I had a transaction with Soaring Heights Technology on July 19, and the invoice total was $280
I had a transaction with Soaring Heights Technology on July 19, and the invoice total was $280. They were supposed to install Starlink Internet equipment at our cabin. However, during the installation, the technician accidentally drilled right through a live 240v wire. This caused a power outage for the entire main floor panel. The technician claimed that he only touched the wire and put electrical tape on it as a precaution. He didn't even bother to troubleshoot the issue, so we had to reset the panel and check if all the electrical connections were working properly. We had to do this even after the technician left around 1:30pm.
Around 3pm, we realized that both the satellite cable TV and our AC unit were not functioning. After troubleshooting, a journeyman electrician advised us to cut the power and remove the tape from the wire to inspect it. We followed the advice and discovered that the wire had been completely drilled through. It was clear that the technician had been dishonest about the extent of the damage.
We have tried to contact the business six times, but unfortunately, we haven't received any response from anyone.
