SOL Networks Charges solved

I recently had a experience with the billing department of solenetworksinc, and it was quite chaotic at first. When I received my bill, there were several charges that I didn’t recognize. I tried to contact customer service, but it was hard to get through due to long wait times.

However, once I finally spoke to a representative, things changed quickly. They were very helpful and listened to my concerns. They managed to resolve the issue within minutes, which was impressive. The representative explained everything clearly, and I felt relieved after the confusion was cleared up.

Overall, while the initial billing experience was frustrating, the quick resolution made a big difference. I appreciate the fast response and support I received in the end. I would recommend solenetworks, but I hope they can improve their billing process to avoid such chaos in the future!

SOL Networks 15.99 Auto charges

3 weeks ago I saw some charges in my bs and it shows sol networks and I am not familiar with it that's why I reviewed all my prev transactions and found out that one dating site i've been subscribed to actually appears sol networks on all transactions, I though it should show the name,okay so what happened, I was confused where the charges are coming fromso I sent them email rightaway to find out, i got a bit upset about it, I read a comment here today that somehow has the same situation. So the response from support says I might have accidental pre authorized the charges in the purchase I made before, and they gave me instruction how to disable it and not do it next time, I did not get the refund because I already used the credits u=but atleast next tine i know that to do. Just want to share this experience. But what I notice, the tickbox and statement about auto charges are very small, can you make it larger so oldy like me can read it better net time? Anyway, I love this dating site and I think I already found my person, so I will remain here being cautious next time. Thank you

SOL Networks Transparent

Just recently made a refill with sol networks as the merchant name because I enjoy using the dating site they have. I think 3 months is enough for me to say that I am having a great experience so far because for me it's features are so easy to use plus alot of members all over the world not discriminating by age or race. I just like it really... even though sometimes the site crashes I just refresh the page and all goes well again. That's it so far! Hopefully be back here for finally with a serious match!

SOL Networks I would say 4 star for now

I've been using some websites under this network for a while now and I have to say I'm really impressed with how simple their billing system is. Yes, I had difficulty paying sometimes but their customer service make sure they always explain it to me plus I know there are some other parts that play the role. Every time I had a billing question or needed help with my account, their support team responded quickly and was very helpful, also because they have 24/7 lines, which is good. They always solve any problem immediately and do it with a smile, making sure everything runs smoothly.

It's just really very easy to manage my account and more specially my subscriptions because they set up all the subscription plans and shows transparently if billing is subjected for auto renewal clearly in advance. That way, there will be no surprises.

Recommendation: Transaction varies from time to time so issues are typical but their support is always there to help

SOL Networks Interesting holiday apps

The developer has some great apps to make your free time more enjoyable. Personally, I have been lucky enough to find several partners for romantic holidays. I would also like to point out that the apps work better on iOS than on Android.

I also have a question for the developer: it is not always convenient to pay by card, is there a way to pay for subscriptions and tokens with cryptocurrencies? Due to the nature of the work, it is sometimes easier to pay with cryptocurrency. And if there is, can you tell me where to find it?

Recommendation: Don't poke your fingers mindlessly at the app, or you risk spending all your money quickly))

SOL Networks List of applications by country

I came across this developer quite by accident, downloading a dating app (I won't write the name - it's not an advertisement). Then I moved to the other side of the world, and the geolocation app itself prompted me to install another service of this developer, and I was able to communicate with locals. However, when I traveled to Brazil, the app did not allow me to select that region, nor did it prompt me that there was another service for dating in Brazil.

Can you please tell me where I can find a complete list of apps by region so I can download them in advance?

Are there apps for Brazil and Korea?

Recommendation: Search for the app by the country you are traveling to.

On 7/16 there was a transaction on my bank statement of $19.99 from sol/dating.com. Sliema that I never made. I tried looking it up on line but couldn't find a phone number for that business and came to find out that it was a scam. SOL Networks This is a scam. Members are fake hired by the company

You guys set up a profile and have someone initiate contact and pull the innocent user in then you get passed on. There was a complete breakdown of English from the scammer who first communicated with me to the one that made me finally realize this sire is a scam. You get pushed to sends hearts and stupid emojis' in order to make the company more money. The letters also drains your credit. You guys don't value people hard work and you take advantage of their vulnerability to deplete them of their money. I was suspicious after a few communications but the profile set up as Julio, 55 years old living in Berlin sealed the deal. What a shame. You guys need to be shut down or make sure your business is legitimate.

Greetings from Dr. Edgar Sánchez, Criminal Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ecuador, I request in the most respectful manner that you allow access with my debit card from Banco Del Austro de Ecuador, whose last 4 digits are 9127, in the company EuroDate.com transaction that if you do it normally on Monday, March 6 of the current year. Today I was at the bank that issued the debit card, they checked and told me "Doctor, there is no problem on our part, you can carry out the transactions you want", I have already tried for 5 hours to buy those blessed credits, and it always comes out that I use another payment method or put me in contact with the bank that issued the card, I repeat, we already checked with the bank. I ask you to please give an immediate solution to this situation, because all it is doing is leaving you in a bad predicament, due to the terrible service. SOL Networks Dating.com - SOL Limited Network

Fraud - charges an arm and leg for no service. Start up fee $19.99, 2 days later $49.99 and then 3 days later charged my account 3x $96.00 which lasted about 10 minutes of chat time. Only found one real person; all others are just trying to talk with you to take your money and time so that you put more $ on your account. Fake profiles! One guy even told me that we couldn't exchange phone numbers to chat. What does that tell you..

Hello the best thing to do if you can is to stop your debit or credit card thus no more payment can be taken on your debit or credit card. We as users have to remember that all authorized payement or recurrent payments to them are made vie our credit or debit card numbers. Thus closing our bank account or stopping the card for frodulent payment will defeat them.

One more thing you can use their live chat to resolve any issue it might work you can find the link on your profile page under term and conditions. Their email is Support@datemyage.com in the case of datemyage website.

Hi Dear,

Thank you for extending your pieces of advice. Your efforts and insights are greatly appreciated. However, the easiest way without hassling much is to go straight to your Settings >>> Scroll down till the bottom section and Click on "Payment Settings" and Untick the check box where it says: "Update my account to the same credit package when my credits end (this recurring payment will renew and your card will be charged each time your credits end, until you cancel)." Doing such will absolutely cancel the Credit refill automatic renewal. You may also contact us directly at support@datemyage.com or support@eurodate.com.

Alternatively, the next time you're making a purchase of a credit package, please make sure this feature is not enabled so that the credit package doesn't renew automatically.

I hope this clarifies this concern.

SOL Networks Eurodating

I was looking for dating websites and found this one. The minute you get on your get bombarded by weird cheesy messages, well I ignored most of it but was chatting with someone who at some point I realised was an operative who was being paid to talk to me and not a person looking for a date. I paid a joining fee but had another 40 euros taken from my account without my permission. This is a fake site where you join and then get bombarded with fake accounts, while there are some real people there I guess, you immediateily get hit on by all these fake accounts of people who get commision to pretend to be a date and the company makes a lot of money out of it. It is a kind of emotional abuse and it is quite disgusting.

I clicked do not automatically refill and they enabled it. They then took money out of my bank account and did not credit it to the account twice. When I tried to delete the account they give a message that they will review my request to fill it. They are also raising the cost by women inserting emails in the text. When this is done instead of it costing 1 credit per minute for the chat you get charged 10 credits for the response. User name Whatsnext

SOL Networks Payment to Anastasia dating service.

On 12th November I paid SOL NETWORKS by debit card £71.57 for credits on Anastasia dating site. No credits were added. On 14th November 2021 still, no credits have been added. I have tried to contact them by phone to cancel but have been unable to do this. The reference numbers I have on my bank statement are as follows: P14751271651993514 and F2996240-984F-40.
It was Faster Payments Outgoing.
As I have had no success I would like this payment cancelled and a full refund.

SOL Networks Request for membership cancellation and subscription of Datemyage and refund: subscription account ID [protected]

On 10 October 2021 i did send an e-mail to the company (datemyage) to cancel my membership with immediate effect. I thought the subscription fee was 19usd per month, but was unfortunately 49 usd per month for which I could not and still cannot afford.

I can confirm that i did pay R300.19 with my cheque card on 12 October 2021 and soon realised that i will not afford the subscription going forward, hence the cancellation.
I'm a single mother of three aged 10, 12 and 14 and I cannot afford the subscription fee.

I therefore request, again, that your company and datemyage:-

1. Cancel my membership and subscription with immediate effect; and

2. Your company has debited R755.71 and that has resulted in overdraft interest charged on my bank account. I therefore, humbly request that i be refunded the R755.71 please

On the 8th September I signed up to Date my age.

I made a payment of £19.99 to the daying agency.

When I checked my bank account Sol Networks has come up on my statment.

I have contacted date my age and they informed me that they have nor received any payment.

SOL Networks Random unauthorized charges and more.

Random charges I notice. Using pictures of woman they pretend to be but on each of their sites same woman with different names. The pictures on many occasions are stolen from a young models Instagram and or other similar sites. When brought to the attention of the woman I answer the person on the other end admits in few words and the next day she is back with a different name. These people lie and then randomly charge

Desired outcome: I want a partial refund on the money I spent here. I joined and authorized some but not nearly all and they are continuing to charge me unauthorized.

I registered on dating. com in October, and automatically I was put on other sites run by this company. A lot of money has been withdraw from my card without my consent. In addition áll the free members proved to be fake just making me chat and spend money. They came up with stupid stories, and what is more, one profile was handle by several operators, because sometimes one guy did not remember what the other one had told me before. Fraudsters!

SOL Networks Unauthorized credit card charges

Since at least this past August 2020, SOL Networks has charged me in the neighborhood of $3, 000 to my credit card. They charge me through PayPal in amounts ranging from $49.99 to $299.99. While I may have authorized some of these charges, I would have approved them one at a time and not preauthorized payments. Also, they went through my PayPal account, so I would not see them. Also, I am not which sites SOL Networks bills for and they give no phone number to call on either my PayPal statements or on my credit card billing, so I could not contact them directly to address this issue.

This has happened to me as well! Apparently according to Paypal this is an authorised billing payment, but I haven't authorised such an amount. I have no way of contacting SOL Networks and I don't know which dating sight it is? £49.99 keeps coming out of my account each month. Paypal have cancelled the payment after a phone call but advises to get in contact with SOL Networks which all I have to do so is info@solnetworksipd.com or general@dating.com which I received from Paypal.

Contact your bank and tell them to charge back all charges that you have not approved. You can also consider closing g the account but until charges have. been reversed

Hi Dear,

Thank you for extending your pieces of advice. Your efforts and insights are greatly appreciated. However, the easiest way without hassling much is to go straight to your Settings: For membership Go to Manage account and for Credit Auto refills >>> Scroll down till the bottom section and Click on "Payment Settings" and Untick the check box where it says: "Update my account to the same credit package when my credits end (this recurring payment will renew and your card will be charged each time your credits end, until you cancel)." Doing such will absolutely cancel the Credit refill automatic renewal. You may also contact us as soon as you can directly at support@(websitename).com

Alternatively, the next time you're making a purchase of a credit package, please make sure this feature is not enabled so that the credit package doesn't renew automatically.

I hope this clarifies this concern.

SOL Networks your operation in malta and all employees

I am a member of Asia dating and something goes wrong with your employees almost everyday.
Yesterday April 11, 2020 my account was discontinued saying I had to resubmit as a member. This happens every month when they want paid $9.99 USD. I paid to resubmit but they deducted $11.98 from my credit card ending in 7250. They still wasn't happy and wanted more money. My account is still shut down for unknown reasons because the payment they asked for was paid April 11, 2020. Please inform me why they want more money?

SOL Networks Crimes SOL employees are committing at Malta

Computer employees send fake emails to members to gain more money. Countless felonies that's crimes in every country in the world. Employees edit the profiles of non members that is only written by SOL employees. Reports have been made to U.S. Attorney, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security., Malta Police, Chinese Embassy, Federal Trade Commissioners and countless U.S. law enforcement and Interpol. SOL charges for credits to do nothing. International indictment will be attempted in April 2020 for fraud and many many crimes. This company needs to be shut down and owners and employees tried and convicted and sent to prison.

I agree. My new friends have also had the same experiences on the site. Why hasn't it been shut down yet. We are reporting it in as many places as possible too. I have seen so many complaints like this and they have been scamming thousands of people for yrs, all their 9 or more fake dating sites operate the same way and are all linked. They all are filled with free fake profiles scamming paying customers. All over the world. The scope of their crimes are huge. Over 1, 700 employees in a few countries, Malta, Hong Kong, and in the UK I think too.

SOL Networks fake profile

Through the website amolatina I started talking to a person who had the profile on behalf of mariana carina abreu, after three months of exchanges of messages and emails and many dollars spent I checked, through a video posted on the profile showing the passport, of which I send attached copy, which was false since it is called jamillete carina abreu. The person who responded to the messages was always insisting that I speak, as I was spending a lot of money, I asked her if she had no profile on another social network. He told me not because the venezuelan government would not allow it. I found the answer a little doubtful and as on the site of amolatina can not do search by name I went to facebook and found a profile name of jamillete carina open with the same data and photos that appeared on amolatina. I tried to contact her and after contacting her friends I got her to respond to my friend request. From then on we started exchanging messages and came to the conclusion that I was talking to a person who now I don't know if it was male or female. One of the answers she gave says the following:

"good morning, mr. Bernardino, in advance, a thousand apologies for so much confusion about the latin master. I do not write this page. This page was created for food services, but not to make you fall in love and, in fact, when my friend told me to make the video to get on that latin master page, he just told me it was to make money x my chef profession I didn't know it was to use it on something else like the one that made you fall in love using mine profile, i'm oblivious to that and i'm very sorry, actually I was scared x so much harassment of you x your caller x tlf i'm not mariana, i'm jamillete abreu, i'm chef, but I didn't get any money from anyone, not even lying not with the body, but I apologize. What he did to write and find out about me that way means that I don't understand and he is capable of killing me by the condition. I am a very straight woman, humble worker and sorry for having si used to confuse your feelings."
 
As you can see it is jamillete herself saying that her name is not mariana and that the profile was being used by someone else. I sent an email to solnetworks, ltd. Saying that the profile was fake that I wanted to return the money I spent on credits.

What this e-mail says does not correspond to the truth solnetworks does not know that the latinos write the first name and then the last name. I confronted the person with the name on the passport, but as I couldn't access the profile through the name because aolatina doesn't allow me to continue talking until I found out what was going on. I have no doubt that the profile was fake jamillete herself confirms it. I don't know why solnetworks removed the entire archive of the messages I exchanged with mariana, they were afraid they couldn't confirm what they say.
I would like to receive a favorable reply and the return of my money.

Através do site amolatina, comecei a conversar com uma pessoa que tinha o perfil em nome de mariana carina abreu, após três meses de trocas de mensagens e e-mails e muitos dólares gastos, verifiquei, através de um vídeo postado no perfil mostrando o passaporte, do qual Envio uma cópia em anexo, que era falsa, pois se chama jamillete carina abreu. A pessoa que respondia às mensagens sempre insistia em que eu falasse, e como estava gastando muito dinheiro, perguntei se ela não tinha perfil em outra rede social. Ele me disse que não porque o governo venezuelano não permitiria. Achei a resposta um pouco duvidosa e como no site da amolatina não consigo pesquisar por nome fui ao facebook e encontrei um nome de perfil de jamillete carina aberto com os mesmos dados e fotos que apareciam na amolatina. Tentei entrar em contato com ela e, depois de entrar em contato com as amigas, consegui que ela respondesse ao pedido de amizade. A partir daí começamos a trocar mensagens e chegamos à conclusão de que estava conversando com uma pessoa que agora não sei se era homem ou mulher. Uma das respostas que ela deu diz o seguinte:

Não entendo e ele é capaz de me matar pela condição. Sou uma mulher muito heterossexual, trabalhadora humilde e lamento por ter usado para confundir seus sentimentos. "

Como você pode ver, é ela mesma dizendo que seu nome não é mariana e que o perfil estava sendo usado por outra pessoa. Enviei um email para solnetworks, ltd. Dizendo que o perfil era falso, eu queria devolver o dinheiro gasto em créditos.

O que este email diz não corresponde à verdade que a solnetworks não sabe que os latinos escrevem o primeiro nome e depois o sobrenome. Eu confrontei a pessoa com o nome no passaporte, mas como não consegui acessar o perfil pelo nome, porque aolatina não me permite continuar falando até descobrir o que estava acontecendo. Não tenho dúvida de que o perfil era falso, o que a própria jamillete confirma. Não sei por que a solnetworks removeu todo o arquivo das mensagens que eu troquei com a mariana. Eles temiam não poder confirmar o que diziam.
Gostaria de receber uma resposta favorável e a devolução do meu dinheiro.

SOL Networks dating service

These people at SOL Network Limited are master criminals. My career is law enforcement and I've been monitoring this site. They are located in Malta, a very peaceful small country which the police only carry batons, not guns. However, Interpol should be contacted along with Federal Trade Commission and bypass the FBI and report your stolen money to U.S. Department of State. These thugs will drain your credit, debit card very fast. On one afternoon they charged my debit card over $500 usd. U.S. bank should have raised a red flag for several charges to one foreign company. However, after much talk to customer service they agreed to return part of my money. Although, after closing my debit card for a new one the sent another charge for $15.99 and getting access to my new card. I'll contact Malta and Interpol this coming Monday. Please don't let these thugs steal your money. Start with BBB, Federal Trade Commission along with Attorney Generals office and the Federal Reserve and your bank will listen when you tell them you contacted all these offices.. good luck..
