My wife got me a sock package for Father's Day, which was supposed to include socks for me and our son. She ordered it months in advance, with the assurance that it would arrive on time for Father's Day 2021. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The customer service was unresponsive, which was really embarrassing. Finally, the package arrived today, but it was missing some socks. This company has been one of the worst we've ever dealt with.
Their masks are really good if you can actually get your hands on them
Their masks are really good if you can actually get your hands on them. They say the masks are available and ready to be sent, but it takes forever to get your order packed and shipped! Their customer service is practically non-existent. There's no phone number to reach out to them, no online chat option, and it takes ages to receive a response to an email inquiry. It's super frustrating, especially considering they've already taken your money for the masks.

I bought $40 masks a month ago and still haven't got 'em. It took 'em days to get back to me 'bout it. They said no refunds, check with yer neighbors if they got yer masks. After lotsa emails, they finally agreed to send me just 1 mask. So, I paid $40 for just 1 mask? Their customer service is all over the place and not professional at all. I nearly canceled my order with Sock Fancy last week 'cause of all the bad reviews on this site. But I'm glad I didn't 'cause I just got my 12 face masks today. I dunno why Sock Fancy had delivery issues a few months back, but now, in July, it seems like they fixed 'em. Ya gotta remember, lotsa companies struggled with deliveries 'cause of this pandemic. But hey, I got my whole order in less than a week and all the masks are just like they were advertised. They're great masks and I'm really happy with 'em.

I ordered some masks for me and someone else. I got mine, but the other person never got theirs even after waiting for 4 months. I tried calling them, but couldn't get through, so I sent them an email to cancel the other person's order. They took care of it.
Since the other person didn't have any masks, I decided to send them my 2 masks. They really liked them, so I decided to take a risk and order again.
I placed an order for 2 masks on June 25, and just recently, she got a package that was already opened. All that was inside was an advertisement card, no masks.
Now I'm out $27.75 and she still doesn't have any masks.

One of them came pretty quick, but the other one took, like, forever. I mean, two whole months! They were having some issues with the supply chain, you know, getting masks from China and stuff. But we thought, hey, maybe they got their act together and we can order again. Well, turns out we were dead wrong. We ordered a pack of ten socks, thinking we'd be swimming in socks for days. But guess what? We only got one! Yeah, just one sock instead of ten. Now we're trying to get in touch with customer service, but man, it's a total mess. It's like they don't even exist or something. So frustrating, you know?

Sock Fancy practices the American approach to business...take the money and deliver products whenever you feel. My order was placed April 17 and I was given a shipping/tracking number April 29. Reaching out to Sock Fancy I was told there was a label printing error but it would not affect the shipping time. It is now May 12 and Sock Fancy has not granted a refund or delivered my items.
These items were paid for on April 17 when the order was placed. It appears Sock Fancy violated banking practices by not simply holding an authorization for payment but executed said payment without shipping an actual product (i.e. fraud). Itonly takes a quick search on social media to find unsatisfied customers.
However, this is not a witch hunt, rather a demonstration how not to conduct business. If "tens of thousands" of masks were delivered; why are there only a handful of people posting pictures given a social media driven society?

Selling masks they don't have in stock. Bought from them because it said orders were being delivered in 7-10 days. Ordered three weeks ago and only received half my order. Contacted customer service after the first week and a half and got the first half shipped. Said the rest would ship out in a few days. Week and a half later order still had not shipped out. After that have not been able to get back into contact with the company. Keep seeing Facebook posts where they have the same replies "out of stock but we will have more in 3 days" they say this on ever mask every few days but my order has still yet to be fulfilled.
I ordered and paid for 6 x masks on April 19. I have been trying to get a status on my order since 7 May. I sent a previous email on 7 May and again on 13 May in response to the company's general email to all customers saying that items ordered between 4/19 - 4/22 would be shipped early the week of 4 May. Never received product that I was charged for On 4/13 I ordered 4 cloth face masks from Sock Fancy, they charged my credit card $48.00. I received tracking information but when I attempted to track my order UPS stated they never received any shipment from Sock Fancy. I contacted Sock Fancy via email on 5/7 regarding my order, Sock Fancy informed me that I can not be refunded and that there was an issue with their label machine and assured me that my order was on the way, Sock Fancy provided me with the same tracking info. I again contacted Sock Fancy on 5/11 because there had been no movement with the tracking information, Sock Fancy then stated that UPS has returned order due to the label issue and again my order was on the way. I contacted Sock Fancy for the third time on 5/19 because I still have not received my order. Sock Fancy told me to check with my Post Office. Sock Fancy shipped my order without a name or address on the shipment. I was dealing with "Mark" from Sock Fancy. I have every email I sent and recived. I want a refund!

On 4/26 we ordered & paid for face masks from the subject company. To date no response from company on status of order. Sock Fancy accepted an Online order for two face masks at a cost of $36. We received an acknowledgment (order # XXXXXX) and a promised ship date of 7/14 days with a comment that demand was high due to Covid-19. After 14 days we sent an email requesting a status update with no response. We called their number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and voice mail is full. We subsequently sent email requests for update with no reply. This past weekend I sent my last email note requesting a status or a full refund with not reply.

On May 2nd, they sent an email stating that orders are delayed and listed order dates and when you should get your masks. It is over a month and there is not even a shipping date yet. I have emailed them 5 times and they send the same response to everyone at first. When I pushed the issue, they respond with "you'll get them by the end of next week", except it's been 3 weeks. They don't let you post a negative review on their website and if you try to give one star, it changes to 5 stars. I found a 3rd party website last night and all complaints are the same. Information received at the time of placing the order indicated 7-10 business days for shipping and notification received when order is shipped. I followed up on May 11 and received an automated message that I would hear back in 1-2 days. Sadly, no response was received as articulated. On May 18 I sent another message based on the contact information on their website. On May 19 I received a response from "Adam." He stated "your entire order will be shipped by mid-next week, if not sooner." He also stated in writing I will receive shipment notification. Last week has passed, and "mid next week" has passed. No product. I contacted the company again May 27 and have heard no response.

Ordered a cloth mask, and LET ME TELL YOU! This is the comfiest mask I've ever put my face into. I mean I thought I loved rubbing my face in their butter-silky smooth socks, but like these masks are from Zeus himself.
Ordered some desperately needed face masks almost a month ago. Order classed as 'fulfilled' shipment never sent. Sock Fancy has stolen my money. No response from Customer Service. Many people on Facebook reporting the same experience.
Sock Fancy practices the American approach to business...take the money and deliver products whenever you feel. My order was placed April 17 and I was given a shipping/tracking number April 29. Reaching out to Sock Fancy I was told there was a label printing error but it would not affect the shipping time. It is now May 12 and Sock Fancy has not granted a refund or delivered my items.
These items were paid for on April 17 when the order was placed. It appears Sock Fancy violated banking practices by not simply holding an authorization for payment but executed said payment without shipping an actual product (i.e. fraud). Itonly takes a quick search on social media to find unsatisfied customers.
However, this is not a witch hunt, rather a demonstration how not to conduct business. If "tens of thousands" of masks were delivered; why are there only a handful of people posting pictures given a social media driven society?
I don't even want to give on star. Ordered masks on 4/16 and have not received them although my card was immediately charged. I've emailed them multiple times and there is no response ever. No phone number is listed on the website. Total scam..taking advantage of people's need for masks and then not delivering them. They should be ashamed.
