I gotta give a heads up, folks: these guys are gonna send you something you didn't even ask for. So, get this, in my email confirmation, I specifically requested a certain kind of birth control. But guess what? They go ahead and send me a totally different one without even giving me a heads up. And to top it off, they charged me the same amount for the wrong thing I didn't even want. Can you believe it?

I don't like that you can't cancel your subscription or remove your card info on their website. It's annoying to have to email them and wait for a response for 5 business days. I won't use their services again and I'll tell others not to either.

Simple Health LLC is a company that claimed they would send me a text message whenever I received a prescription or any other important information from them. However, they ended up deducting $80 from my bank account, along with an additional $15 fee. According to them, the text message stated that they would charge me $80 for a three-month period if I failed to respond. I informed them that I never received such a text, but they still went ahead and took the money from my account. Moreover, their website advertises a price of $7 for those without insurance, but I was charged $20, which clearly indicates false advertising. When I requested a refund, they flat out refused to return my money, including the $15 fee. In my opinion, Simple Health LLC is not a reliable service and I would not recommend using them.

Simple Health seemed like a great option, you call in and get birth control sent to your door, however my interactions with them have been sketchy at best. First, they sent me 6 packs of birth control instead of 3 at one point, and then I received an email regarding another customer's name and information. I expressed my concern as dealing with medical records is something they should take seriously, but apparently that is business as usual for them. They then email and say they made an error and canceled my subscription. If you want your information safe, I would personally look for other options. I hope *** gets her issue resolved, because I certainly am not her. They will get rude with replies and then in backlash to their error cancel service.

On 8/21/22, I ordered birth control from this company, thinking it would arrive in 3-5 business days like they said
On 8/21/22, I ordered birth control from this company, thinking it would arrive in 3-5 business days like they said. But after I placed the order, they sent a message saying it might take up to a week to get the birth control. That was okay because I didn't need it until exactly 1 week after I ordered it. Four days passed, and my order was confirmed but not shipped. I emailed them, but all I got was an automated response saying they would reply in FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. They told me to text them if it was urgent, so I did. But I haven't received a response, and it's already been 1 day. I tried calling the number, but it's disconnected. They don't seem to have a real customer service team. How can they operate and handle people's health like this? At this point, I just want them to reverse the charge from my insurance so I can get it filled at my local pharmacy. This has been a terrible experience.
I'm really upset with this company
I'm really upset with this company. They give birth control to many girls and send it to your house. My prescription ran out of refills, so I tried to renew it. The last question asks for your phone number, but it's supposed to send a verification code. But it doesn't work, you can't even press the send code button, I don't know why. I emailed the company three times (still no response), I messaged them on *** (no response), I messaged them on Instagram (no response), AND I texted their number and still NOTHING! I even called the pharmacy they work with, and they gave me a direct phone number, but it just says they're not taking calls right now. It's really wrong to offer birth control online and then make it IMPOSSIBLE to get refills, especially for young girls who can only get birth control this way. It's like they're purposely making people get pregnant.
I ordered birth control from this company before and it was all good
I ordered birth control from this company before and it was all good. But this time, I ordered a few weeks ago and got an email saying my order was ready to be shipped and I would get a tracking email. I got that email on March 13. But guess what? No tracking email and no birth control pills. I've been emailing them since March 19. They keep saying they'll respond in two days, but I haven't heard anything. So every two days, I send another email to bug them. But they don't answer any of my emails. It's been over a week now and still no communication, no emails, and no pills. I'm so frustrated! I need answers and my stuff. Thanks to this company, I'm totally out of birth control pills and it's messing up my hormones and causing other medical problems.

I got recommended a birth control from their online service and they agreed through text message
I got recommended a birth control from their online service and they agreed through text message. After they agreed, I messaged them more than ten times to cancel the order because it was wrong and I needed to change it. I emailed and texted since there's no phone number. Instead, they charged me over $70 days later, completely ignoring every single text and email I sent. They proved to be fraudulent and ignored all my messages, yet still decided to ship the product even though there was plenty of time to make changes. They chose to charge me and ignore me through email and text. Again, no phone number to call or I would have. They scammed me and refuse to give me a refund, even though they intentionally ignored all my messages for days to cancel the order before it shipped. They went ahead and shipped it anyway, even though the doctor asked if any other changes were needed and I was left hanging. Then, I was charged for a product I didn't want. They put the order under review, but I had already told them to cancel it and they ignored me until today, the 2nd. Absolutely ridiculous. They ignored so many emails and texts and still shipped the product, completely ignoring me.
I tried to cancel my subscription and refill order for birth control through the company via email on September 30, 2022 when the order started
I tried to cancel my subscription and refill order for birth control through the company via email on September 30, 2022 when the order started to be processed. I hadn't heard back from the company until I had sent out a second email on October 5th saying that they were processing my cancellation and that I would also unsubscribe from the tri monthly subscription. However, I had asked about a refund happening since my order was canceled, but they had told me that I couldn't cancel an order on the day that it was being processed, which I've never had an issue with in the past with other companies who handle birth control or any other product. I have been emailing them for nearly a week straight trying to get the refund of $80 and to take back the now delivered, unwanted, and unopened birth control. They are continuously making up excuses as to why they couldn't cancel my subscription or order on the day that it started to process. I found that I am not the only one who this has happened to, and there are quite a few women on their Instagram who are having the same issues as me with the company. They don't have a phone number to call, but only an email that they don't answer until your money has been taken out of your account or a phone number that leaves you on read when you text it. Please help me get a refund from this company and for them to never do this to other women again.
I (25F) have been using Simple Health for birth control for over 3 years now and I've always had good experiences with their service
I (25F) have been using Simple Health for birth control for over 3 years now and I've always had good experiences with their service. I don't have health insurance, so it's great that they offer affordable and easily accessible birth control. I take a pill that prevents pregnancy and helps with my acne. I'm subscribed to receive 3 packs of birth control every 3 months, and usually, the new packs arrive about a week before my period ends. After they charged $60 to my account, I would receive tracking information and the pills would arrive within 3 to 4 days. Now, let me tell you about my recent experience. On August 11, 2022, they charged me $60, but I still haven't received any tracking information or my order. I thought it wasn't a big deal and tried to contact their customer service, but that's where the real problem started. I reached out to their customer support and got a reply from someone named ***. They sent me a generic, copy/paste message apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to get back to me as soon as possible. In their email, they mentioned that it might take a week for an actual human to respond because of things like Covid and the overturning of ***. It doesn't make sense because Covid was a bigger issue in 2020/2021, and I always received my orders on time during that time. Also, where I live, birth control access isn't a problem anymore. It's now August 22, *** and I still haven't heard anything. I really need my prescription, and Simple Health should find a more personal way to assist customers, especially since their company focuses on women's health, which is a very personal and sensitive topic. All I want from this complaint is for Simple Health to please send me my birth control as soon as possible.
I looked at my bank account today and found a charge for $19.99 taken out on 12 March 2022
I looked at my bank account today and found a charge for $19.99 taken out on 12 March 2022. I called the telephone number listed and it gave me NO information except it was customer service. The phone number is: ***. I have NO idea who these people are or why they charged my bank account this money.
They took all my information and credit card telling me i would get my medication all 3 birth control, plan b and female condom
They took all my information and credit card telling me i would get my medication all 3 birth control, plan b and female condom. I got nothing but charged 20 dollars. If you dont take people's insurances dont charge them and take the order. Its a scam and deceitful. Why dont they check your insurance first then charge you the 20 dollars for the doctor. You need to look into them. They take advantage of people I'm already low income. I'm on Medicare and Medicaid i dont have 20 to be taken from me. I survive on food stamps and wic and bow they take 20 dollars from me for nothing.

During the summer of 2021 my 15 year old daughter made an account to receive birth control from this company without my knowledge or consent
During the summer of 2021 my 15 year old daughter made an account to receive birth control from this company without my knowledge or consent. She entered her insurance information and has her accurate birthday, but in their site it says that in *** you have to be 18 and older to receive their services. I'm angry my 15 was able to sign up and receive medication from the internet without parental consent or knowledge and ask they do something about it so it doesn't keep happening. I'd rather take my child to her primary care doctor and get a prescription from them then from someplace we don't even know where the medication is coming from. I'm sure my daughter isn't the only child doing this! I understand for some this may be the only way but this is by no means safe!

Date: 2.23.2022 Order #: *** Complaint: I placed an order for birth control through and selected "pay with insurance". Gave my insurance details and received an email from Simplehealth stating they are not in-network with Humana. Then I got another email immediately saying they are sending the prescription birth control and charging my CC $80. I did not select pay out of pocket. They gave me no choice about proceeding with the order. Then when I tried contacting the support phone number listed in the email, it says it is not a working number. I tried emailing, and they said they are busy and won't be able to get back to me for several days. This feels like a scam business and I did not consent to paying $80 for a pack of birth control. I want my money refunded and for people to know not to do business with them.

I tried to get birth control through Simple Health
I tried to get birth control through Simple Health. They didn't accept my insurance so I thought "oh well" and left it at that. What I didn't notice was the statement saying they would charge my card if I didn't respond telling them otherwise. So they did ($80). I went through h*** to find the number of their helpline (it's not listed on the website and they don't answer the phone number or email, at least not fast enough to get a refund that way). I was told they canceled it and I would get my refund. In two weeks they said it was coming it was just taking a while. The next week I received the birth control in the mail, contacted them again, and was once again reassured my refund was coming. It has now been over two months. This happened early February. Also looking back at these screenshots, they say they charge me $95 but only say they're refunding 80. I cannot find the withdrawal in my bank account at the moment.

I purchased a one-time 3-month supply of birth control for $75 from Simple Health back in April
I purchased a one-time 3-month supply of birth control for $75 from Simple Health back in April. During the purchase I clicked for one time transaction and did not ask for a supply every 90 days. I checked my bank account this week and saw that I was charged $75 again. I checked my e-mail and received an e-mail from them stating they billed me and sent birth control in the mail. I never paid or agreed to this. They also saved my credit card information without my consent, which I also never authorized after what I believed to be a ONE-TIME purchase. I tried contacting them and they stated they automatically bill people. This is fraud and illegal. You cannot bill someone without them consenting and acknowledging, especially if I only asked for a one-time supply in the first place. They sent a one-time e-mail which I never received. They never texted or called or tried any form of contact before billing my card. I tried contacting them and they refuse to refund my money. BEWARE! FRAUDS!
