I was not informed that I would be responsible for 2 months of my current lease. The sales rep was too eager to make the sale and failed to inform me, costing me an additional unanticipated expense. I had called numerous times to speak with my sales associate and then the General Manager and never got a call back.Then I had a service problem with my car, which is a 2021 Rogue, and had to spend 3 hours at the service dept. to fix the problem the day after I bought the car. I have been a Nissan customer for over 20 years but this is the first time I would never recommend or use this dealership.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP***, I had a similar but worst experience than you. Jay H, lied to us and stole $10,000 from us. With the same lies he used with you. Its been a year, I have tried several times to contact Denis and make an appointment with him but he never called me back. I called headquarters and they also tried reaching out to Denis but they too didn't get a response. Dealers are individually owned so headquarters could not help. I currently have filed a lawsuit with the Suffolk Attorney Generals office and also have paperwork ready to go to the small claims court. The process is delayed because of the pandemic but hopefully they will reopen soon and I will end with this headache. Hopefully someone will contact me, lease is under *** was there 3/29.

Auto Fraud...Nissan advertised a 2020 jaguar for $41000.00 through the American express auto program. I went there by myself to purchase the vehicle because it was a great price. Once I got there, the price was raised to $49000.00, then I was told they would take off 1000 if I refinanced plus add some "amenities" I thought ok, taxes had to be added so I agreed. I put down $10000.00 so the finance amount would be $38000.00 right? wrong! They financed the entire amt. of $48000.00 plus tax, which I thought was already included when they raised the 41000 to 49,000.00. So the total was $55,000! I asked for reimbursement of the $10,000.00 because the finance was for the total amount. I was given false scenarios of why I couldn't get my money back.. So now A Car that was advertised for $41000.00 cost me 65,000.00 If this review helps at least one person I'm glad.

Went into South Shore Nissan LLC to trade in my Hyundai 2018 Tuscan - trusted them - just as I did with all my experiences when purchasing a vehicle - The finance manager never sat with me until the signing of papers. When reviewing my paperwork the finance manager stated that when I pay off the balance I will receive the rest of my papers. He never did, when asking he handed me a bunch of nothing. no break down of amount of loan, trade in, deposit, monthly payment was completely wrong, When I finally was able to find out who I took the loan out from - that's when I found out the monthly payments were completely wrong. This company doesn't keep their word, they do not help their costumers. They do not contact the customer's back, they hung up on me and they track with caller ID so they don't pick up. Especially with a complaint such as this. Tried numerous times to contact, left messages, was told not in, when I finally got in contact with finance manager he stated he will get back to me - its been three business days and still nothing. my old vehicle that I traded in still hasn't been paid off its been three weeks - promise to pay never happened. My credit report had immensely decreased because of this company of all the hard hits. (9 hard hits) Which I did state the day of the trade in - and i was ignored by the sales person.

I gave South Shore Nissan a $500 deposit for a car. We couldn't make a deal. I moved to New Jersey and decided to buy a Nissan from a dealer in Jersey City. I've asked politely for 2 weeks to refund my deposit. They claim they can't do the refund because of Covid 19 and their minimal staff. I gave them the deposit my debit card on March ,. Today is April *,. It doesn't take weeks for them to return the $500.
