At first I had trouble applying a discount coupon for the course but they had a live chat representative available to apply it for me. That was a big plus. I loved the course. It was easy to follow and understand. Being someone with no stock market knowledge or understanding of it, I feel that I can comfortably start making the right investments for me while reducing risks. I gifted this course to 2 of my friends that were also wanting to understand. Wonderful for a beginner!

The chat staff has been knowledgeable and responsive. I have taken 2 courses and found them both helpful and informative. When I encountered a problem with a section and had to skip over that section, I was given extra time added to my trial period. The problem was corrected and I was able to go back and take the skipped section again. So far so good and it can only get better. I am looking forward to taking more courses and training starting this evening. Updates will be forthcoming.

The courses with this company were fine, nothing outstanding. I have a problem with the companies billing practices. I canceled my subscription in 2019, and then Skillsuccess.com starts charging me again a monthly fee without any notification. I never logged on or used their service in any way since I canceled last year. Now they are telling me that I owe for a previous month, and if I don't pay I will be hearing from the collections department. How many people have they taken advantage of like this?

We signed up for Skill Success but found it wasn't right for us so we cancelled on the last day of our trial period. While we notified them to cancel the subscription with the trial period, they didn't process it that day so they say we still own the $230 fee. We had to arbitrate this through our credit card company but luckily our email shows a clear effort on our part to cancel the service within the trial period and before we should have been charged for the service. This company preys on people. Stay away!

There are FAR TOO MANY of scamming companies that try to charge you even though you cancel before the free trial date! Please all beware save your confirmation email both sent and received of the cancellation! Otherwise BS like this happens and too many times they get away with it! FYI, Apple card will NOT support their customers at ALL BEWARE!
I had some confusion with a Group-on voucher. The Skillsuccess help was not only incredibly easy to access but they also did everything in their power to help me sort through it and come out with the best possible solution. I love having access to all these incredibly diverse courses and people who actually care about their customers. You don't find that very often, these days.

Skillsuccess delivered more than what is advertised. I have been using their program for a week and it is great. Everything that I had procrastinating in learning, they had 1 or more courses that were related. I have made it part of my daily routine of learning and enhancing my life. Each course that I have taken was well developed, relevant, user friendly, and great. Their customer service is exceptional also. I had one concern, I emailed them and they responded in an expedient manner. I am overly impressed with Skillsuccess!

I have used their support before on other occasions and it's always super informative and I get whatever it is resolved or figured out quickly. As for the service the website offers, the classes are all informative and on so many different cool subjects I have trouble picking which to start sometimes. I'd definitely recommend them (and I have!) to others to try if they're looking for online classes.

Next, I was invited to use their free blog. The blog's career guides are a smart and compact way to consider new possibilities. The articles look good too: practical, easy to read, and visually attractive, which enhances their readability even more. Skill Success and its staff ought to win awards for doing such excellent work for encouraging people in our career journeys.

I cancelled my subscription Weeks prior to Trial being over. They now charged me 228 on my card. The number listed here is totally not a working as it is just a busy signal each time I dial it. I have now submitted yet another cancellation, I am not understanding how I can cancel and still be charged. This course site is bogus and should be shut down if this is the way they are doing business. Gaining business by holding people hostage even when they cancel prior to their trial period being over. This is fraudulent activity and all should beware! This goes against all business ethics!

I just started courses on Skill Success. I signed up when it was $7 per month and never used it. I got more serious when it went up to $15 per month. I decided I had better try it out to see if it was worth that much money. I've completed three courses, and all have been fantastic. Even things I think I know have room for improvement and new knowledge. Skill Success offers different perspectives. The courses I have completed were very professional and beneficial. I have nine pages of favorites now, and can't wait to get into something else. I will be keeping my subscription and actually using it. :)

If that is the way they do business, an email should be sent the week before to remind you of the upcoming renewal date so you have the opportunity to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. I was quite disappointed at the tone of the email to support when I requested they reverse the charge the day they emailed me to say they renewed the subscription. Hence this warning so that hopefully someone else will know they will be out $228 for the annual subscription if they don't recall a year down the road the exact date to cancel."

This is a scam
This is a scam. They'll take your bank info and give you 2 free months and auto charge you at least $230 if you don't cancel in time. Here's where it gets fishy. They send a reminder email right before your charge date that looks like spam and isn't formatted at all like any of their other correspondence. When you follow the link you have to jump through hoops and then after submitting your cancellation request they claim that they need to verify it. At which point they'll lose it altogether (in my case twice). If you want an immediate response you have to threaten legal action. They'll cancel within 5 minutes. It's magical! I hate to think of how many unsuspecting people they've conned.

Much like many others who have reviewed this company. I saw the email that was sent last week to remind me to cancel. I cancelled through their site and it said it went through. I thought nothing more of it, because it was cancelled, until I got an email today saying I had been charged $228 dollars for my service renewal. Of course when I went back on and emailed their customer support they said they had never received my cancelation. It seems to be a trend with this company to not have a record of the cancelation and then tell you that they cannot offer a refund to you. They did try to offer me a lifetime pass, I assume as a bribe, but I can't afford the normal annual fee to begin with, why would I even want to support a company that does not support its customers?

They were unparalleled in service quality EVER! Extremely patient, super willing to help me for the hours worth of questions that I asked. I swear and I don't know if they are all like that but I am telling you... the amount of support I received from this company was amazing... Mind blowing! I think it is something in the water. Seriously, I've had the pleasure, in one day of corresponding with several team members, all of whom were amazing, spectacular, wonderful, delightful, and generous, as well! Everyone was so kind and so helpful... It's like finding a blue unicorn, y'all. I don't know what else to say, but thank you, to everyone for all of your help. You have gained a customer for life and possibly generations. I have kids and three additional users for free, hint hint!

I can't begin to express how disappointed I am with this company. I went on the website and signed up for the 2 month trial for $1. After spending a little time on the website, I knew that the classes they had were not for me. I canceled my subscription and thought nothing more of it. Today This company pulled out $228 from my account. After not receiving a single correspondence for almost two month, they just send me an invoice for a 1 year unlimited membership. I first that that this was a misunderstanding, so I went to the website and saw that they sight doesn't have a customer service number. You can only get help through chat. The chat rep wasn't any help at all. No matter how many times I told her that "I never used the service and that I did cancel it" She refused to budge. How do you charge someone that has never used your service and is telling you they did cancel. I can only hope that the ComplaintsBoard.com will help me as a consumer to get back money that was not authorized to be taken from a company I did not use!

Charges you $100 even though you cancelled your subscription and says "oh sorry it's beyond the refund date", despite you pointing out that they had no right to take the money out since you cancelled AND they took it out the day you asked for a retund.
Sneaky, lying company. Avoid!
TERRIBLE - do not recommend. Refund policy is a joke. Customer beware and watch when your subscription renewal is. No REFUNDS due to their "strict" refund policy. Just lost $150. BY THE WAY, I never received an email notifying me my account was set to review as they continue to post online for multiple complaints.

This is a horrible company with awful customer service. They steal money from you. Be very careful if you sign up for any of their offers. They'll take money from your bank account without warning. You could learn all the same stuff from *** for free and without being scammed.
