I booked a party for my daughter’s 6th birthday and my service was the worst. I was given less food and supplies than what my receipt states. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this location or book another party here. Everything was out of order, I was charged way too much and was forced to get more pizza for my guests because I never received the ones that came with my order. The receipt states I got 4 that is a LIE! I was given water bottles? Charged for 22! This is ridiculous!

Hi Elba, thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t the greatest. I do see here you did have 22 jumpers. We did provide 4 pizzas for your party. As far as the water bottles, i do apologize that we did run out and our shipment should be coming in soon. I would be more than happy to set some aside for you if you’d wish. We did try to accommodate the missing water for something else. I can go ahead and also offer some jump psses for the inconvenience.

This is outrageous! I received a call from the GENERAL MANAGER (can’t believe that title was even given) of skyzone. I explained how I was robbed because I was charged for 22 jumpers when I only had and was told I was paying only for 18. He knew that I did not received all my food and drinks that came with my package, I paid for the Largest package! I was charged for 4extra jumpers which is a total of $208 more! He said he would compensate me for the horrible service I got and the money I was charged. I received a credit of only $100! This is ridiculous! I am going to make this public and reach out to the media. Show them receipts if I have to & and proof that SKYZONE consciously steals from their customers. I didn’t come and spend $50. I spent over $1,500 that day! I became a member at the beginning of last month and it’s by far the biggest mistake I did when I found Skyzone!
Claimed loss: Money, It' s causing me stress to see such thing happening to me and the people who are supposed to help are turning their backs on me. (I was unable to upload receipt file PDF not accepted. my receipt number is <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>)
Desired outcome: I would like to receive compensation for the money that was over charged and for the food and drinks I did not receive with my booking. I would like my membership cancelled and not be charged for the month of April.
