I went on Shutterfly website and saw an advertisement that you would ship my order within 3-5 business days so I proceeded to order $100 of Christmas cards to send my family for the holidays. Upon checkout I checked the box and paid additional money to expedite shipping. It stated I would receive it by Dec 15th, which would’ve been 10 days but I thought it was a glitch with a generic time u show.
5 days later checked order status and said he had not even been created yet so I called and the guy I spoke with said he could put a new order in to expedite my shipment and said it would be shipped by Dec 18th …I told him NO DO NOT DO THAT, that’s even longer then before what I was promised, he assured me he did not do it. Only to find out he lied, he did do it and then canceled it.
This conversation took place on Dec 10th and he assured me if it didn’t ship by Dec 15th then I could call back and cancel it. Today is December 15th and my order says being created , it has not even been created! So I call to cancel it and ask for a refund bc I was charged!
The first representative said I can’t cancel, I asked for a supervisor and he says the same thing but would send a REQUEST FOR LATE CANCELLATION, and I need to WAIT FOR A RESPONSE BY EMAIL
this is unacceptable
I deserve a full refund
