I initially ordered this thinking it was 19.95 a jar. I never subscribed, this is a scam. I was charged almost 4x the amount. NEVER ordered the tea. The next month I received another jar and detox tea. I called the customer service number about 20x, no one answered, left my phone number as directed. I tried 6 times to get there *** deal on Skinny Fit and they would not process for me. I thought maybe maybe debit card was the problem but it was not. I even got a new debit card and was still declined. I have over $1000 in my checking and savings. Not sure what is wrong but since I tried 6 times and went through a drawn out process to do so and still declined. I'm not sure what to do or what is going on with this company. Maybe it is shady?

I believe that this company lures you into purchasing their products. They make it seem like it is a great deal, but then there is no way fir you to cancel ypu order. You are not able to create an account, see past orders, or even see future orders.
I purchased 3 super youth peach mango collagens from skinny fit on 4/26/22 with a 90 day money back guarantee. I have phoned their customer service twice and spoke with two different people who explained to me that they would generate a return request and email me a return label within *** hours. I have not received an email from them. I received my order in May, but they said I had 90 days from the order date. Skinny fit advertises that their product helps you lose weight, tighten skin, reduce cellulite, etc I used this product for almost 90 days and did not lose weight, no change in skin, hair or nails. They promised refund of the total purchase price. I pwill attempt to phone one more time, but I would like your assistance in this matter as I do not believe this is an honest way to conduct a business.Thank you
