Misleading and dishonest service department
My daughter went to service department two days in a row 8/7/2023 & 8//8 /23 on 8/7/ they set an appointment for her to come back on 8//8 23 . My daughter went down in 8/8 sat for 4 hours pregnant to get an oil change they told her nothing when she left or in the notes of the recommended items to get fix . That the slash shield was loose my daughter drove 30 min home walked around her car and seen that the slash shield was hanging. I then called Ford country asked to speak with a manager. I was out on hold and was told to leave a message for Victor service manager. I called JJ back explained that I only wanted them to do the right thing and fix it. He agreed he asked my pregnant daughter to drive all the way back down there . Only for Victor now to be found to tell us they were not covering anything cause they secured before she left . I advised him JJ already confessed and there is nothing in papers that show it was damaged. He said we gave her a tank of gas and that’s it . But they kept the part that she allegedly damaged . I then text Victor to keep part as evidence. As well
Recommendation: Take pictures of your car before you send to FORD COUNTRY
No honor
Took a week longer then promised and without a vehicle and refused to do anything to make it right

I had great service at Ford Country
I had great service at Ford Country. But I noticed many people didn't have great service and had lots of complaints.
Service department will give you a run for your money
Service department will give you a run for your money. I brought it in once and received it back with many new major problems $$$$$. Take your car else where to get fixed and avoid this place at all costs.
Review:
The service department at Ford Country will really make you spend a lot of money. I took my car there once and when I got it back, it had a bunch of new big problems that cost me a fortune. It's better to take your car somewhere else to get it fixed and stay away from this place no matter what.
When I took my car to Ford Country for service, I was really impressed with how my service representative treated me
When I took my car to Ford Country for service, I was really impressed with how my service representative treated me. The service didn't take too long, and Daniel kept me updated the whole time. Surprisingly, my car was ready sooner than I thought, and my service representative came to tell me I could pick it up and head home.
Ford Country has been my go-to car dealership for the last 16 years
Ford Country has been my go-to car dealership for the last 16 years. The service department is top-notch - they're honest, efficient, and always thorough whenever I bring my cars in. They're really good at customer service too, always friendly, know what they're talking about, and really care about their customers. The waiting area is great, or you can take advantage of their shuttle service. Ford Country has definitely stepped up their customer service game over the years, and I think it's the best.
Well, once again my 2018 Ford F350 is havin' electrical issues
Well, once again my 2018 Ford F350 is havin' electrical issues. Ford Country ain't respondin' to the problem. I wouldn't recommend doin' any business there. Their service department is the worst I've ever seen... total lack of respect for their customers. I've bought, as most of y'all know, at least 12 vehicles from 'em. They're good at sellin', but terrible at anythin' after the sale. Don't shop there.
I've been dealing with Juan for many years, but now he's away taking care of our country
I've been dealing with Juan for many years, but now he's away taking care of our country. (Thank you for your service!) Nick took over and did an amazing job. Thank you, Nick, for keeping me updated while fixing my son's car. Between Nick and Juan, it's a 5-star experience every day. Thank you again, and your service is what keeps me coming back. Lorilyn.
Scammers in the service department!
Scammers in the service department! Don't waste your time or money. This is how they treat people who buy $40k+ vehicles!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our 2019 F150 (that we bought new off the lot) had a brake issue one month after we had taken it in for servicing.
We had it towed to the Ford Country service department where they told us that it would be covered under warranty and we wouldn't have to pay anything.
Next day they tell us they need the part and I will still be covered. Today we get a call that it's not under warranty because we modified the vehicle in some way, so it would be $600 to replace a brake line. I informed them that I was not happy with the service that I was receiving and that I did not feel like they were doing something correctly. I would pay but I informed them that I would be making a complaint because of the service that I received today. After that they RETALIATED on us and would not work on our truck at all. THE SERVICE MANAGER MARIO ALSO INFORMED ME THAT VEHICLES DO NOT NEED TO BE SAFE WHEN LEAVING FORD SERVICE.
They are not doing something correctly and when you confront them, they will just cast you aside.. don't call them out on anything..
I also requested pictures of my vehicle and what they said was wrong and there are NO indicators in any photos that it is our truck.
I smell scammers.
I'm really frustrated!
I'm really frustrated! We got a letter from Ford Motor Company. It's called Customer Satisfaction Program 20B23. They say there's a problem with the clutch actuator motor and it might fail. This could cause issues like weird shifting, missed gears, vibrations, or the check engine light turning on. Ford and the dealer will replace the clutch actuator motors for free under this program until July 31, no matter the mileage. The repair takes less than half a day, but the dealer might need the car for longer due to scheduling.
Now here's where the problem starts. When I called to make an appointment, the first person asked for the recall number. I didn't have it, so I read her what the letter said. She seemed annoyed that I didn't know the number, but how would I when it's called Customer Satisfaction Program 20B23? They renamed recalls to sound nicer. Then I asked if we could get a loaner car if they kept our car for more than a day because we only have one car and my husband needs it for work. She said no loaner car and didn't answer my question. I was transferred to Kristin's voicemail and didn't leave a message.
I called Ford Motor Company and spoke to Reggie. I told her about the girl at Ford Country who didn't care about my husband getting to work and said they'd keep the car as long as they needed. The letter said less than half a day. Reggie asked for the VIN number and our info, then checked her resources. When she came back, she said Ford's repair info says it takes 1 hour of labor, so they won't provide loaner cars. I asked about the discrepancy between Reggie, the letter, and the girl at Ford Country. It's no wonder people get frustrated! Reggie apologized but said she can't speak for the dealership.
I called the dealership again and talked to a different person. I mentioned my call to Ford Motor Company and asked why there's a difference in the time. She said I can't make an appointment, it's just a drop-off situation. They'll get to it when they can. I got upset and said Ford made a defective vehicle, but I can't schedule an appointment because they're not getting money from me. Where's the concern for customer safety? She told me not to raise my voice and transferred me to Kristin again, but I got voicemail once more. What's the point? I'm writing reviews online instead.
I hate feeling like I'm going in circles at Ford Country. I'm disgusted with the runaround and their lack of concern for customers. My husband's job is important, and now we have to choose between fixing the faulty car or him going to work to pay our bills. What a great choice to make. Thanks, Ford, for your concern. Karen C.

I made a reservation for a new Ford Maverick back in November, and they told me it would be delivered around May. But, up until now, I haven't received anything, and they haven't given me any tracking information to follow the progress or know where the car is or even when it will arrive.

I bought a car from Ford Country and unfortunately, I've had to bring it back multiple times because it doesn't run properly. They never fixed the issue and now the car pulls to the left and hit a wall (thankfully, both me and the car are okay, except for the wheel alignment). On top of that, there are brake problems. I'm about to make my first payment, but they refuse to assist me and claim it's my own problem. As a disabled senior, all I want is a car that runs smoothly. They had no problem taking my trade-in, though. I really need help because I don't feel safe in this car.
I went to buy a car from Ford Country, but the car I wanted was never ready
I went to buy a car from Ford Country, but the car I wanted was never ready. So, I decided not to buy from them and asked for my $100 deposit back. Raul V was my salesman, and he said he would refund my deposit, but I had to fill out a refund form. He sent me a form that stated Ford Country could charge my account $100. I didn't send the form back, and when I called them to ask for an explanation, they didn't answer or return my call. I just want my deposit back.

The price on the internet don't match the price when you go to the dealership
The price on the internet don't match the price when you go to the dealership. Even though the stock numbers match the price is different. On Sept. 4, 2020, we saw several trucks for sale for a good price. One was stock number *** for $20,855. There were several others for $21,430. but when we went into the dealership we were told that was a cash price. We said no problem we would bring a certified check right in. Then we were told that was the fleet price, but nowhere on the ad did it say that. When we pressed them to show us where it said that, we were told that it was a "mistake" and they would talk to the computer guy. I thought if they mismarked an item they still needed to honor the price listed.
In March , I bought a Ford F-350 truck from Ford Country in Henderson, NV
In March , I bought a Ford F-350 truck from Ford Country in Henderson, NV. I got GAP insurance through *** I paid off my truck early on August 25, and asked for a refund of the remaining GAP insurance. *** told me to call the Finance Manager at Ford Country to cancel my contract, but they never called me back. In my opinion, *** should give me the refund, not Ford Country. When I cancel my car insurance, I don't call the dealership, I call the insurance company. It doesn't make sense. These two organizations are just passing the problem around instead of dealing with my request and giving me my money back. I want my refund, but both Ford Country-Henderson and *** are avoiding me. Thanks a lot~
The start of this year, I took my car to Ford Country for a recall
The start of this year, I took my car to Ford Country for a recall. They said I needed to leave my car for a few days, but I couldn't, so I left. My car was fine, no issues, no messages on the dashboard. I saved up some money to finally rent a car and made an appointment to bring it in for the recall on the door latch. I dropped it off on Friday, October 1st at 1 pm with Gorge. He said my car should be done by Monday. On Tuesday morning at 9:50 am, I called to pick up my car. Gorge wasn't there, so Danny was taking his calls. He told me there was a problem with my vehicle and that he would send me a quote. But he never did. So after 10 minutes, I called him back and told him to get my car ready because I was going to pick it up. He said to give him an hour. I called back at 11:38, and he said to give him 30 minutes. I finally got my car at 1:38. But as soon as I drove off, a message appeared on the dashboard saying the passenger door was open. I called them back, and they said it would take 2 more days to fix it. I don't have the money to rent another car to get it fixed there.
In April 2022, I bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Ford Country while I was visiting family in Las Vegas
In April 2022, I bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Ford Country while I was visiting family in Las Vegas. I currently live in ***, because we are in the military, and the finance people said it would be no issue to buy this vehicle out of state. The company filed our state taxes for Nevada instead of ***, so I overpaid in taxes and *** still needs to be paid the taxes. Ford country confirmed with me months ago that this was their mistake, they should have done the taxes for the state I reside in not the state that I bought the vehicle. The issue would be fixed by doing a state to state transfer for the title (according to Ford Country) which my loan company would do, but the loan company has still not received the title from the dealership. I have called and emailed multiple times to try and get this issue resolved, with no help. The loan company is unable to do anything to help me until Ford Country sends them the title of my vehicle. It has been months of trying to get this issue resolved. I overpaid taxes because the taxes were done for Nevada instead of ***, and now since they are not sending over my title I am going to be forced to pay taxes AGAIN but this time for the state I actually live in. It is extremely frustrating to have to keep calling and emailing with no help. The loan company does not understand why they have yet to receive the title. I was told it would take a maximum of 45 days.
Lemon Law
Lemon Law. I bought a used 2014 *** F-150 eco boost in Feb last year. From Ford Country on ***. Two days after driving it off the lot, it stalled out on me pulling out into traffic. Had to have it towed in. Needed a new THROTTLE BODY! Funny thing is, they already had it in stock cause they knew the truck needed it and sold it to me without the repair. That was just the beginning, fast forward a few months, I was told to contact the service manager every time I make an appointment (because my truck has been in the shop THAT MANY TIMES!) Not to mention the time they left something under my spark plugs, that another *** shop found that caused major damage. The list of repairs is SO long! If I didn't get the warranty I would have already spent what the truck was worth in less than a year. Its not fair the way I'm being treated. They currently have my truck (going on 3 weeks now). Meanwhile, while they're trying to figure out what's wrong, they've called me 3 times asking me to buy new tires! Why would I buy new tires when the motor doesn't even work right? They know they sold me a lemon. Someone at *** opened an investigation into my case. But I've heard nothing. But I just know I'm getting taken advantage of! Please help! They cannot keep doing this to people. This truck is so expensive to me! I bought it thinking it would be safe for me and my family. And it's been everything BUT safe! I have requested ALL history of service on my truck. The stack is so huge. I'm on the 3rd throttle body now! That's not normal. I've had the truck just over 1 year. They need to make it right!
We bought a truck in a hurry because our business truck broke down
We bought a truck in a hurry because our business truck broke down. The dealership told us to use a different address on our contract, but we refused. Eventually, they completed the sale. After signing the contract, they said there was a mistake and we had to sign a new one. During this time, the truck wasn't registered. When we went to register it, the Bullhead DMV said the dealership didn't pay all the fees for the title transfer, so we had to pay. The *** DMV also said the registration fee was $2500, which is wrong. The vehicle cost $30k, so it should be around $400 per year. I called the sales guy on 09/22/22 to report the error, but he never called me back. I called him on 09/25/22, and he said the finance manager claimed there was no mistake with the paperwork and blamed the DMV. They didn't offer any solution. On 09/26/22, I called Ford Country and left a message for the finance manager, but she hasn't called me back. Meanwhile, we're driving an unregistered truck and could get tickets or towed because of the dealership's error. I also told them about the electrical issues, but they haven't provided a solution. We're left without help and were taken advantage of in a desperate situation. The sales guy pushed us into a truck we can't afford and the dealer didn't give us the necessary paperwork to register it.
I bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past 6 years
I bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past 6 years. Everything was fine until last year when things went really bad. My Ford Pass app told me that my truck had two mandatory recalls that needed to be done. One of them was for "PCM Reprogram due to engine shudder". Since I bought the truck from Ford Country, I decided to schedule the service there. I appreciate that they take a video of the exterior and the vehicle running when I drop it off at the service department. When I brought in my truck, there was nothing wrong with it. It was running perfectly. Three weeks later (without a loaner car), they called me to pick up my truck. It was a Friday afternoon. I drove for 5 minutes and immediately noticed that it was sputtering when I went below 20 miles an hour or when I accelerated from a speed under 20. I called my representative, Juan, and he confirmed that there were no issues when I dropped it off. He said they couldn't fit it in at the moment because they were busy, and asked me to bring it back in a week or so. I drove it straight home and parked it. About a week later, I took it back to Ford Country and left it there. This was around October . They didn't give me a loaner car. After 3 months, I finally got a loaner car after complaining. They had my truck for another 3.5 months. They called me to pick it up, and again, as I was driving home, the vehicle started whistling loudly. I called them back and they said it was because of the new parts and that it should stop after driving it for a while. Three weeks later, the whistling is still there and it's really annoying. And now, it's sputtering again. It's already mid-July and I've only had my truck for about 30 days in total. They still have it and won't replace it. They broke it, but won't replace it. But I still have to make the monthly payment. It's been 10 months.
Country Ford won't let me trade in my leased vehicle to another dealership, even if I pay off everything
Country Ford won't let me trade in my leased vehicle to another dealership, even if I pay off everything. I still have 8 lease payments left with Ford Credit, totaling $4,268.08, and the residual value is $32,906.25 (Account #[protected]). Since this vehicle doesn't meet my needs, I wanted to get a trade-in estimate from the dealership where I plan to buy a new vehicle. I checked my Ford Credit account online for information. I also went to *** to get a vehicle value assessment, but they told me that Ford doesn't allow leased or vehicles without a clear title to be traded in. I was shocked and surprised by this policy. In my experience, I've always been able to trade in vehicles (leased or purchased) with any dealership as long as I fulfill my financial obligations. On 7/720, I called Ford Motor Credit and spoke to Amber to confirm what *** told me and if it was a policy by Ford Credit. Amber said that the dealership needs to handle the vehicle's disposition and that Ford Credit can't accept payment directly from other dealerships. She told me to contact Country Ford and talk to the Finance Manager, assuring me that there shouldn't be a problem. On 7/8, I called the Finance Manager, Ed, who initially said that the policy came from Ford Credit. I told Ed that I already spoke to Ford Credit, who told me to talk to the dealership's Finance Manager. Ed confirmed what *** told me, using the analogy that you can't sell a leased apartment. I told him that the analogy was unreasonable because no one would try to sell an apartment. I explained my previous experiences with trading in vehicles and how it was never an issue as long as I fulfilled my financial obligations. Ed said that Ford Dealerships in Nevada have an agreement to not allow leased or vehicles without a clear title to be traded in at other dealerships. He said he couldn't make an exception because it wouldn't be fair to others. This agreement among Ford dealerships is unfair and puts a financial burden on consumers. I thought this was America, where we can make decisions based on our financial situation as long as we meet our obligations. This arbitrary policy doesn't benefit consumers and only encourages unethical practices by dealerships.
