THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING PROPERTIES FROM SHRIRAM PROPERTIES.THIER PROPERTY IN BANGALORE SHRIRAM ADITHYA IS YET TO BE DELIVERED, A DELAY OF MORE THAN ONE YEAR.SHAMELESS MANAGEMENT STAFF-NEVER BOTHER TO ADDRESS CUSTOMERS CONCERN.I THINK WHEN IT COMES OF DELIVERY OF PROJECTS ON TIME AND WITH QUALITY, ALL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS COMPETE IN CHEATING IN INDIA.
no afraid i am a proud investor at shriram.Maybe there earlier projects taught them lesson now they are a perfect corporate. Just visit any of there recent project and judge yourself.
very much true...do not invest in sriram properties projects...hitech cheating people...say somenthing in the ads...something else while booking ...another thing while signing agreement...different thing while construction...suffering a lot with them at sriram shankari development...no proper customer care...not sending progress reports...if enquire just send one phots without any explanation...they not even issue computer generated bills for payments...very pathetic condition for the investors...
there one or two projects were delayed but couple of my friends and myself purchased worth buying with shriram properties. quality of service is good.
It is a horrible experience I have faced from Sriram Sahaana. Customer care is absolutely poor. And number one in cheating. They will try their level best to cheat you.
Shriramram Properties are not fraud, but they actually delay their project for atlest 1 o 2 years, even now in bangalore
Atibele road, shriram smirthi, the verbal commitment given was Mar-12, then they processed agreement slowly, and they committed for Jun-13, still now, no much progress, its almost heading Dec-13, but as per agreement, if customer's are delaying in payment they will accumulate interest, but if builders "shriram properties" they are smart enough to put blame in govt bodies it will mention in their agreement as { Refer to the same clause no:2 which says about “ Time for completion and Delivery of possession “ wherein it is clearly mentioned that we are not liable to pay compensation for the delay if there is a change in the process of law/ order by a competent authority/ statutory body granting basic amenities like electricity, water, sewerage connections etc.}. So its very clear that while whey make agreement itself, they will be knowing delay in their projects, and they will put blame on govt authorities. Its a common agreement of Shriram Properties. So in future if you want to book under construction property, from Shriram, better project approx 2 years delay, in their projection time
I have booked flat in summitt, pre-launch offer was 2700 excluding car parking . They started this pre-launch offer in 2012 at that time they told they would be starting the construction by Aug 2013 itself and they would finish it by 2016. Bloody buggers now its almost 2014 end still FOUNDATION IS NOT READY. If you check the reviews of shriram properties every where they have mentioned project will be delayed by minimum 1 to 2 years. As of now they are telling they will complete it by 2016 end . 2016 end ! ahahaha Its impossible, they may finish this by 2017 end .After that they will start landscaping and other amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house etc this is even after paying the maintenance charges and amenities charges in full. At last everything will be ready by 2019 . Who gonna invest so much and wait for f--king 4years . I have booked the flat for 3300 with car parking, if any one interested please let me know . The current price is 4400 . Though you have paid the full amount you cant use the amenities for a year or two.
