Professional misconduct, unlawful, possibly illegal behaviour by bank employee

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
HARTMANN v. HAUSLER
I am writing on behalf of Mr Christian Hartmann, date of birth 18.6.1971. Mr Hartmann took the responsibility of a joint mortgage in 2013 with Miss Renata Hausler, employee at Sparkasse Bank, Ingolstadt. Mr Hartmann repeatedly asked Miss Hausler for details of the mortgage including the rate of borrowing, the term of the mortgage, the repayment details and other particulars. Miss Hausler refused to provide any details of the mortgage stating that Mr Hartmann was "not clever enough to understand".
In October 2019 Mr Hartmann advised that he wished to remove himself from the mortgage and move to UK. Miss Hausler confirmed that she was able to take on the mortgage repayments "easily". Miss Hausler advised Mr Hartmann that he was not entitled to anything from herself or from the bank - no share of equity, despite having contributed fully to the mortgage and household bills etc.
Mr Hartmann's UK bank now wish to see documentation relating to the mortgage for assessment of Mr Hartmann's credit ability and so email has been sent to the bank and to the Notar asking for this proof however Miss Hausler has responded to Mr Hartmann that he never had any ownership of the property or part thereof and that it "has always been her house and only hers".
I believe that Miss Hausler has acted unprofessionally, unlawfully and possibly illegally. I believe that Miss Hausler has used her position at the bank for her own personal financial gain from a bank customer. This is a very serious matter and if this cannot be resolved then I must advise Mr Hartmann to proceed with legal action against Sparkasse Bank Ingolstadt.
The mortgage was for property: Baarer Strasse 6, 85290 Geisenfeld.
The Notar was Dr. Klaus Macht in Ingolstadt.
A copy of this complaint is being emailed to Tobias Pilbert, Sparkasse manager, Munich.
I request professional investigation into the conduct of bank employee Renata Hausler. Also written confirmation that Mr Hartmann held a joint mortgage with Miss Hausler for the above property and therefore joint ownership for a period of time. Also financial compensation for the loss of equity of the property, which lawfully belonged to Mr Hartmann for his financial commitment and contribution to the aforementioned mortgage and financial compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by the actions of this bank employee.

Withholding my funds - ignored request for account closure and trasnfer of funds
I recently moved from Germany to the United Kingdom. I reached out to the customer service team to inquire about the process for closing my account and transferring the funds to my UK bank account. They assured me that this is a simple process and would take 3 business days once requested and cost 15 euros.
I formally requested this transfer on November 5th 2021, and have not had any action since. I urgently need the funds yet they refuse to release the funds and send them continually asking for more information that I have previously provided. Today (Thurs. December 12, 2021) I was told that my account representative is sick, and therefore no one will even review the request again until Monday.
This is beyond the point of frustration, this is bordering criminal. A bank cannot withhold my funds when a formal request has been made.
DO NOT BANK WITH SPARKASSE!
Desired outcome: The funds are trasnferred immediately and my account is closed.
Help line poor support
Few minutes ago I called 24/7 online banking support as since this morning I am unable to open my mobile banking application. I presented myself and asked if the operator speak English.
I was surprised when she answered me that she speak English but support is only in German and to find friend who speak German. This is not what I expect from 21st century customer support. In other countries they even provide interpreters services. Why a bank which should be one of best in Germany provide so bad service.

card not received
30th August or one week earlier, I was in sparkasse Hattenheim early in the morning and I was trying to get my balance receipt so I insert card but the machine was not working and there was no warning paper. I just waited 10 minutes but my card was not coming and there was no employees and I should take the train for a work.
after that I call service center and explained what happened and she gave call another person. and this girl said the card will be sent to service center in Wiesbaden and be sent to Oestrich-Winkel branch and it takes 1week and I should go there and get card and she said it is all my responsible and what I did wrong I just insert card and machine was malfunctioning and was waiting for 10 minutes but she just said go there after 1 week and then I was in Oestrich winkel branch yesterday 4 weeks later and I explained again and ask to get my card and the employee said we do not have card and on idea where it is you must have new card!
what is wrong with Sparkasse? I was waiting for 4weeks and you guys did not send my card to this branch.
I asked that employee if I try to get new card and it takes anouther 10 days and if this is happening again and she replied you should take care of your card! How should I take care of my card better. the old machine was malfunctioning and I was waiting 10 m to get my card and nothing happend and she just repeat you should get your card!

transaction is being withheld without any explanation
I would like to express my utter disappointment with Sparkasse service and the level of their ethics.
I've sent 2270 USD from Shanghai, China, via Alipay, to my younger sister who is a student residing in Graz, Austria. It's been two weeks since I've sent the money and my sister still hasn't received it. The bank confirmed that the money has been received but it is withholding it without any explanation. I've provided all of the documents the bank requested, after which I've been informed that the funds will be delivered to my sister. However, that was 5 days ago and the money is still withheld by the bank. Today we've called the bank again and we have been told: "to wait" without any other explanation!
I've never heard anything similar to such a harassment treatment that we are getting from this bank.
It's humiliating and I've never expected such a horrible treatment from an Austrian bank!

overseas atm withdrawal and card use: wrong information, messy system, irresponsible, knowledgeable and shameless staff
I went to the main office of Sparkasse Bank in Luebeck, Germany in Sep 2018 before going to Canada for money exchange but the staff said its better to take money from ATM there but he didn't say I have to activate my account for oveaseas ATM or about the limit. He just said I have to pay 4euro in each withdrawal. so when I got there on 19 Sep I could not get any money at all. Then I checked online and found that I can activate my account for overseas by online banking. After 2 days, I could take out money from ATM but each time the maximum was 400CAD which is about 250euro only. I tried ATM of different Canadian banks and tried to change the limit online but its still the same. I asked the bank in Canada but they said there is no limit from their bank. It should be the limit set by Sparkasse Bank. Also my card didn't work in any shops, hotels or restaurants. I called Sparkasse bank hotline and wrote on facebook messenger but couldn't get any help. After I come back to Germany, Sparkasse Bank replied me there is a limit for overseas withdrawal of 500euros but not 250euros and they do not know why I could only take out 400CAD each time. There is no such limit on my account. So simply they cannot find out the reasons and it might happen again next time in any other country. Ridiculous!? Then a staff did a procedure for my account to allow the use of my card in overseas shops and restaurants, and he said now I can use my card in the whole world. But they did not do it before or when I was there eventhough I told them I could not use my card at all. How FUNNY!? huh? Then when I complaint about all these mistakes and request waiving some transaction fee because I had to withdraw many times for cash at ATM, they simply reply no, and they kept saying they have not done anything wrong and their bank service is not bad at all. How SHAMELESS! That is crazily STUNNING to me ~~~ almost suffocated!
