SmashBurger customer service b

Don't go to the smashburger in gateway mall during the holidays, your food will be sloppy, dirtylooks and attitude if you complain. She had to redo my milkshake and slammed the new order on my table, cheese on my baja jalepeno was fresh nowhere being melted, and refuse to melt it because it was already loaded with the sauces. Attitude everywhere. 12/16/2018 2pm horrific, feel bad for the owner when he is there he socializes with everyone they're going to ruin his business.

SmashBurger cobb salad

I purchased a Cobb salad this past Sunday and ended up with severe diarerre and severe stomach cramps. These symptoms are related to ecoli which I believe is from the lettuce used in the salad as it has been all over the news about ecoli in romaine lettuce. My purchase was at the Johnston, Rhode Island store. Action must be taken to replace all the lettuce in the stores

SmashBurger cashier/server

I ordered a milkshake as I always do. Usually I get the glass and the rest of the milkshake in the mixing cup. The milkshake was delivered in the glass. As I went to pick up the rest of my milkshake the cashier was just getting ready to put it in her mouth (unbelievable). When I said I'd like the rest of my milkshake she said there wasn't any more.
Poorly managed place. I received half the amount of fries I usually get. Please resolve these issues. I like to come here for hamburgers, but may reconsider.

SmashBurger food preparation and timely delivery

Sunday, 11/11 we stopped at SMASHBURGER #1276 St. George, Utah for a quick meal on the way to ZION NAT'L PARK. We work long and hard for a deserved day off and were on a limited amount of time to enjoy the park and hoped for a quick delicious lunch before hitting the trails.
We were very disappointed in both the burnt quality of the TRFFL MUSH SWISS SMASH and the delivery taking almost 30 minutes to arrive!
We have enjoyed SMASHBURGER in Las Vegas where we live and would like to continue dining with you but, not with bad service and bad food.
Perhaps, a gift card for a family of four would convince my wife to try SMASHBURGER again and write a nice YELP and TRIP ADVISOR review, (I talked her out of writing a not-so-nice review). Anyway, thought you should be aware of this. Thank you for any consideration. -Jonathan Scott

SmashBurger extremely greasy and undercooked fries and pickles/poor excuse for "chicken strips"

Placed our to go order and when we received it, the Large Fries were not cooked at all, but extremely greasy. The "fried" pickles and small fries soaked through the bag with grease before we even got to the car in the parking lot. The kids grilled "chicken strips" were literally a small piece of chicken sliced, not even all the way through. Got our money back for the fries, but not the pickles. We will most definitely NOT be spending our money at Smashburger in the future!

I ordered from Smashburger #1484, Host: Margarita. Receipt 10027 @1:47PM on 10/9/18. I redeemed a coupon valued at $8.00 which stated the following:
Get a Burger, Side, & Drink for $8.00. Receive a regular beef or turkey burger, regular side, and regular drink for $8.00. Valid on regular beef and turkey burgers, regular sides, and regular drinks only. Not valid for alcohol sales. Not valid for online orders. Limit one coupon per transaction. My question is, is this coupon not valid for a regular size Smashburger Fries?

SmashBurger the location on lebanon and dallas north tollway

The location on Lebanon and the Dallas North Tollway has terrible everything. The service is terrible and so is the kitchen. We waited for an hour and so has everybody else in here. This is the second time this has happened coming here this is so disappointing because we liked this place. And when we expressed our thoughts the cashier, Shania, had a attitude with us and was very rude about it saying it wasn't her fault. She was very rude to my mother and I did not like that. Overall it is very sad what this location has become and I don't think we will be going back.

SmashBurger insurance reimbursement

Hi my name is Marcus Robinson I worked with the smashburger at the radnor location the issue that I have is due to no Reimbursements was made due to I was not able to use my insurance after I received it through the company I was being given the run around about me receiving that back I been with the company since February 5 2015 I put my two weeks in the month of July 2018 i talked to the general manager Tom s at the radnor location 550 e Lancaster ave and al Hughes district manager for the radnor location 550 e Lancaster ave I have been calling since i lefted the company to get a understanding bout the insurance problem still no response from either Tom (gm) and al (dm)

SmashBurger employee

I am currently being forced to continue my employment with Smashburger. I am still currently on the company payroll but am not receiving paychecks nor working for any amount of hours. I have been repeatedly misled about my employment status by my manager. My manager will not terminate my employment nor allow me to quit. I have until September 27, 2018 to sort this out or my rent will be ajusted to an amount that I can't possibly afford. My government case worker has proof that my current work status is active for Smashbuger when I in truth I haven't worked there for a full month. I will be pursuing ALL LEGAL OPTIONS if I am not officially terminated by the end of today.

SmashBurger lack of cleanliness

I arrived at Smashburger, Roseville this morning at 11:30. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Order arrived in a timely fashion and was delicious. However, the store, inside and out was filthy. Every outdoor table was dirty and napkins, food and straws littered the eating area. We cleaned our own table in order to eat outside. The interior of the restaurant was also unkempt. Bits of food, dirty tables made it obvious that the restaurant was not cleaned the night before. The men's restroom was not clean. The sink was dirty and stained.
Won't come again unless I see a clean restaurant.

SmashBurger service

The absolute worst customer service! My fiancé and both ordered a combo.Our host Ashley brought out food sat it down and started to walk away. My burger was missing. I Told her and she asked for our receipt. I told her we threw it away. She acted like I was lying. I told her I would dig through the trash. She looked up our receipt found the cashier didn't ring in the burger. Ashley looked at me with and attitude like I was in the wrong. Instead of acting like I was an idiot they should have apologized for the cashiers mistake and just re-rang the item. The cashier even admitted to making the mistake and then walked away. There was a manager involved the entire time and he didn't step up like he should. I was so upset my fiancé and I left without most of our food and was out $17.24. I will never revisit this location and will not recommend to anyone. I will say the restrooms were very clean.

SmashBurger employees

Do you even know what is going on with your stores in the state of New Jersey? Or even other states? You have to visit your stores once a while because your employees are hurting because of their general managers and other managers that taking advantage of their power. If I were you I would do that because you will lose employees after employees.I think the CEO should either visit the branches of smashburger or Webinar with the District Managers.

Also, I understand that it supposed to flexible schedule but it seems like they want the schedule whatever is convenient for them not for the employee.

SmashBurger redeeming coupons

Let me just start off saying how much we LOVE Smashburger. We don't get to eat at Smashburger very often, and we really don't have very much money, so these coupons we get in our email come in handy. But yesterday when I went to go eat, I was able to scan the 20% off entire order coupon, but I was not able to use it. WHY are they only good at "participating locations?" WHY cant we use them at EVERY location?

SmashBurger received wrong order.

Today at smash burger we ordered a large smash fry and two cheeseburgers. We even told the cook past the cashier that we wanted a large fry. We received a medium fry and neither of our cheeseburgers had cheese on them. When we called the store we were Told that we could go back and fix the mistake, so we do not believe our issue was properly dealt with and we are upset that we paid for much more than we received.

SmashBurger service

I hate this store . You would think because it's in a nice area you'll have better service. I normally come around my lunch time 12:30-1:30 and I feel like I'm waiting all day on my food . Lack of the bathroom being clean . Lack of workers . after Monday when I came with my daughter and waited 30 minutes for my food and went home and found hair inside my food I will NEVER dine or eat there again . I was there monday with my daughter 8/27 and I literally waited 30 minutes just for my food to get out . The manager that was on shift acted like he didn't care that I was waiting that long . honestly if you ask me I think everyone that works there needs a hair net on . I found food in my hair when I got home Horrible!

SmashBurger customer service

Paid for our food and while waiting for our coke the employee began playing with the cup of coke. The employee pressed for coke and then spilt some coke out, he then pressed for coke again and poured some out. He did this about 6 times before we made a face at him. During the time he was playing around he was also looking at me and then my husband back and forth to see if we caught on. We asked him what are you doing and he ran off laughing hysterically. Some time later he walked back to us and we were livid. The manager came to us and he didn't believe us. We felt humiliated. We asked for our money back and when we asked the employee why he acted the way he did he answered back with "ask yourself why would I do that?". This guy obviously has issues and needs medical help. He also needs to be fired. I called customer service and explained what happened. I was told the owner would call me back within 2 days and that never happened. Never going back.

SmashBurger staff

Today I approximately 2pm, I and my 15 year old son ate at the Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 Smashburger. Upon leaving, the son who happens to have Asperger's (very high functioning Autism) asked for the location of the garbage can. I lovely young female employee directed him to one and as I looked over, a employee dressed in a red shirt (manager?) motioned to the above female employee that my son was crazy by taking his pointer finger in a circular motion by his ear which is clearly how people indicate to others that someone is crazy or mentally ill.

Before I left the restaurant, I thanked the female for assisting my son and explained to her that my son is autistic and not crazy as I saw what the "manager" motioned. She politely smiled.

Obviously, this was upsetting to me. My son is extremely bright and carries a 97 average in school however he's socially and verbally awkward. Please provide your staff with education on those who are different. Life is difficult enough for autistic young people. A professional establishment in my community should be a place that is respectful to both me and my son.
