On Feb 10, I messaged the company asking for tracking information. They replied with an automated email full of confusing words, saying it would now take 2-4 weeks to process orders and ship. I've been waiting patiently, but I haven't heard anything or received my package. I just want my money back. When I asked for a refund, I still haven't gotten any response, even after being told I need to wait 3-5 business days just for an email reply!

But a couple months went by and still no sign of my order. I emailed their customer service email on the website and got an automated response sayin' it would take 3-5 days to get a response. Ain't heard nothin'. I tried this a few more times over the next couple months, still nothin'. Then I reached out on Instagram and they gave me a bunch of different excuses. First, they blamed it on a supply issue (just tell me that instead of ignorin' me), then they blamed it on Covid, and then they told me on three separate occasions that it would be shipped out on a specific date. Well, all of those dates done passed, obviously. I tried direct messagin' 'em again, and of course, I'm ignored. I got all the emails, all the messages. My order number is ***.

They DM'ed me on Instagram saying "stay tuned." They haven't replied to my emails. I want my order cancelled and my money refunded right away.

I bought somethin' from Hundred Acre Hood Co LLC on 11/26/22. The shippin' statement said it would take a few days, but maybe up to two weeks. They said to contact 'em if it took longer. I reached out on 12/16/22 askin' 'bout when it would ship, but they didn't get back to me. I emailed 'em again on 12/23/22 and messaged 'em on *** on 12/29/22 'cause I still hadn't heard anythin'. They finally DM'd me on 1/4/23, so I emailed 'em again. But I didn't hear back 'til 1/9/23, when they said my order would ship in the next 10 business days. I asked for rush shippin' 'cause I ordered 'em for a Christmas gift for an upcoming trip, but the trip was the next week. They didn't respond, and I got a shipment email on 1/17/23. But on 1/29/23, my order still hadn't been processed or shipped. I asked for a refund that day, but they didn't get back to me. On 2/3/23, I emailed 'em again 'cause I got an email sayin' my order had been delivered (but it hadn't), and on 2/13/23, I asked for an update on my refund. I've been sendin' emails for months, but they haven't answered. It's so frustratin' how they don't communicate and don't care 'bout their shippin' time.

I reached out to this company and the owner, Chad ***, through email and social media messages, but I haven't heard back about my stuff. It's crazy how this so-called business is run when customers like me just want an update or something. On 2/14, I even ordered 2 more shirts with a different order # *** and guess what? They actually came in! But man, they smelled like they were soaked in vinegar or something nasty. I'm still waiting for my order from 1/22 to arrive. If you read the other complaints, I bet there are gonna be more issues like this. People gotta know that if you run a business, big or small, you gotta take care of your customers 'cause they keep you alive. No matter how much I spent, this guy has no respect and he's a scammer. I received numerous vague replies like, "Sorry for the delay, we had a print issue with that design, but we're working on it. If you're willing to wait a little longer, we can send it out to you with some extra love!" (July 23), "We're still waiting for a new batch to arrive. Hopefully, it won't be much longer! Thanks for checking in" (September 8), and "We're really sorry for making you wait this long. But good news, we finally got the Kids See Grim sweatshirts and you should have a tracking number in a week! Sorry again for the delay!" (November 5). I've sent them more emails after the last promise to ship my item and I also contacted them on Instagram (where the user seems active), but I haven't heard back from them.

She told me they don't do refunds but offered me store credit for the missing items. On January 13th, Rebekah M. said she would send an invoice to their warehouse to get the shirts shipped to me. It's now May 28th, and it has been four months since I placed the second order. I haven't received any updates on shipping, despite sending follow-up emails on March 18th, April 19th, and May 21st. But I never heard from them again. On 3/25, I reached out to the Instagram account where I bought the items through a link. I asked for help and gave them my order numbers. They said they would check into it the next day, but they never got back to me. I tried contacting them again on 4/1, but no response. I tried once more on 4/6, and they told me they would ship two of the three shirts from the first order. They said the other order was stuck in a third-party warehouse, and they didn't know when it would be available. I asked if I would receive an email with shipping information, and they said yes. They promised to personally ship one of the shirts that day, and the other would come from a different warehouse. However, I never got the email, and they never shipped anything. I sent him $210 for the shirt and the records. He sent me the records, but not the shirt. I sent him my shirt before I got his, and he sold my shirt for $70. I still haven't gotten my shirt from him. (should've been early Dec 2022) 12/04/2022 - messaged on Instagram 12/10/2022 - messaged on Instagram 12/10/2022 - emailed 12/14/2022 - emailed 12/14/2022 - messaged on Instagram 12/14/2022 - got a response "These are in production as we speak and we aim to have them shipped by the end of next week" (should've been 12/23/22) 12/19/2022 - messaged on Instagram 12/25/2022 - messaged on Instagram 1/4/2023 - messaged on Instagram 1/4/2023 - Got a response saying they'll look into it more for me. 1/9/2023 - messaged on Instagram 1/11/2023 - messaged on Instagram 1/11/2023 - got a response saying "sometimes those can take a bit longer than expected...we're in the production process on those now and anticipate them shipping out within the next 10 business days" 1/23/2023 - got an email saying my order was on the way 1/24/202 - USPS reported I have an item in "pre shipment" and waiting for it to be received 1/31/2023 - messaged on Instagram 2/2/2023 - messaged on Instagram 2/6/2023 - messaged on Instagram

They also gave me tracking info for the second item. But it never got updated after the label was made. I tried contacting the company many times through email, their website, and social media. They only responded once personally and once generically about the pre-order item. They said there were printing issues and gave me a discount code. They also said they would look into the shirt that never got past the label stage, but they never followed up. I've sent seven emails, filled out the contact form twice, sent nine direct messages, and left about five comments about this problem. Long story short, I still don't have two of the items I ordered. They haven't given me satisfactory answers about my concerns. They gave me two discount codes, but I won't use them because I haven't gotten the original items. Everything is stuck, and I'm out $57.60.

The one item I ordered arrived within a week which was a record. I checked the website and saw that the shirt I ordered was "still processing." out after a month via*** because the site inquiry was not in contact with me. Who ever runs the*** assured me that the test would not be "too far behind". It has now been 3 full months and every time I reach out either via website or *** my inquiries are ignored.
