Highly Recommend Solid Roofing Company. Both Eric and John are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They offer very competitive pricing and they handled all of the Insurance work to make it an easier process for the homeowner. They worked us into their schedule quickly and showed up on time. The crew on site were very nice and respectful of our personal property. They took extra care to ensure our exterior Home decor/Outdoor furniture were not damaged. They did an amazing job on the installation of our new roof and gutters! We are in love with our new CertainTeed Charcoal Black Roof and Shiny White Gutters! Looks like a brand new home! The staff of Solid Roofing are highly professional, very responsive and very competent. They definitely know what they are doing. We had our entire roof replaced due to hail damage from a storm (and had the old roof completely removed). The roofing crew are literally the hardest working people we have ever met! They arrive before sunrise to set up and are on the roof working at sunrise and they remain until sunset to finish the job if necessary. They are very careful to protect your property and to do an excellent clean up after the work is done. Always friendly, helpful, attentive and very good at following up. Juan Peralta, their account manager, is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful in explaining the insurance claim process and patient with our questions- since our situation involved hail damage. He is available by text and cell and answers questions and/or needs promptly. We love these guys! We definitely recommend them! Hire them today!
