$10 for a extra small milkshake??
I stopped in to redeem my rewards on sunday sep 25 to the calgary deerfoot city location. I was very happy to use my points for a $9.99 milkshake however I was very disappointed to see what a tiny little tiny milkshake I was given. They used the glass for the kids soda! I remember smashburger used to give milik shakes in the larger soda cup plus left overs! What happened? These are terribly over priced and if I hadnt used my points for it, I would've asked for my $ back. Rip offf! That was a child milkshake, not one for a 52yr old adult.
What a crime - thieves!

Earlier this year we my family and I went to eat at your Smashburger location on Briargate while we were there we heard a bunch of the employees talking about how cum was so salty how the taste of cum was so salty and the girl that busted them out was the lady that hardly spoke any English she didn't understand so she recorded it on her phone and took it back and ask the manager I listen to the whole thing and I reported it and I'm reporting it again and I'm going to go on and report it every single week until you guys make this right nobody should have to go to a place where they take their family where food is and listen to the employees talk about how they drink cum and how salty it is that is so goddamn disgusting I turned you guys into the health department as well my name is. You have all the information you need on Yelp because that's how I got to this website like I said I'm going to go on every week where I can update my review and I'm going to continue to let the customers of Colorado Springs know how disgusting your employees are at that store and how you guys have done nothing about it

Store cleanness
I went to the smash burger in university ave Westwood Ma as I always do the location was disgusting looks like it haven’t been clean in a while and doors and windows where very greasy floor was sneaky restroom are disgusting I had to walk out of the restaurant because it was very disappointing. I couldn’t even order my food and the customer services was horrible.
Desired outcome: Hire enough staff to maintain a clean business.

Ordered delivery consisting of Double Truffle Mushroom Burger, Kids Crispy Chicken Strips, and Smash Tots totally $21.98
Delivered by Ubereats
Every item was so heavy with salt that it was inedible.
Called General Mgr (Raj?) at Smashburger, was told I needed to talk with Uber. (He said he would pass this along to his cooks)
Called Uber and they stated that quality of food was the responsibility of Smashburger.
Called Smashburger again and was referred back to Uber.
I am tired of being shuffled back and forth. I truly believe it is the Responsibility of Smashburger.
The whole order of food went down the garbage disposal.
This is the second complaint I have entered. I want some response!
Desired outcome: Refund of total order!!!!
Inedible Food

Food was ordered from Smashburger (278 East 12300 South, Draper , UT #106) and delivered by Uber Eats.
Delivery was good, food was terrible (so much salt on every item that I could not eat it)
I called Smashburger #106 and talked with General Mgr. He instructed me to call Uber Eats for a refund.
I called Uber Eats and they instructed me to call Smashburger because they prepared the food.
After being tossed back and forth between Uber Eats and Smashburger, I still have no resolution on this matter.
The total amount of the food order was $21.98 (including tip)

Unsatisfactory black bean burger
I was in the Dallas love field airport on Wednesday the 15th of June and saw the Smashburger. I thought that sounded good, as I’ve had it before and enjoyed it in the past. To start with, the line was ridiculously long. When I finally made my way to the front of the line, I had to wait more than 10 minutes to order lunch, as it was too early. The 30 people in line behind me also had to work to order lunch because someone in the restaurant didn’t want to begin making lunch and nobody was ordering breakfast. That was just dumb! When I finally did get my $18 black bean burger and fries, the fries were wonderful. The black bean burger, disgusting. It was Luke warm and tasted like it was defrosted and old. I was so disappointed with my entire experience, but mostly the black bean burger.
Desired outcome: I’d like it if I could get a gift card for another one.
2 Truffle Mushroom Burgers and 3 fries!
The local Smashburger at Azalea Square in Summerville South Carolina the manager was rude and laughed at me on the phone because I told him that my burgers were red and my food was cold and the burgers were smashed folded in half. I expect for him to be fired because he laughed at me in the middle of talking to me instead of taking care of business like a person should do with a customer. Smash fries
Today at 5:26 pm I bought 3 Sandwiches and reg smash fry. The smash fry was a half-full container filled with ketchup packets. This is a shame such a minuscule amount for $3.79.

check number 910012 date 2/26/2022 store location is Lodi NJ. This is my third order in about two months from this location that was wrong. We will start with this latest one because I have the receipt. We ordered two Avocado Double burgers and they forgot the avocado. Second we ordered two orders of large smashed fry and other fries. They send all regular fries. Then we ordered apple juice and they gave us milk. I am like what the heck. In the past they have always forgot items on the burgers and whipped cream on the shakes. Mistakes order and too much salt
My wife orders 2 sandwiches (online order ) one fish and added jalapeños ( which I have one piece ) grill onion ( which is I did not have any) quality was not like use to, but what it's really get me, the cook has no hairnet or hat and serving food !

I had order for the first time from this company because it seemed like something interesting. I ordered and waited the duration of an hour or more and called to inquire about my order that had been waiting for delivery when I called and found out. The employee was not attentive and was very rude speaking to other people while im asking a question. Upon asking about my order and getting the run around she also hung thr phone up on me disrespectful. I do not appreciate my money being taken and not receiving my order or a verified explanation on why have not received my order. I will call my bank and claim fraud for not receiving my order and your company taking my money.

Smash Burgers
My husband went today and got us 2 single burgers didnt know you had to say something different sences that is all you have .we did not want the double meat burger anyway we were charge 5.39 for the burgers 1 cheese and 1 with out cheese and 1 order of fries which came to 14.00 and something. The bugers had nothing I mean nothing but the meat and bread.we are from out of town no car we have to walk went their cause we ate their Wednesday. I was at smash burger and the lady Kamoren was so rude for no reason. I would expect better service but oh well. I told her I wanted a meal with a drink and she didn't even give it to me. She just seemed so rude and we where being polite as we could be. Idk if she can't hear well or what but she also had a rude tone.
