Stay Away from Simply to Impress: An Incompetent and Uncaring Online Card Company
I recently had an incredibly negative experience with Simply to Impress, an online card company that specializes in personalized cards. In fact, if I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. It is for this reason that I feel compelled to caution others against utilizing their services.
To give some background, last year I had placed an order for custom Christmas cards that they had never sent. I followed up with the company and received no explanation apart from the fact that my order had been cancelled. I pleaded with them to send the cards anyway, but to no avail. This was the beginning of what I would come to realize was a pattern of behavior for this company.
I had hoped that perhaps last year's situation was a fluke, so I decided to give them another chance and placed an order this year. My sister and daughter had both recently undergone surgeries, and my husband was scheduled for cancer surgery the following week. To make matters worse, Hospice had just been called in for my mother. I had fully intended to utilize a design that I had already uploaded onto the site the previous year.
This time around, the cards did arrive - but to my utter dismay, there were no envelopes included. I could not believe it. I was stunned by the incompetency of this company, and I was forced to spend an additional $40 to purchase the appropriate size envelopes. I reached out to Simply to Impress to express my frustration, speaking with a customer service representative named Karen who informed me that she wasn't responsible for the problem but was simply doing her job. She offered to refund me just $29 for my inconvenience - less than the cost of the envelopes and certainly not enough to make up for the time and money that I had spent.
The worst part about this entire ordeal was the lack of care and concern that was displayed by this company. Over the course of this experience, I spoke with five different "customer care specialists" and not one of them was able to help me get the cards that I had ordered. It was incredibly disheartening and frustrating, and it's for this reason that I urge others to stay far, far away from Simply to Impress and all that they represent.
Please take my warning to heart and avoid this company at all costs. Share this review with anyone who will listen - you don't want to waste your time, money, or energy dealing with a company that is as incompetent and uncaring as this one.
Review: Simply to Impress Delivers High-Quality Holiday Cards with Ease and Convenience
As someone who has had the pleasure of using both Shutterfly and Simply to Impress for creating multi-photo holiday cards, I must say, my experience with the latter couldn't have been more different. While my smaller order with Shutterfly encountered an array of problems and delays, Simply to Impress managed to handle my much larger order with ease, delivering the final product quickly and in attractive packaging.
One of the things that impressed me the most about Simply to Impress was its recipient interface, which was incredibly easy to use. All I had to do was upload an Excel file, and the website took care of the rest. This was in direct contrast to Shutterfly's template, which was fraught with structural errors and even arrived with blank pre-addressed envelopes.
As I mentioned earlier, my order with Simply to Impress was larger, which made me a bit nervous about quality control. However, I needn't have worried. The company clearly has a rigorous system in place for ensuring that orders are accurate and carefully packaged before they're shipped out.
While I did wish there was more customization available for the pre-addressed envelopes and card sizing, the overall speed, convenience, and quality of Simply to Impress truly lived up to its name. I especially appreciated the option to pre-address envelopes, which made the final product look even more polished and professional. Overall, I would recommend Simply to Impress to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and reliable platform for creating personalized cards and invitations.
Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress: Poor Customer Service and Late Delivery
As someone who is very familiar with online shopping, I recently decided to try out Simply to Impress (simplytoimpress.com) for my holiday cards and was initially pleased with the result. However, my overall satisfaction with this company has drastically declined since then due to a recent experience I had with their customer service.
In May, I placed an order for a sign for my granddaughter's birthday. The anticipated delivery date was between May 15th-21st, which worked perfectly since her birthday was on May 21st. However, when I checked the delivery status recently, the date had been pushed back to May 25th without any notification. When I reached out to Simply to Impress via email, I did not receive a response. I then called and was met with a wait time of over an hour. Frustrated, I turned to the online chat function where I was told that the delivery date had been unexpectedly pushed back due to graduation orders. The customer service representative offered a 30% discount, which I declined since it would still arrive after my granddaughter's birthday. He then assured me that he had put a rush on the shipping and that I would receive it by May 20th. When that did not happen, I checked the status again and saw that it would be shipped the next day and delivered on May 22nd. These sudden changes in the shipping dates happened several times and caused me to become increasingly frustrated.
Once again, I turned to the online chat and was met with the same familiar representative who had been unsuccessful in helping me earlier. He now informed me that I would be refunded and then hung up on our chat before giving me a chance to ask for a supervisor. This sudden action was incredibly rude and made me feel like Simply to Impress did not care about their customers. When I reached out to another customer service representative through the chat function, they essentially repeated the same script with the exception of offering a 20% discount (which was still of no use to me). To top it off, he repeated the statement that they can only go by what the computer tells them to say, which felt like a cop-out answer.
The poor customer service and lack of timely delivery has made me extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Simply to Impress. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company for your online shopping needs, I do not recommend using this company.
Unimpressed with Simply to Impress's Customer Service: A Review
When it comes to ordering cards, I've been a loyal customer of Simply to Impress for six years now. Historically, I've been quite pleased with my orders. However, this year I decided to pay extra to have both the return and delivery addresses printed on my envelopes. Much to my dismay, the envelopes I received were addressed to a family in Kentucky instead of Massachusetts where I live. I immediately reached out to customer service asking for new envelopes to be sent to me and requesting a rush delivery. When the representative asked if I had initially paid for this service, I explained that I had not, but it was due to their mistake that I needed new envelopes quickly.
After following the proper procedures for reporting a problem and providing a picture of the incorrect envelopes, I called back two days later to check the status. To my disappointment, I was informed that nothing had been done yet because they did not understand the issue. I reiterated the problem and explained my frustration that my correction order was not processed. Finally, a rep sent me an e-mail saying that they had generated new envelopes for me - but only with the return address printed on them.
When I called again to complain about this, I was told that my concerns would be passed on to a supervisor. After multiple calls and five days of waiting, I reached out once more only to be told that I needed to report the problem all over again. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of attention given to my problem and the lack of urgency in resolving the issue. It's unacceptable that it took so long to get this issue addressed, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer for so long. Simply to Impress has definitely left me unimpressed with their customer service, and I am now exploring other options for my future card orders.
A Christmas Card Catastrophe: My Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress
I recently had the misfortune of placing an order with Simply to Impress for some Christmas cards to send to my loved ones. With the holidays quickly approaching, I decided to pay extra for rush processing to ensure that everyone would receive their cards in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped.
Despite providing the recipient addresses to Simply to Impress, their system kept losing them, and I was never notified of the issue. It was only by checking my order status that I found out the addresses had been lost, which meant that my loved ones were not going to receive their cards anytime soon. The frustration I felt when contacting their customer service team cannot be overstated. Each time I tried to get some assistance, I was met with unhelpful agents who kept switching on me, forcing me to explain my situation again and again.
The entire experience was incredibly stressful, and I had a hard time trying to resubmit the addresses to them. After multiple attempts, I decided to cancel my order and begin the process anew, hoping that this time, things would work out better. Imagine my disappointment when I received a confirmation email for my new order, complete with the recipients' addresses. I kept checking my order status, and once again, everything seemed to be proceeding smoothly.
However, a week after the supposed shipping date, I discovered that not a single person had received a card from me. I contacted Simply to Impress again, only to be told that the addresses had been lost yet again. It was far too late to do anything about it, and my loved ones had gone without receiving their Christmas cards from me. This was a particularly heartbreaking experience for me since sending out Christmas cards was always something I looked forward to every year.
In conclusion, my experience with Simply to Impress was nothing less than a disaster. Their system kept losing the addresses, their customer service was unhelpful, and I had to cancel my order and begin anew. In the end, my loved ones did not receive their Christmas cards, and I was left disappointed and disillusioned. It's safe to say that I will never again be using Simply to Impress and would advise others to do the same.
Not So Impressed: My Frustrating Experience with Simply to Impress
As someone who was in search of a company to produce my Thank you cards, I took to the internet and eventually chose Simply to Impress. However, my experience with them was far from impressive. I placed an order and opted to have them do the envelopes and mail the cards out to my friends and family who attended the event. After receiving an email that my order was processed and the photos were satisfactory, I was charged for 19 cards, with one card for myself as a keepsake. I received a message indicating that my order was shipped, and both my card and my guests' cards would be delivered by May 29th. To my deep disappointment, my guests never received their cards. After contacting their customer service, I was informed that the order was messed up, and they would refund the stamps and mailing fees. They noted that the cards would still be sent to my guests, arriving by June 5th. When I spoke to an agent on June 5th, I discovered that the order was still incorrect, with only one card sent despite me paying for 19 cards in total. The representative apologized and suggested that the cards could be sent to my home address, but that it would take another ten days for printing. However, if the company could not provide the service of mail-outs, it was not appropriate to list it as an option for customers. It was frustrating to learn that I could not get my money back, even though the company had already made the cards. I informed them that I would cancel the payment and dispute the charges with my credit card company. The company did eventually refund the money, but I was left with the impression that they were unprofessional in how they handled the mix-up with the order on both occasions. To be clear, I will not be returning to Simply to Impress and will tell others not to order from them either. There was no real solution to my problem, only empty apologies, and, unfortunately, I still do not have personalized thank-you cards. It's a shame that the customer service of the company does not match the quality of the cards they produce.
Disappointed with Simply to Impress: A Review of Their Cards and Customer Service
Last Christmas, I had the pleasure of ordering some cards from Simply to Impress (simplytoimpress.com) and boy were they beautiful! I was impressed with the quick delivery and the quality of the product, so I decided to order again this year. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. My order was messed up and I needed to get in touch with the customer service team immediately as I had to send out the cards soon.
To my surprise, the customer service representative was rather unhelpful. They seemed more concerned about getting the incorrect order shipped back to them than addressing the issue at hand. I was frustrated with the situation as I have received the cards in just four days from the day of order to the delivery date yet the order was incorrect. Despite sending them a photo of the incorrect order, I was informed that they could only rush-deliver my cards in ten days. This was unacceptable, especially since they were the ones who made the error.
I expected an apology and a quick resolution to the problem; perhaps an offer to rush-deliver the correct order or letting me keep the incorrect order. Sadly, I was informed that my order would now take seven days to deliver due to foil printing and that the machine could not be rushed. This just seemed like a convenient excuse. Besides, I received my order in four days last time, so why couldn't it be done now?
To make matters worse, I requested to speak to a manager but was denied and told that they would just repeat what she had already told me. At one point, the representative suggested that I leave my phone number and that they would call me back. This was unacceptable as I wanted an immediate solution to my problem.
In the end, I was left with no choice but to ask that the new order be canceled. I demanded a refund for the incorrect order before threatening to contact my bank. Though their products are of high quality, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. This terrible experience ruined the positive impression I had of Simply to Impress. I am willing to pay a little extra elsewhere for better customer service in the future.
Simply to Impress Review: Terrible Customer Service and Mistreated as a Customer. Stay Away!
I recently had a disastrous experience with Simply to Impress and I wanted to share my story to potentially spare other customers from the same troubles. I put in an order for invitations and even paid extra for expedited shipping and printing to ensure that I received them on time. However, the ETA of my shipment kept getting pushed back and my invitations never arrived.
After I called to complain, they promised to reprint them, but they never followed through. When I requested a refund, they refused and repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to get my money back. The customer service manager that I spoke to was cold, mean, and downright nasty. If they had just refunded my money to begin with, or at the very least allowed me to speak to a manager, I wouldn't have had to repeatedly call back. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, two months after my order was cancelled, I finally received my shipment, but the box was in terrible shape. When I opened the box, I realized that the invitations weren't even the correct size. I had no use for them at that point, but when I called Simply to Impress to inquire about next steps, I was shocked to learn that they had blocked my number! When I called from a different number, the agent I spoke to denied it and even got defensive when I suggested they had blocked me.
After some investigation, it was finally confirmed that they had indeed blocked me. Additionally, the customer service agent wrongly claimed that the delivery company was at fault for not delivering my order, when it was clear that Simply to Impress hadn't even printed my invitations to begin with. There was so much misinformation and mistreatment of me as a customer that I was left feeling beyond disappointed and disrespected.
At the very least, Simply to Impress did refund me the costs of my order, but they were far from apologetic and showed no empathy for the situation they had created. As a result of their poorly run company, the invitations to my event were sent out late. I strongly advise other customers to stay far away from this company. A quick search online shows many other negative reviews about Simply to Impress, and I wish I had done more research myself before investing my money. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress Christmas Cards
I recently ordered Christmas cards from Simply to Impress and unfortunately, the experience was not up to par with my previous order for thank you cards. The cards I received were crooked and unacceptable, with even the envelopes I paid extra for having missing characters in the addressing. Though the customer service representatives I spoke to were trying their best to be accommodating, the whole system was disorganized and inefficient, leading to multiple individuals responding to my messages with no cohesive plan in place. What's worse, I was suddenly charged for expedited shipping without any prior warning, despite my request for it being solely due to the error on their end that delayed my initial shipment. I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone after going through such a stressful ordeal, and will be taking my business elsewhere for future needs. Though I understand errors can happen, the hassle and stress involved was not worth the few dollars I saved by using Simply to Impress.
Unimpressed by Simply to Impress: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability
I recently had a negative experience with Simply to Impress and wanted to share my thoughts. I ordered two sets of cards with expedited shipping for an event that was only ten days away. Unfortunately, only one set of cards arrived and it became clear that the missing set had never been shipped. I was told by the representative that my order was "adorable" but it quickly became apparent that they were not going to be able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. After nearly 30 minutes on the phone, they eventually agreed to refund the extra cost of shipping but couldn't promise to reprint the cards in time for my event since the original design had foil touches. The representative was unwilling to simply print a different design and made it clear that this was an issue with their printer, not with them.
Eventually, they agreed to reprint the cards without the foil touches, but only after treating me poorly on the phone and arguing about whether or not they could refund my shipping fee. When I asked if they would consider refunding the cost of the cards or offering any additional form of compensation, they refused and even had their supervisor interrupt our call to reiterate that this was their final offer.
As someone who has worked in sales for over 25 years, I was deeply disappointed by the quality of customer service I received from Simply to Impress. Their designs are nice, but I will not be using them again due to their lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide adequate support to customers. When a company makes a mistake, it is imperative that they take responsibility and work to make things right – sadly, that was not my experience with Simply to Impress.

Unfortunate Experience with Simply to Impress: A Disappointing Service and Customer Support
I had an unfortunate experience with Simply to Impress (simplytoimpress.com) that I feel compelled to share. In short, I am extremely disappointed with the company's services and customer support. From the moment I placed my order, I encountered several issues that left me feeling like I was being ripped off.
Firstly, my order was never delivered, despite being confirmed as shipped. I discovered that the company had created a fake USPS tracking label that was never actually sent to the postal service. This was concerning to me, as it felt like I had been purposely misled.
When I tried to reach out to the company for help, I was met with a frustrating automated phone system that kept me on hold indefinitely. The only option I had was to request a representative call me back, which they never did. I was left in the dark and feeling helpless.
To make matters worse, the online chat support I received was also unhelpful and misleading. Instead of providing me with actual information and solutions, the representative simply gave me more false information that only added to my frustrations.
I was eventually offered a refund for my order, but with this company's track record, I am unsure if I can trust them to deliver on that promise. If they fail to refund my payment, I plan on disputing the charge with my bank.
Overall, my experience with Simply to Impress was incredibly disappointing and left me frustrated during what should have been a joyous holiday season. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid falling victim to the scam that this company appears to be running.
Disappointing experience with Simply to Impress - Poor Customer Service and Incorrectly Printed Addresses
I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Simply to Impress for my printing needs after deciding to switch from my previous provider, Minted. The initial experience of placing the order was a breeze and I was pleased with the level of customer service provided to me. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the addresses had been incorrectly printed and the envelopes had not been stuffed, sealed, stamped, and directly sent out as promised.
Given the level of importance I had placed on this service and the positive reviews I had read, I was extremely disappointed by this mistake. I immediately contacted the Customer Service team to address the issue and had hoped for a quick resolution. However, to my dismay, they were unable and unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution to fix my problem.
Instead, they offered only to refund the cost of my address labeling and refused to help me in any other way. I spoke to both the regular customer representative and her supervisor, but unfortunately neither were able to provide any further assistance.
Needless to say, I was left feeling deeply disappointed with my experience with Simply to Impress and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality and reliable printing services.
Terrible experience with Simply to Impress - Shorted order, terrible customer service, and delayed printing and shipping. Avoid at all costs!
I had a terrible experience with Simply to Impress. I placed an order for Christmas cards, but they shorted my order by over half. Naturally, I called customer service to get the issue resolved. At first, they seemed responsive and promised to quickly fix their mistake. However, things quickly went south from there.
I received emails from five different customer service reps, each with conflicting information and promises that were never fulfilled. My cards didn't ship when they were supposed to, and printing and shipping were delayed despite being promised expedited service. As a result, I won't receive the rest of my cards until December 22, well after the holiday season.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability from Simply to Impress. They completely ruined our holiday cards, and none of the excuses provided by their representatives seemed truthful. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company if you want to avoid ruining your special event.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Simply to Impress - Avoid This Business!
I recently was excited to try out Simply to Impress for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. With the pandemic still influencing our daily lives, we had to make adjustments to our original party plans, so I looked into some unique home-decor ideas and decided to order a banner. I went onto Simply to Impress's website and placed an order two weeks in advance of the event. I even paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive on time.
Sadly, the big day arrived, and I had yet to receive my order, nor was there a shipping date in sight. I began to grow increasingly worried and tried to contact the company several times through email, but my attempts seemed to go unrecognized. I finally was able to connect with someone in a chat support and requested to cancel my order due to the extreme lateness, hoping that I could still put together some decorations in time.
To my extreme disappointment, the customer service representative I spoke with seemed to have zero sympathy for my situation. There was no apology, no mention of any potential compensation or solution, just a simple statement that my order was canceled. I felt incredibly defeated, frustrated, and had no idea what I was going to do with so little time left.
Following this terrible experience, I cannot imagine how this company has received any positive reviews. I'm sure they filter their feedback because there is no way they could possibly have such a high rating with such terrible customer service. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' satisfaction has caused me to swear off doing business with them in the future.
Although I tried my hardest to provide a special day for my parents, Simply to Impress has left me with the bitter taste of disappointment in my mouth. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and not putting your time or money into their services.
Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress Christmas Cards: Lacking Customer Service and Failed Promises
I recently placed an order with Simply to Impress for my Christmas cards, but unfortunately, there were some issues with my order. I am disappointed to say that it took nearly a week of going back and forth with their customer service team via email and a ticket system to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, there was no phone support available and email responses were only provided once a day. This caused a significant delay in receiving my cards, even though I had emphasized that I needed them within two weeks of my initial order since I would be leaving town soon.
Although Simply to Impress accepted responsibility for their mistake and promised to expedite my order, I was let down once again when they failed to do so. I received my order via standard mail instead of the promised expedited shipping option.
When it comes to the quality of the cards, I would say that the card stock is slightly heavier than other services such as Shutterfly and Tiny Prints. However, I was not impressed with the color quality, finding it to be quite dull.
Overall, my experience with Simply to Impress was not a smooth one. I spent over $100 on 60 Christmas cards and the entire process took over three weeks to complete. Their customer service was lacking, and they failed to meet their stated goals. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simply to Impress and would suggest exploring other options in the market.
Disappointing Experience: Simply to Impress Failed to Deliver Cards & Left Me Addressing Envelopes by Hand
I recently had an experience utilizing the services of Simply to Impress and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. While the card itself was satisfactory, the company failed to deliver them to the 48 recipients I had intended to send them to. I immediately reached out to customer service to seek assistance on resolving the issue, and after several email exchanges, I was informed that their mailing service was experiencing some sort of malfunction. I was flabbergasted- how could a company that specializes in card-making and delivery business not have a functional mailing service?
Their proposed resolution to the issue was to allow me to cancel my order, which was impractical at that point, or have the cards shipped to me so I could address each card myself and mail them out. I ended up agreeing to the latter option and requested compensated expedited shipping. Thankfully, they did honor my request and I had the cards in hand within two days of our exchange.
But, my troubles didn't end there. Upon inspecting the shipment, I discovered that each envelope was blank- no return address, no recipient address- just an empty white field staring back at me. I was forced to make yet another call to customer service, who in turn decided to refund me the funds I had paid for the recipient addresses and return address on the envelopes. That didn't help me address having received blank envelopes that couldn't be sent out.
To make matters worse, I was now frantically searching for solutions with no other option but to visit Staples and purchase labels to address each of the envelopes by hand. I had never been so frustrated with a company before. Despite having been prompt in refunding me payment for their mistake, the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I never expected to be in that situation where I had to rush an order to be two weeks late to delivery. Needless to say, I was not at all impressed with Simply to Impress.
Misleading Advertising and Programming Errors on Simply to Impress Website
I recently used Simply to Impress website to order my family's Christmas cards for the second year in a row. Designing process went smoothly and I was happy with the quality of the cards delivered. However, I did encounter some difficulties during checkout which ultimately left a sour taste in my mouth.
As I went to checkout, I saw a big red banner on the page promoting discounts based on the total amount spent. I placed an order for 60 cards, priced at $1.67 per card, which totaled to $100.20. Based on the banner, I expected a 50% discount to be applied as my order fit within that price range. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that there was a programming error which prevented the discount from being applied until the total reached $150.
This issue led to a frustrating live chat with a customer service representative who could not understand why I felt overcharged. It took an hour and a half of back and forth, but ultimately, they agreed to refund me the $10 overcharge. While this may seem like a small amount of money, I value honest pricing and felt disappointed by the misleading advertising.
On the positive side, I was pleased with the speedy delivery service. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the cards arrived at my doorstep early Wednesday. The quality of the cards met my expectations and I would consider placing another order through this website in the future. However, I will make sure to double-check for any programming errors before committing to the purchase next time.
Terrible Experience with Simply to Impress Holiday Card Company: Late Delivery, Poor Service
Simply to Impress has to be the worst holiday card company that I have had the displeasure to deal with. I placed an order on December 10th, paying for 2-4 day shipping, as well as return addressing and stamping to ensure delivery before Christmas. According to the company's notification, my order was shipped on December 12th, so I expected it to be delivered no later than December 17th. However, when I checked the site on December 21st, I saw that the expected arrival date was December 31st. This was an absurd 16 mailing days after the supposed shipping date.
I contacted the online assistant, who assured me that my order had been shipped on December 12th and that the expected arrival date of December 31st must have been a mistake. Little did I know, things were going to get even worse.
When I logged in today, which was the 10th mailing day since my order was "shipped", I was flabbergasted to see that the expected delivery date was now January 2nd, 2020 – after the new year! I was beyond frustrated with their service, and it was apparent that they had never shipped out my order, despite having notified me that they had. What a scam!
I was relieved when the company's customer service team granted me a refund, but I was left feeling disappointed and angry at how late their delivery was. Honestly, I would instead send nothing than send out the holiday cards after New Year's Day. I genuinely hope that they can throw away the order before it's shipped because I don't want to have anything to do with them in the future. Please steer clear of this company, and don't let them ruin your holiday experience.
Disappointing Experience with Simply to Impress: Poor Quality and Lackluster Customer Service
I recently had a disappointing experience with Simply to Impress that left me feeling frustrated and let down. As someone who puts a lot of effort into my family's yearly tradition of sending out high-quality Christmas cards to loved ones, I was taken aback by the poor quality and lackluster customer service offered by this company.
I had placed an order for over 80 Christmas cards well in advance of the holiday season, only to find that I had received less than half of the envelopes I needed to send them out. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with unhelpful and unsympathetic responses that left me feeling even more frustrated.
To make matters worse, the cards themselves were of poor image quality and the fonts used on the envelopes were almost pixelated, making for an overall disappointing experience that ruined our family's tradition in a big way. Even more frustrating was the fact that, despite being offered a paltry $27 compensation for the inconvenience, the money simply wasn't enough to cover the costs of the envelopes I never received.
What's more, I was upset to find that Simply to Impress doesn't even allow for customer feedback on their website or show bad reviews, making it clear that they aren't interested in listening to their customers or improving their services in any way.
Overall, I would strongly recommend against purchasing anything from Simply to Impress. Their poor quality products and terrible customer service make them a waste of both time and money, and the company seems more interested in grabbing cash than in providing a stress-free and enjoyable Christmas card experience for their customers.
Avoid Simply to Impress for Holiday Cards - Poor Customer Service & Shipping Delays
I recently had a disappointing experience with Simply to Impress, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I placed an order for simple Christmas Cards on November 16th, with the company estimating a delivery date of November 21st. However, when the expected delivery date came and went without my order arriving, I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my shipment.
To my dismay, I was told to simply wait a few more days for my order to arrive. During this time, I ended up ordering additional items from Shutterfly, which were delivered without any issues. When I followed up with Simply to Impress again, I was told that my order was still in the process of being shipped and that all they could offer me was a refund once the order was returned.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by Simply to Impress. While the company attributed the slow shipping to COVID-related issues, I had not experienced any similar issues with other online retailers, including Amazon and various small businesses.
To make matters worse, it seems as though I'm going to have to wait even longer for my order to arrive, and then even longer for a refund - altogether, this process will likely take over a month. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Simply to Impress again, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative companies for their card needs.
