put shingles down on a roof that was missing wood. He was extremely rude. Trinity Solar and I tried to reach out to the owner to come to a solution, but he was rude towards me and the Trinity Solar representative. I paid the owner $*** for the job, but we got half-assed work. I just want our roof to be done correctly.

I got my roof done on 10/31. I've been fighting with this company for a year to fix the problems with little to no response. I've called and texted multiple times with no call back. It all started when my roof was put on, I walked my property a week later because there was snow on the ground, and found out that my brand new siding (total of 9 different spots) was damaged. I called *** and he made promises he would be out the next day. He never showed up. He continued to promise someone would be out, but no one showed. He finally stopped responding to my text messages. I called the officer for him to call back, but he never called me back. Finally, about 6 months after my first contact, I got in touch with someone else, ***, to come out and fix my problem. It took *** months for him to come out. Finally, about 9 months after my initial complaint, he came out himself and fixed my siding. The next day, I saw a shingle that fell off my roof, as well as areas that were lifting up from the roof (near the sky light). I texted *** pictures, and he said he would handle it. About a month later, someone came out, I pointed out the areas that needed to be fixed. His team fixed one spot and then left. They did not check with me to see if everything was taken care of. I've been texting and calling since August with no response again. It's now a year later since my roof has been installed. These guys are NOT reliable. You call the office, you get an answering service with no return call. In the past 2 weeks, I've called 6 times. I've asked to speak with someone, but they do not connect you with anyone. The way business is done with these guys is terrible. I never in my life have had such a bad experience or an experience where the company does not want to make it right. I need help getting this resolved. I just want to move on from this nightmare.
