The only Internet driving service you need
I moved from one state to another and was discouraged as I tried to re establish myself as a massage therapist. All of the clients I left behind were wonderful at referring their friends to me. In the new location no one knew me and I had no way to set myself apart from the hundreds of other massage therapists. Eileen contacted me, explained the service and how they gather reviews from past clients. Because of these reviews I now have a new presence on the Internet where I live and am gaining momentum and hope for the future. Thanks Eileen! Eileen is also very patient with the learning curve for the computer skills required to fully utilize the service. Great Customer service team as well.
They do what they say they will do
At first I was skeptical of signpost as I would have been with any other company that I had never heard of. They caught my attention on the phone when they cold called me to solicit their marketing to me. I was ready to brush them off as I do to most telemarketers, however, this time I hung onto the phone call and listened. It seemed to good to be true from what they were saying they would do for me.
We decided to sign up for 6 months just to give it a shot and they have been always on time with scheduled calls to me as well as following up any problems I have had. We have had our google reviews incredibly increased and couldn't be more pleased. This has been a true asset added to our company.
Great Service! Couldn't Be Happier!
Signpost has always done what the promise to do. I have gained a lot of great positive feedback and reviews through them to help grow my business. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to change things on. I love that I can set up reoccurring coupons for my clients and how easy it is to create new promotions.
Lauren Shapiro, who is my case manager (?) I really don't know what her official title is but she is great. She keeps in touch with me and will spend a lot of time on the phone with me brain storming promotional titles since I am not very creative. This is definitely not the company that is going to sign you up and forget about you. They want success for your business and they are incredibly friendly people!

Best Marketing Tool!
We consider Signpost as our personalized Andan Marketing Department! They have so many ways to help improve our business exposure and we've continued with them for years while we have dropped several other advertising efforts. One of the things that we like best about them is helping us manage our online reputation. Through their tools we become aware of service disappointments with our clients and have a chance to connect for corrections before they become negative online reviews. Also, there is no better tool that we've found to help us harvest positive online reviews. In 10 months we have gone from 1 BBB review to 93 reviews, almost all 5 Stars and it's due to Signpost strategies. I'd HIGHLY recommend them for any small business.

From the sales call to the use of the product, this company has been exceptional! We have received feedback and reviews from past customers as well as current. Our customers have been very receptive to the emails and offers as well! As the office manager and head of marketing, I am in charge of so many different aspects of the business. It can be very difficult to find time to follow up with clients. This program offers the ability to communicate with the customer and follow up, without having to remember it myself. My favorite feature though, is that if a customer is unhappy at the end of the project, I am alerted so that I can try and resolve the issues right away. So Easy and Insightful
Ignore the bad comments, let me give you facts about signpost from my personal experience. I was contacted by these guys and I thought wow another high pressure company out to make a buck. Boy was I wrong, yes they are a bit high pressure and yes they are out to make money. But the excellent service and expertise on how to run and operate their product make up for it. They walked me through how to set up my account and how to use their direct marketing tools. Now I can get my business out to hundreds of people who may have never heard of us. A couple of clicks and my weekly specials or just marketing materials go out. It is professional and clear to understand, we have pave personally seen a 15% increase in just the first couple of months. Now we just opened a new location and plan on using Signpost for our marketing needs.
The staff is so professional and willing to always help, even though you may have a sales rep anyone on the phone can help.

Fantastic Results, Fantastic Support!
I've been a Signpost client for about 6 months now and I am just thrilled with the results that I have gotten in that time. I started with about a dozen reviews and now I have over 100 on Google, and more than that on Facebook. I have had several new clients that found our business on Google say "I searched on Google for a local tee shirt quilt company and you guys have so many great reviews!"
The support that I have had has been stellar as well. I recently used Signpost to launch a FB campaign. Kimberly spent SO much time helping me understand the process as well everything that is involved in the campaign. Brandon did a great job setting up my ad and was a pleasure to work with. My ad is doing great and I have had almost 50 people sign up for our promotion!

We are very pleased with how easy it has been to get the Google reviews we wanted. This is the reason we signed up with Signpost and it is working extremely well. Happy clients are posting high ratings and writing great reviews. I like the easy access to our dashboard to see If any clients have a complaint or are just feeling neutral about our services. We are able contact them directly before the issues escalate and they appreciate our timely response.
We did have a hiccup in the beginning that is probably unique to our situation and the difficulty anyone has, even Signpost, with dealing with the monolithic Google. We have three offices (we do not have storefronts) across two states and initially decided to consolidate into one location so all the reviews would come to what is really one company. In hindsight this was not the best decision due do how Google uses pinned locations and it took a while to resolve this issue as we waited to see how Google responded to this change. But to Signpost's credit, once we decided that we wanted to switch back to three unique sites, the transition was smooth and the reviews were successfully redirected to one of our alternate locations. And the reviews just keep coming in! Thank you Signpost. We are getting exactly what we wanted when we hired Signpost.
Immediate ROI as planned, Great Enterprise Support
We have been online for over 2 years and also have a retail location open for just over 1 year. Our website had a pretty efficient Product Reviews system, but our business was not getting reviews. We noticed that our retail location benefited much more from reviews and we began our own in house efforts to get Google reviews. We typically don't have challenges with reviews and we often receive high marks, but asking each shopper about a review can be exhausting - especially when you are trying to get just one or two more. We had come to the point where we hoped word of mouth would catch on.

We attached all the applications (4 of them), connected to email client and verified everything in - ONE CALL.
We quickly signed up based on the ease of our clients use, the reach into Square, Google My Business, Quicken, Shopify and other software applications.
Within the first 30 days we doubled our Google reviews as well as saw a significant growth in our Yelp reviews. Right away the cost can be justified and our site rankings is growing too. Looking forward to the rest of the year with Signpost.

Steer clear
We were excited at first when our representative told us that we could cancel our contract if we were not happy. We could also upgrade it, with our proven sucess. Almost two months in after receiving a lot of negative feedback from our customers we called to cancel and was told we were under contract and could not. They offered to cut the cost to 50% - which to me is as good as overcharging us 50%. We declined, not willing to further aggravate hard earned customers. We cancelled our credit card. They called to inform me that they had auto recovered the credit card when we cancelled it, and that they would be emailing our payment options.
Seems like they were happy to fight much more than simply take the loss of one customer - and no review, versus an upset and frustrated former customer that will be sure no one else goes through what we did, if we can help us.
They don't even practice what they preach. You can't leave them a google review or facebook review. I can't find a yelp account.
Stay far, far away. You can do the same thing for yourself.
I wanted to quickly touch base with either one of you since we hadn't come to a resolution with how to proceed. As a refresher, we sent the sales calls over to our Quality Assurance team and did not find any infractions during the sales process. The question to cancel was addressed clearly, as was the option to pro-rate within the first 60 days and the length of the commitment when signing up.
Even today, they called and said that they would be emailing options for us. This is a copy of the email. I suppose their idea of options is their way.
Her email said: I had presented the option to (name withdrawn) a while back to take the same cancellation fee ($1,396) it would take to void the contract immediately and spread it out of the length of your commitment for customer service purposes. It's a better outcome for your business if we can actually help you out for the year instead of just paying to void the contract.
We can customize the platform to your liking, but you guys did see incredible results in the first few months with 66 reviews posted to your online pages with the standard settings in place. If you would like another Account Manager, I'd be happy to move you over to someone else on my team to assist you, but I do want to make sure we're getting this squared away in a timely manner.

What a nightmare!!!
Silly me I subscribed to their service and was not up to speed on.
Their website clearly states that if you stop using their service within a period of 24 hours, they will not charge you for a membership. I did what was needed and thought that everything was o. However, next month they charged mt again. Without any notification, without any warning. Just charged me.
Took me 3 weeks to get the things right.
Be careful. Subscriptions are evil.

I don't know where they got my email (probably it's not a big deal), but they pissed me off with their emails.
My inbox gets bombarded with 50 emails every day. I am so tired of this.
Moving emails and marking them as spam doesn't help.
I tried to unsubscribe (even though I am sure I never subscribed), but nothing worked out.
Called them. They apologized, but did absolutely nothing!

Tara is aggressive and unethical and has grossly breached a contract that had barely commenced when my cell phone calls were intercepted, people I had never met were contacted without my permission and several of those people received emails/texts asking what they thought of our business. Terrified that we had somehow stolen their identity while visiting our area they found themselves closing down credit card accounts. 2 more people, after being contacted in this fashion...who also had never been here...stated that they would never come to the wellness center because of our 'unprofessionalism". Next I found $99 stolen from my credit card, which I then disputed and closed. Signpost then stole $299 from a debit card that I did not even tell them about, therefore they certainly had no permission to use it even though they managed to access my whole financial portfolio. They asked at one point if i wanted to use their point of purchase card reader. I said no I don't because I use Square. Sure enough I go in to my account and they have stolen another bunch of money towards the start-up of that system too! I have demanded on several occasions to cancel my "contract"/contact with Signpost...both Tara (my account "manager") and Ryan who is supposed to be a "customer care" representative. All refused to cancel their hold over me forcing me to cancel all access to any of my money everywhere. I have lost a ton of business and nobody that Signpost accosted has ever called back or expressed any interest in visiting the center. They claim to have many good outcomes because of their great job. I say they are liars and cheats and have falsified any and all parts of my business "file" with them. Nothing good has come of them contacting me. I now have to sue them...more aggravation and money well spent.
very annoying
I have no idea where did they get my phone number, but they are calling me almost every day for about two weeks now! At the beginning they were very nice and polite. Their rep told me about their service and offered a membership and I said that I was not interested. Then I got another call from Signpost and they offered me their service again. I thought they called me by mistake, but no, they called over and over again and they were very pushy. I told them again that I don't need their service but they really did not care and continued to call! These people are so annoying! Stop calling me, Signpost!
they failed to provide leads and customers
The company Signpost Digital promised me leads and new customers. We agreed that I would pay, but they would provide 5 clients and leads per months. These guys failed and didn’t want to communicate with me now. They provided 4 leads per 3 months and zero clients. I asked them to return my money back, but I heard only some fake promises. Stay away from such irresponsible and unreliable company.
