I ordered a some outfits on shein, I’ve ordered from there before so I had trust with them. I’ve always received my package before hand. It wasn’t until sept 5th that I was waiting for my package to be delivered through a new company that I’ve never heard of before. SpeedX. It stated that my package was delivered at 8pm I personally was at work so I had my sister wait for the bell to be ranged. Hours go past and the door never rang or nothing I was looking at my emails and there was a picture from speed x that shows my package being delivered downstairs with the public mailboxes.. I live in New York in a building in Harlem. Leaving packages downstairs isn’t the smartest thing to do and it’s not legal to leave someone’s package like that. The picture showed that it was still very brought outside which confused me since it said delivered at 8pm. I emailed shein and they responded with no care in the world. They only reminded me for next time to let the delivery guys know to put it next to my door. That to me doesn’t make any sense. I’m very upset with shein that they are doing their loyal customers dirty. I want a refund for my clothes and even credit on top of that because the fact that I’m on this website and seeing 27 people Saying the same thing shows that this needs to be investigated.
Desired outcome: I want a whole refund. And I want to have shein to stop using speedx for my orders or I will simply just not order from shein and I will do my best to make constant complaints
