Can someone please explain why they discontinued the cake batter shakes I know it had to be a top seller an honestly what got my business... it should be a regular menu choice not a tempary thing cause my local Sonic was always running out... nor do you have the deep fried Oreos either anymore what the crap why u getting rid of all the good stuff that sells... please bring them back they my favorite lol!

After placing our order and arriving at the window, we determine our order was incomplete. This was corrected. The Medium Grape slush was left off when ordering.
We also order a Medium Cake Batter Shake. This shake was the worst shake we have ever had from Sonic. Very disappointing. The shake was gritty and extremely yellow, like it wasn't made correctly. This is the first time I have ever seen my daughter throw away an almost full milk shake.
We typically go at least weekly to a sonic, normally not this one. The other times we have ordered this shake it was great.
My desired resolution would be a refund or replacement coupon to be used at any Sonic. I was going to take it back tonight but my daughter already threw it away.
I hate seeing my daughter disappointed like this when she really enjoys this milkshake so much.

butterfinger blast
I ordered a large butterfinger blast. The only candy in it was what was on the very top. I order these all the time, so I know how the butterfinger is stirred into the entire blast. I told them about it on my next visit and was told I was wrong because they stir it into all the blasts. I think I should know what I received. Next time I will take a picture. If I didn't live 8 miles away I would have taken it back. I don't shop with people that don't do things correctly. I will give them another chance.

On July 13 we went to sonic in carthage tx and ordered two number 3s and a number 18, and a soft pretezel. We got our order in a timely manner, but when we we're handed our drinks and we handed her the money she ran back inside no straws then we opened the bag to realize there was no cheese for the soft pretzel and no cream for the number 18 when we paged them they brought out the straws and we asked for the cream and cheese and she asked do you want some like yes it was paid for with our order and she only brought the cream and was very very rude

ordered 2ss burgers 1 lge fry and 1 cheeseburger, 1 coke, 2 shakes 1Ban Med and 1 Straw Med. Waited a long time for food only to find order was short 1 cheeseburger, was informed that I never ordered it, this was not true, we waited for another missing cheeseburger. for poor customer service. I have witnessed some very inappropriate beahavor between a manager and a cook at the sonic in hooks, tx. I know that a cook and a manager can not have a sexual relationship because of professionalism and rank. It has gone so far that other employees have hurd a female manager, Erin, being entiment in the bathroom with a cook, storm. The male cook has quit sense then. Know the female manager has been unfairly mean to us. She also has started to smell like marijuana when she comes it to work. She even said to a car hop( on a night we were very busy with half price sakes) I wish you were never born. She is very unperfetional. incorrect order
Every time I visit this location at least one item in my order is wrong. This last visit I ordered a 5PC chicken tender dinner & a bacon chicken sandwich. I got a 3 piece. This is one of the smallest orders a have ever done as I have a family of four. My family rarely eats here anymore since we can never get the correct order. I am so tired of constantly being cheated out of money.

I would say 99% of restaurants today offer refills for your basic sodas. We dined in at the Sonic in Fargo ND, and I went and asked for a refill for my Coke. I was told they don't do refills. I was awe struck. I couldn't believe it. Even in most malls you can get a refill for 50 cents. So as a company you might want to rethink the refill policy for people dining in.
store always being out of something or closed during opening hours
Every time we go to this one specific sonic we get told their systems are down and not taking orders. This time we went they told us they only had soda and slushees to serve because they were going to be closing in 15 mins. I understand that they were about to close and all and we just went for the ice cream but we couldn't even order that and my children started crying. This store needs new staff or to be completely closed down! The neighborhood and staff from the near by base don't even like going there because of the service. It's ridiculous! Twice in the last few weeks. We have ordered cookie dough blast. The first time one had a bunch of cookie dough on just the top. The other had none. Yesterday. Two more cookie blast with no cookie dough in either one of them. When we pulled away from the window and headed home. We noticed they were melted also. I drank mine with a straw. I placed my order through the app. 7 shakes I'll be there at 9:35. Checked in at 9:36 at 9:44 the screen in the stall said being delivered. It finally gets delivered at 9:50. Out of the 7 shakes: 5 of them are runny as if they are just made of milk. As they are being ha ded to me through the window the cherries are already sunk down in. This includes the master shake that was ordered. The other two shakes tasted chalky and left a gritty feeling in the mouth afterwards.

m&m blast maybe had literally 6 m&m's and that was at the top! it had bits of peanut butter which i cannot have! very unsafe! added extra whip cream and it had the tiniest amount! i called to complain and to get it right but the manager was not helpful and said all he can do is send a gift card for the mini blast! seriously you could of cause a severe allergic reaction and didn't even make it right and you want to mail me a gift card only for that one item? like a couple of $$$? this is the worst customer service ever! we go to sonic so much as a family and this is very disappointing! it is the 4th time they did not add the candy into our blast and i kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is it!

They completely got my whole order wrong also gave me a burnt rotten hot dog I wet cheeseburger and the service seemed as though he was on drugs he we could not understand or comprehend anything that he said and they didn't give us a receipt so that we could return and get a refund this was the worst experience I've had my only at a Sonic with any fast food restaurant and I'm pregnant and allergic to chocolate and they put Oreos in my cheesecake shake
