I have water damage from a leaky air conditioner condensation line. The mitigation team was on-site with two hours of initial contact, removed the water damaged dry wall and insulation, treated with antimicrobials, and set-up drying equipment.They were courteous professionals who answered all my questions and made sure I had their contact information. They also exercised extreme caution in preserving the cabling in the office to ensure continued access to television and internet. Big shout out to Horatio, Chandler, and Matt. Still awaiting repairs, but based on my experience with mitigation I expect smooth sailing.

I immediately reached out to my insurance company who called Southeast Restoration. They immediately came out and placed a tarp over that section of the roof. Everything started from that day. Although COVID threw a money wrench into everything on my side and with theres. Parker was always available to answer my questions and to assure me when I became a little nervous. He handled everything with professionalism and a big dose of kindness. The job is done now and I am very happy with the results. Thank you!

He made sure the work was done correctly as well as professionally. They were professional, timely, friendly and informative. They came in and tore out 2 of our walls and there was no mess they cleaned everything up, left fans and a dehumidifier to dry out our wall after the leak. Once all was said and done they came back got the fans and dehumidifier and cleaned up their mess again! They are great people who know what they're doing! Very grateful they were the ones who did our work for us!

Southeast Restoration Group got in touch with me the same day that my insurance company responded to my call about our dishwasher overflowing. The technicians called ahead of time giving us an estimated time of their arrival to our home. Both technicians were very professional and answered all questions. They observed the social distancing and wore masks while in the house.
They were also polite and assured us that they would do their best to keep the disruption to our daily routine to a minimum.

WELL DONE! Tripp *** and his crew - THE BEST. When I think back to the very beginning to the water professionals, then the painters, the drywall people, the cleaning people, the plumber... it is amazing how well they worked together and how helpful they were. I'll admit I'm an old maid and I know very little about this whole process, but Tripp was very patient and I learned a LOT. I'm not glad that the "flood" happened, but I am so very THANKFUL for everything that was done to make my house a wonderful place to come home to. Last week, we discovered leaks in our basement. Of course, we were devastated and worried. This crew was fast and awesome! John, Darian, and Steve worked so hard and made this process very easy for us! They answered all of my questions without hesitation! They made sure everything dried properly and left the space so clean. They worked so hard to be sure the job was done properly and in a timely manner! Seth, crew manager, was wonderful and very responsive. The women at the office were just as sweet as can be! They were ALL professional, kind, efficient, punctual, and trustworthy. Having an honest and reliable crew made this process so much better than it could have been! I am forever grateful! For sure the best around!

My 97 year young aunt had a leak in laundry room which required repair. The insurance company recommended Southeast Restoration for the repairs. All their personnel from the office to the worker bees were the most polite, courteous and respectful of any company I have worked with,
At the end of the work day the work area was clean and all tools removed. WOW, didn't expect this type of efficiency. My aunt said they were the quietest workers she had ever seen. No guessing about status of the work because you got an update each day. The communications were the best. They called and arrived when they said they would.
Hats off to Zack, Connor, Scott, Brian and all others involved.

Everyone that we worked with at Southeast Restoration of Augusta was fantastic. The staff is efficient, they make time to listen to their clients, and the work is top notch! John (our project manager) Charlie (carpet), and Juan (painter) , and the water mitigation team went above and beyond to ensure we had all our repairs completed without inconvenience or stress! We felt so comfortable with all of them we would have felt perfectly fine with them working in our home without us ever being home. We have never said that about any company, so that alone speaks volumes! We had brand new hardwood floors and new furniture in the house and Juan took extra precautions to ensure there was not a single drop off ceiling paint on any surface. His work is flawless and he is such a kind man! We are thrilled with everything!

We had a water leak in my home that resulted in damage and mold growth to my walls and flooring upstairs and the ceiling, walls, and flooring downstairs. Southeast Restoration came the same day of my call and made sure that not only were the areas dried up, but the resulting mold was addressed to assure us we wouldn't have any health issues during or after the mitigation process. Zack, EJ, Allen, Manny, and Jake were prompt, professional, hard workers, and very accommodating while empathizing with the situation. They were extremely busy, but took the time to answer any questions and to fully explain the process. We are anxiously awaiting now for the restoration step to start, but so far, I can highly recommend the mitigation team from this company for their knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and work ethic.

I am delighted with the mold mitigation work done by the folks at Southeast Restoration. The basement had severe mold damage & there was a little area of mold damage in the closet of an attic bedroom. Seth thoroughly and patiently answered my many questions, taking the time to explain basic principles and the cost-benefit trade offs of different options. These excellent explanations helped me make informed decisions. I appreciated that he recommended against doing some tasks, which saved me a good bit of money. Darien and his crew were pleasant and worked quickly to remove the contaminated material, including demolishing and taking away 2 heavy workbenches. They also did a nice job of sweeping up afterward. This is the second big job on my parents' house that Southeast Restoration has handled. I continue to be impressed by their honesty, clarity, and excellent work. I heartily recommend them.
Daniel was amazing
Daniel was amazing. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. All of our questions and concerns were answered quickly, typically within about an hour, definitely same day, which were plentiful, as this is our first house and first claim with something of this magnitude. Daniel really listened to what we wanted and made sure we got everything on our wishlist taken care of, within reason. We knew we would have some out of pocket expenses due to the amount of loss we had because of the water damage, and went into this process knowing we wanted to upgrade some things. He helped us keep our out of pocket expenses to a minimum while keeping everything else in budget. Our bathrooms and kitchen looks AMAZING and we couldnt be happier. I'd recommend Southeast Restoration to anybody, and especially our project manager, Daniel. Job very well done! I cant speak highly enough of our whole process with them.
We just finished a seven-month project with SRG
We just finished a seven-month project with SRG. We are very happy with the outcome. During the restoration period, we had several setbacks, other issues/problems arose that caused delays but through it all, SRG always solved the issue to our satisfaction. We certainly would have liked to have our project completed in 2-3 months but we also know that sometimes you do not see all the water damage until you are deep into the project. Our water damage was discovered during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays and then we had the start of the Pandemic in January. Through it all, SRG stood with us and did everything possible to make us happy. Our Production Manager, Paul Bertolini, and our Project Manager, Chase Green were on site often, always talking with us and making sure we knew everything that was going on with our project. SRG can be proud of the outstanding work of these two individuals. We definitely would recommend SRG.

We had extensive water damage from a plumbing issue that caused us to need to replace 2 stories of flooring, some drywall damage, painting, etc. SRG mitigation group was there right away to get all grey water damaged surfaces taken out right away and everything dried and treated to make sure it was all safe. Then the restoration side in with Chad working well with our insurance on the detailed estimates and Wes came in as our project manager for the job and was really great to work with. He gave us a detailed schedule of what to expect and when and kept the job on track. When we had any issues (there were some issues with the subcontracted pack out company), he was there every step of the way to make sure that we were taken care of and made whole. While the experience and disruption to our lives was not fun, we are very happy with the work done and I would definitely recommend SRG and especially Chad and Wes if you can get them.

I chose SER after Wayne and Matt inspected my roof and ceiling water damage. My neighbor recommended SER as he was very satisfied with the new roof they installed for him. They were respectful, considerate and explained what needed to be done so that I had a clear understanding of what to expect. They represented SER very well. Matt was on site throughout the process. He clarified any questions I had without hesitation. The roofers and painters performed their work with precision and care. The teamwork was seen not only in how they worked but in how they protected my property from damage while they worked. They took extra care cleaning up after they were done; nothing was left behind. I asked Matt to double check the roof as I could see what looked like debris left on the back roof. After several attempts to schedule his return (Covid and a knee injury) Matt returned today with Nick to remove the debris and verify that all my concerns were eliminated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, my experience with Southeast was just ok. My project manager was great, always available to meet, always very good at communicating and always returned all of my calls in a timely fashion. He also paid attention to the things I wanted for my house. My problem with the service that I received was the subcontractors that were used. The painters failed to patch holes, and painted over hardware that was requested to be removed, the hardwood floor guys destroyed baseboards and cabinets and although these items were eventually replaced or repaired, it seemed there was very little respect or pride when it came to completing their work. The people who put my new vanities in were careless and threw a lot of trash into my bathtubs, yes, it was eventually cleaned out by the cleaners, but it was more small things that could have been avoided. The tile guys had to redo one of my bathroom floors because it was so out of square (unlevel) that you could see it with the naked eye. I complained about this to the PM an dhe had to have the guys come back and redo the floor. The carpet guys were great, the cleaning crew was great, and the movers were great. Outside of that, my Project Manager had to routinely request that the sub contractors redo things, or complete the work himself. Overall I would say that my Project Manager was very good, the subcontractors, for the most part, not very professional.

I had water damage to a floor that required replacement in a relatively large room. The initial contact with Southeast Restoration by phone was pleasant and gave me the name of who would be working with me. Chad called shortly thereafter and scheduled an appointment around my work schedule to survey the damage. He was very professional, explained the process, and answered my questions. After flooring was selected, installation was scheduled and completed efficiently. Upon completion of the installation, I was told no padding was placed when I commented about the noise and movement of the EVP flooring upon walking in certain areas. Meeting with and discussing with Chad lead to a satisfactory resolution which required removal of some of the flooring and adding material to minimize the concavities in the concrete flooring. Upfront communication about plans not to use padding with that flooring should have occurred and would have likely precluded the need for Southeast to redo part of the flooring. However, Chad expressed willingness to do whatever was necessary for my satisfaction, even if it meant taking up the flooring in the entire room. After the repair was completed as agreed upon, I was completely satisfied! The experience with Southeast Restoration was excellent overall. Chad respected my time and my busy work schedule and he remained pleasant and professional throughout the process. The only reason five stars was not given is because of what was mentioned earlier; the communication needs to be improved. This was my second time using Southeast, will definitely use them again, if needed, and I would highly recommend them to you! I'm confident that you too will be pleased!

They charged me for stuff they didn't even do. They made changes to the original work but didn't give me any new work orders. When I asked them about the things they didn't do but still charged me for, they said that other things were more expensive and I didn't know about it. They even said that if I wanted a refund for the things they didn't do, they would charge me even more for the things they already did. When I told them that they overcharged me, they said I should have said something during the first meeting. They didn't show me any proof of their claims. They were rude, unprofessional, didn't respond to my messages, didn't give me any new work orders, didn't communicate well, showed up without telling me, missed appointments, didn't explain what they were doing, didn't work well with other people they hired, did a bad job, and more.

Southeast Restoration did repairs on my house from mid June to November . I hired them to fix water damages that were part of an insurance claim, and it cost around $55,000. My daughter and I had to leave our home for almost six months. On January 20th, I contacted Southeast Restoration about some issues, like a cabinet in my kitchen with fractures, peeled paint on the stair rail, paint damage from a vent being removed, scarred hardwood floor from a damaged door, a chip in my countertop, backsplash tile lifting, and a fabric zebra shade blind that was not removed during repairs. I was told that my home repairs are warranted for five years, but I have asked for a copy of the warranty several times and have not received it yet. I had some problems with the project manager, but I still gave a good review because Southeast Restoration did a good job overall. However, I am disappointed that they are not standing behind their work and won't send me a copy of my warranty. I want to know if I can hire my own contractor and be reimbursed by Southeast Restoration if the items of concern are part of my warranty. I also found out that the chip in my countertop is not covered by the manufacturer, so I will have to take care of that myself.
