the size of the sundae cups now.
I went to sonic to purchase a hot fudge sundae and a strawberry sundae. They were 1.79 each totaling 3.91 with tax. The cargo can out with these little cup maybe a 4oz cup. I would like to know when did you all start serving this small cup for the full price. You have lost a customer that visits daily at the one at summer and poplar in Memphis where I buy 25 slushies 4 days a week during happy hour for my daughter's class. I very upset about this.

Manager Juan Esparza at the Sonic Drive-In, 9080 FM78, Converse, TX 78109, was supposed to give me an interview Wednesday. But do to his unprofessional ways left an hour early knowing he had an interview with me and the other manager there did not help me at all. I was left in the heat with no response for an hour. This might be due to the fact that that manager partied till morning the night before. I'd appreciate it if he was fired and I get another chance at an interview because I was deeply sad and disappointed I wasn't even seen to. I was so happy to go to sonic because I was so determined that I would've gotten hired! Thank you so much and I hope the rest of the day goes well!

Hello I have been a frequent visitor of sonic when I lived in Oklahoma and I was so excited to see they were in the northern states when I moved to ohio. That being said, I have experienced some of the rude staff at the locations here. every time I have ordered a blast, either here in ohio or when I am in Michigan as I travel there daily for work, none of these locations put whipped cream on them...ever, even if it is requested! Not sure if this is just something that is 'the normal' up here or not, but me personally, that is my favorite part. Like I said earlier I loved sonic in Oklahoma and even texas cause I lived so close to the border for the last 12 years, but up here...not a fan.
the footlong philly cheese steak,
I went and ordered 1 classic and 1 spicy.Now Im trying to figure out how you can call them foot longs when theres not any meat on the ends.You get more onions than you you meat.So you you should have just put it on a regular hot dog bun.I feel robbed and i want my money back.I got 2 route 44 cherry limeades and they taste like carbonated water...no cherry?I want a refund!

The cheeseburgers were so salty that we couldn't even eat them, I had to keep eating other foods such as the fries to help with th massive salt intake we had my husband added he felt like he wanted to have a heartache after trying to eat the burger and as for the ice tea it had so much sugar I felt like I was sucking through a straw with straight sugar had to stop at a near by store for bottle water I eat at sonic every other day and this was one of the worst experiences that we ever had there, we had other issues in the

Our Cheese burgers were burnt and dry with little to no mayo and ketchup. I was so upset. The day we went was a half price burger day, however; not at the time we went. It appeared to me that the meat was cooked ahead of time and cold, dry, dark, little bit of lettuce, one thin tomato, no onions, few drops of mayo and ketchup. This was the worse burger that I have ever, ever had in my life. I really do not know if I will ever return to Sonic again...

Employee taking order rude and drinks rate funny. Very disappointed in the service I received today. The name on the receipt is Emily with number 90 before it. Worst service ever received from sonic. I stop at sonic every day I work to pick up drinks for me and my co workers never have had any experience near as bad as this one. Training may be needed for some employees
philly cheesesteak
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries from the Hewitt, TX location. The food took more than 10 minutes to come out, and when it did, it was not the cheesy, jalapeno delight that I expected to see. Instead, there was no cheese and no jalapeno, and not much meat. I asked the carhop if she wouldn't mind taking it back and adding the missing ingredients, which she agreed to with a smile. She returned with my food once more. No jalapenos had been added, and a sparse, strange, firm yellow substance had been squirted where I expected to see cheese. It was weird and made me strangely sad since my boss yelled at me this morning and I was seeking comfort in cheesy goodness. The fries were tasty though. I usually don't complain but like I said, my boss yelled at me so I was already grouchy, and grouchy people are just more likely to leave bad reviews. Sad but true. I don't really expect anything. I just wanted it to be good when I needed it to be. In the universal scheme of things, it can't even count as a karmatic event, it's so small and insignificant. Anyhow, happy Monday! :)

Went to Sonic around 6:30. I was told by a white male that they could not take anymore orders because the kitchen was backed up with orders. I drove over 10 miles to visit this restaurant and to be greeted in such a unprofessional way is so heart breaking. If this is how this business operates then I will not visit again. What was so surprising is that I pushed the button and asked if they were closed. If you are not closed then why refuse to take my order. This company is supposed to be in a business of making money and providing a service
wrong order 3 times then refuses to give free refill
I went there and ordered 2 cheeseburgers. They were both wrong. Then chili cheese fries with jalapeños, that was wrong as well. Then I ask for refill, and they said they do not give free refills. I've worked at Sonic for 6 years in Spring Hill, TN and if we refused refills we would get in trouble! They claim it's a health code violation, but if you take off the lid and straw there is no violation! What in the world!

I went to a sonic drive thru (217 s. Air depot Mwc, ok 73110) twice today and both times horrible service! First time I was there waiting on my order for over 10 minutes and they weren't too busy! This afternoon when I went, I was telling my order and they just said my total while I was still ordering! I pushed the button and told them I wasn't done and they seemed annoyed! Had to tell my order 4 different times and was yelling the order! They never confirmed my order and when I got it, it was wrong! Not happy and will not being going to that location for awhile!

I often come to sonic in lake city Arkansas. And it's the same thing every time. Cold food and a long wait plus poor service. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos a 2 drinks and I've been waiting for 16 mins. The carhop was very rude and unprofessional. It saddens me be cause I worked at this sonic about 10 years ago. Orders use to have a time limit and I dobt guess that matters anymore. Everyone that cone here talk about the cold food and slow service often.

The service at my local Sonic is the worst service I have ever had anywhere. There have been at the least 4 bays out of order for over two months, it takes a very long time to get order and about half the time the order is wrong. I drove up to drive thru today and waited five minutes and no one ever said I will be with you in a minute or anything, I then pulled into a stall and ordered just a drink and it took 23 minutes to get it, it was not in peak business time and there were only 6 other stalls occupied, I counted. If this were just once it would let it go but it happens on a regular basis.

I never have a problem when coming to Sonic but it seems like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The heavy set manager was rude when I said my burrito was burnt. He had onion breath when he was speaking to me. Also, I don't even understand how they passed health inspection. I love Sonic and have been coming here for years. This place is falling apart and all the employees lost their passion.

So I spoke up and leaned closer and she cut me off AGAIN!
So I spoke up and finally she heard me. After my order was sent in around 3:36pm I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 4pm they came out with my order and wouldn't give me a receipt. So I finally drove off and just decided to let it go but when I took a sip of my soda it was completely watered down and the ice was completely melted. And my Hawaiian chicken sandwich was completely smushed and soggy all over the place. It's times like this that make me remember why I hate eating out.

First, let me preface this with that about 95% of the time I'm satisfied with my service and purchases at Sonic and unfortunately those go untold until now. So there's that. Today was a let down. First time purchase of a foot long cheesesteak. Looked nothing like the pics. Girl at the window was great except she failed to do final quality control prior to going to the customer. Of course I'm assuming this is not what this product should look like. Excuse the fact that I took a bite off of it prior to the picture. I would have addressed it there but I went through the drive-by and didn't look at it until I got back to work. To be honest this seems to speak of false advertising really if this is actually what this is supposed to look like.

The female manager who was working tonight At 11250 Westheimer was extremely rude she pressed the button to click me off the speaker after I waited for 45 minutes for my food ! She never apologized and she had a very terrible attitude. I'm a frequent sonic customer but I will make sure to avoid this sonic. I had to pay three separate times because of their lack of communication and she was just going to let me sit outside like I wasn't there.
lazy and unhelpful employees
On October 2, 2018 I ordered a meal and 5 beverages in the drive through. When the employee began handing me the order she gave me a procession of individual cups. When I asked for a drink carrier she told me the box beside her was empty and she could not go get me one, although only one person was behind me in line. Because she expected me to travel with 5 cups and only 4 cup-holders in the car my slushy spilled all over my car and dress. Please send me a refund for the item I could not consume or a voucher for another. Thank you.
